I am very unsatisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. The paint does not match and they tried to make the paint click a little older to match the other side, but ended up, leaving swirls all over the paint. For a while, my windows would not go up and down properly until I fixed it myself. And a lot of clay was left and little cracks on my car. I do not recommend this place.

Crash Champions did an amazing job! Great customer service!They kept us updated through the whole process and the job was completed before the actual due date! I'll definitely recommend them to others!

Crash Champions really helped me out after my Hyundai was broken into! They replaced the window and repaired the damages on the steering column. When I turned my car in, it wouldn t even start, but now it runs great! I had an amazing experience and they communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. My car was even repaired before the anticipated repair date. Also this shop has a relationship with Hertz and enterprise car rentals, so I was able to get a rental through my insurance and someone from enterprise drove to me at crash champions to pick me up and give me the rental. I returned the rental at crash champions when I picked up my repaired SUV. Great experience all around, incredibly kind staff and I would highly recommend!!

I brought my car in to this body shop when I got in a car accident. My rear bumper was damaged when somebody hit me. When I drop my car off to Crash Champions, they told me it would take seven days to fix everything. Every day I received a text message informing me of the status of my car. They kept telling me that my car was on schedule to be done within that seven day period. On the seven day I received another text message telling me that they will need another eight days to fix everything! When I finally went to go pick up my car I noticed that my rear bumper was replaced and the lower cover was the exact same one that they said they were going to replace. They super glued the cover to my bumper so that I would believe that it was completely replaced. When I looked at my rear spoiler on top of my trunk, I noticed my trunk was dented and the spoiler look like an amateur installed it. My trunk wouldn t close right, and when I brought this to the attention of some of the technicians they just told me I needed to use more force to close my trunk. I ve never had to use force to close my trunk. Then when I got inside to drive away I noticed that wax spray was all over my windshield. They told me that my car was being washed when I went to go pick it up it did not look like anyone had touched it except for the brand new bumper. I would not recommend this place they will cause you more trouble than what you bring to them.

Unfortunately I was in a minor crash on 12/1/22 and my insurance directed me to the Crenshaw facility in Los Angeles. My vehicle was towed into the facility on 12/2/22. I'm not sure where to begin with how unsatisfied I am. The first thing that happened was that I was never contacted once the vehicle arrived into the shop so I could check in the vehicle. If it wasn't for me stopping by a few days after to check if my vehicle was already there the paperwork would have never been initiated. The second problem I came across was during the check in process the shop was not aware to where my vehicle keys were. I had to drive back home to get my spare keys so they could start working on my vehicle as that was the excuse for not being able to proceed work on it. They were blaming the tow truck service driver for losing them, but one of the receptionist that received the vehicle had them or so I was told. I was first given an estimate of completion of 12/16/22 since it was minor suspension and wheel damage. The completion date moved for a week later 12/23/22, due to part delays. Unfortunately the wheel reconditioning did not come out satisfactory as color did not match and damage was still highly noticeable. I was told that the insurance approved to purchase a new replacement wheel. To receive this replacement wheel has been a true hassle. Over 2 months have passed since my accident and I have not received the wheel and much less the service to transfer the TPMS sensor and tire to the new wheel. The only reason I received my vehicle on the given date of 12/23/22 was because I asked the shop to please install my full size spare tire to finish the necessary work to release my vehicle (wheel alignment) and once the new wheel arrived I would return to have the sensor and tire transferred to the new wheel. I have sent messages to the shop requesting updates and they are going ignored. I have stopped by at the shop and keep getting fed lies that the wheel is on order, at the tire shop, etc. and that it will be ready in a week as of every visit I've given after 12/23/22. All this has me not wanting to do future business with crash champions or any of their associates. I also did the huge mistake of not doing a walk around when I picked up the vehicle and there was some bumper damage on the rear bumper that was not there before the accident. I never said anything about that to the shop due to knowing how shops are if you don't bring such things up at pick up. Please be careful if you conduct business with them and don't make the mistake I did at pick up.

Bryant my service advisor was professional and friendly. He kept me updated through out the whole process. And my car looks like it has never been in a accident. My experience was great with Crash Champions Collision Repair Shop.

I took my vehicle to crash champion for a minor repair which the other party's insurance paid for. The work was pretty good, But,The things I left in the car thinking that would be ok,well,let's just say it wasn't. Believe it or not, that's more important to me than the work that was done. "

The People there are Amazing and Tend to The Customers in a Patient and Professional Way, As it Should Be... The Guy that Helped me was Brian G. Very satisfied with their service and work. Friendly atmosphere and helpful. I don t remember the receptionist name but she had a nose piercing. She helped my dad and I then Victor was the one who inspected the car and kept us up to date until it s completion. I trust this establishment for future repairs.

The replacement of my catalytic converter was completed in record time. It was excellent communication from the shop as to the status of the repair. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and appearance. I would highly recommend Crash Champions, two friends and colleagues.

We were referred here by our insurance after our vehicle was hit from behind, bumper was damaged. We have an SUV.We looked at other auto body shops but the ones we saw showed we needed appointments and they all seemed to have the same type of reviews. Our insurance had booked us an appointment for this place on a Monday morning, our vehicle was crashed on a Saturday. Drop off and information exchange took about less than an hourWe got an estimate of damage same day. Initial estimate of time for repairs was almost 2 months. It was actually ready in less than 2 weeks, thankfully.Also, the person whose name is under the insurance policy received the text message updates. The company attached a link with pictures of the damage, and progress bar. We didn't check it regularly because we expected not to get the car back for a long time.We were called when it was ready, we picked it up on a Saturday. If you're getting dropped off, there's alot of red along the street so parking on street is tight.Thanks again!

Crash Champions in Los Angeles is awesome!! This was my first time there and I highly recommend. My car was stolen and the theives/thief took almost everything from my engine. It was a nightmare. I struggled so much thru this event, but When my car finally made it to Crash Champions, I felt so at ease as soon as I spoke to Victor. Victor was awesome and kept me informed. He is so nice and very professional. You can tell he cares a lot about his customers and his work. I trust him completely and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Horrible communication. Had to call them every single time to get an update on my car. They always said they will call me back and never heard from them. I am also $1100 out because of them. They assured me that they would reimburse me for my rental that I had to pay out of pocket due to their lack of communication. I went in the shop to speak to the manager Josue who assured me they would pay me back. I even sent him an email with the invoice to which he responded. This was on February 7th 2023. It is now April. I escalated this to corporate and I still have not gotten a response back.

We are currently going thru a claim with this company. The employees there do not care about anything. They are no help at all. We called and were put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Then they hung the call up, then we called again and no answer. Then we called the third time and apparently the guy was not available to talk which was Christian L. & then the girl who answered later said. Let me see if he can speak right now & then says he is not available and will pass the message to Christian. It is 12 in the afternoon & still no call back. We do not understand the long wait to one, give us an update on what will happen & two, to at least speak to the person in charge. So unprofessional, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOK LIKE A TOTAL FOOL & WASTE YOUR TIME.

I was suggested this place by my insurance company they work with my car brand a lot. I'm real simple my two complaints are one of the customer service representatives is a little rude. You're already in a pickle if you're there so an attitude and slow pace is the last thing you want to deal with. Secondly they gave me an after stock bumper and now my hood is slightly misaligned and one of my lights sticks out while the other one doesn't like it didn't quite line up right. It's not like a super horrible job is just I know what got messed up so I know what I'm looking for and at. So take what you may from this review and use it accordingly.Service: Body & Trim

When the manager says the dealer will do better work, then you should also go somewhere else. Also when they start off by saying we are 3 months out before we can touch your car, that's also a bad sign.

The communications were horrible. Six times I called and was told that I was going to get a call back and I never got a call back. It took almost 3.5 months to get my car fixed. I was never given an update on the progress until the last minute. The emblem was not ordered at the same time as other parts so now I have to go back in and get that put on later. That s more time out of my day. Your costumer service is in need of immediate remediation. This was this is unacceptable and customer should not be treated this way. I will not be taking my car back to crash champions ever again.Service: Body & Trim

I was in a minor accident which require me to go through my insurance. Crash Champions was on the list given to me. I regret choosing this company. It was a really disappointing experience with Bryon and his GM. I dropped off my car on Monday & they called me Wednesday saying my car was fixed. I turned in the rental and came to shop. Only for them to give me the wrong vehicle. The person gave me the keys to someone else car, and walked away. I had to go into the lobby and tell them it wasn't my vehicle. Then when they finally gave me the right car, the bumper was not put on properly, my hood wasn't fixed, the sensor light was on, and they chipped the paint on my passenger side door. I went back to them and got so many excuses on why my vehicle could not be fixed... the paint shop is on lunch, the paint shop is temporarily down, we have to go through your insurance again. I would recommend a child getting their toy car fixed here. They only get a one because I was able to open my passenger door, other than that fix.... they deserve a 0.
