I was in need of brake repairs for my car as I didn't feel safe driving home from this area and they were going to charge me $575. Immediately realized I was being ripped off.Ended up getting complete full service with new brakes and an oil change for $285 at a place I trusted near my home.The price difference is ridiculous. Don't run your business dirty and rip people off because you assume they don't know their prices or are stuck in a crappy situation. Zero morals.

Crestview is the best place to have work done on your car. They are highly skilled, will always make an appointment available, and usually complete repairs by the end of the day. They don't invent problems or try to sell you things you don't need. Their prices are reasonable. And they have a display of hilarious cartoons about car repairs that will make you laugh even if your car is making you cry.

Rolled in without an appointment and Ed was able to check me in, handle the oil change on my BMW and then hold my car until I was able to get back that afternoon.Super accommodating and friendly service.Thanks Ed!

Have stopped in here several times over the years for small issues - a leaky tire; an SRS light on my dash, etc. Every time I ve stopped in the folks working here have been lovely and super helpful and able to help me out on the spot! I d recommend this place

Been coming here for almost 12 years but this guy "Ed" really ruined it for me. He declined to fix my vehicle and gave me a huge condescending speech about "protecting the family" and he wouldn't make the repair because of the "family" like they are running some sort of mob operation. He also told me "your word isn't even worth a penny" when I explained to him the issue I was having. Unfortunately after almost a decade I've had to take my business elsewhere due to this employee's rude behavior, I hope management re-trains to stop scolding customers with "protecting the family" speeches over simple things like brakes and tires.

Great team,Couldn t patch my tire since the the leak was on the side of the tire,Edwin who assist me was very helpful,After all they didn t change me for the inspection though they did took out the tire to find the leak,Thank you very much !!!Willl definitely come back on the futureService: Tires

Came here a few years back with my client's car and they were really great, very nice...years later, I'm back with my car and, nothing change. Still very friendly, great, reliable. Almost 80 bucks for the oil change for a newer Honda Civic but, with the service and quality, I would absolutely go back.

I have had my car serviced at Crestview twice now and I can't recommend Steve and his friendly, trustworthy staff highly enough. They offer prompt service at a reasonable price. My 13 year old Camry drives like new!! Thank-you. These guys are the best. Their staff is universally friendly and knowledgeable. They listen patiently and attentively, offer honest and sensible options, and follow through with skilled and efficient repairs. The whole operation seems like a finely tuned machine, yet preserves that sense of being an old-fashioned business where experienced professionals take pride in solving problems with confidence and care.I moved away from the immediate area several years ago, so going there wasn't as convenient as it used to be. I returned recently (needed new tires) and realized how much I miss the overall excellence of the place. It's a testament to the owner that the new guys are just as helpful and knowledgeable as the senior staff. Very highly recommended.

I drove in at closing time this week ... in a panic as I needed brake fluid! Oscar was amazing - he got the fluid and refilled my canister and did so as a complimentary service! I will definitely come back!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are honest, quick the services is great and the work lasts. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. They've also always got a guy for whatever problem is if the don't fix it and each shop is as good as they are.

Amazing same day service. I brought my moms car in for a problem with the steering wheel. Turns out there was a recall out on the car. Instead of performing the service and charging me, they gave me a copy of the recall to take to the dealership to get it serviced for free. I ve never had better customer service.

Listen, these people are absolutely incredible. My car died and I was stranded without jumper cables. I walked up to Crestview service center hoping I might be able to buy some. Unfortunately they weren't selling cables, but a couple of guys there were willing to drive over to my car with a jumpkit to get me rolling again! Saved my day! Thank you Crestview Service Center!

Had inlaws bring car in to replace 2 front tires (rear tires had plenty of tread left).They ended of convincing in-laws to replace all 4 tires. They charged $52 to balance the tires - A service that most would perform free of charge. Furthermore, they charged $131 for a "premium" alignment.So instead of a $250 bill I am now paying $700.Moral of the story is these guys are ripping you off (and don't let the inlaws take your car in)

Wanted to charge me $600 for a set of new tires???? Then charged me $15 to put the donut on for me. I took it to the next closest tire place and bought a tire for $75 less than what they quoted me. I hope the $15 was worth it!
