I don t know what happened to this place, but they are not doing a very good job like they did in the past.I got a flat tire so I called this location to check if the tire I was in stock.I gave my membership info for them to check correctly.After check in and 2hrs later, I was told they needed to order I would have called other location to get my tire replaced if they only properly checked when I called and checked in.I gave 3stars because the tire was replaced the next day.

I had a great experience at this Costco tire center. My battery died and I needed a replacement. I called the store first before heading there to make sure they had the battery for my car. The process did take like 30 minutes because the person who helped me needed someone to log into the computer and then needed someone with a key to unlock it. The parking situation here is basically the same parking situation like at all Costco.

These guys really helped me out Sunday. I had to jump a curb to avoid getting hit which damaged my tire. You could see the tread it was such a deep gash. I had already waited at the Burbank Costco tire center for three hours only to find out they didn't have my tires. When I got here, they not only squeezed me into their busy day but finished my car two hours earlier than I expected. I know it was busy and I just really appreciated them changing that messed up tire.

Worse experience ever.More than a complain, I would say a heads up guys.I took my car for a flat tire and I end up with my car luxury lugs nuts (all twenty) swapped for standard nuts, of course they denied, be aware, don't tell me that I didn't warned you. Costco Tire Center in Van Nuys, CAThe questions that rise here are:How long they been doing this?Are more than one manager involved?How many others Costco customers where affected in the past?Why are not cameras inside the tire shop area?I believe that this issue should escalate to find out the responsible, and restore the good name of Costco services.

I've gotten new tires twice from them and had a few tires fixed. Didn't like how one staff told me one thing and another told me another. Definitely gotta do your homework for deals you see online to get them deals. Appointments are usually full same day. Definitely need to try another Costco when I need same day service

Costco never fails to amaze..... I bought a set of tires last year, I had a flat they fixed my flat for free they rotate your tires for free. Who knew? Costco's the place for tires batteries stuff like that check them out.

this is the worst tire shop with the most incompetent technicians. After they did a tire rotation, there was a nonstop, pounding sound, and they couldn t figure out what they did wrong. Finally their manager supposedly tried to hop and put the tires back the way it was before the rotation, and the sound never went away. They break customer s car and they cannot fix it then they come with stupid solutions that are not real solution. stay away from this place

I will never NOT recommend buying your tires from here. Costco warranty is A+ and the employees are great. Bernie was so helpful when I came in with a nail in my tire without an appointment.

Avery in tire center helped me out big time with my flat Aired out tire today 9/16/22 at around 1550, he completely went out of his way and showed true customer service and was extremely kind. Major kudos to Avery for being kind hearted and looking out for others. I was struggling to put air in my tire after I goofd up and let the air out on accident and he drove by and saw me struggling and offered his help. Thanks Avery!!

Love Costco tires. Great warranty - they repair tires for free if you bought them there, and replace them if they can't be repaired. They'll give you a pro-rated refund on the tire they need to replace (if there's still 80% life left on the tire, they'll give your an 80% refund). I've also had them fix a tire sensor that wasn't responding... Great service

I wandered into the tire center in my attempt to avoid the line that wrapped around the building to get into the actual warehouse. It's a clean place, but does smell of vulcanized rubber. The staff was helpful to a degree (they refused to sneak me into the warehouse as a Costco Michelin man). I decided to buy a set of tires for my car, but this being Costco, I had to purchase 24 of them. If you need a Goodyear Viva All-season tire 185/65R14 86T , I got em.

Man they where awesome!! One guy there hella helped me out when the other Costco was rude!.. We got 2 of our tires done and are very pleased!! Took a little longer then we thought but not even a problem .. The guy listen to me talk an was super sweet! Thanks for being awesome guys!!

Went because of losing tire pressure. They advised it would be around 1 1/2 hours and they were very close. Everything was explained to me before, during and after the problem was fixed. Happy with the service and the results.

The tire center employees say one thing on the telephone and another when you get there. You cannot make an appointment over the phone. Customers have to go in and stand in line. Why? Then they say they have no appointments for many days even though that wasn't mentioned on the phone. They then say you can be helped that day if willing to wait for hours. The workers there are not friendly and I got the impression customers are an annoyance. Perhaps they need more personnel. Everything seemed to take much longer than necessary.

I am a Costco member for more than 2 years. I went to the tire shop and the experience was terrible. They never tell you all the information, always you have to ask more, and more and more... In the end, they stop to talk to you and next.... Terrible. Go to In and out Tires in LA central. They have the best prices and people. Big tv in the waiting room.... Best place in LA for tire service ever.

Called for prices, got a quote. Spent 45 minutes in line to be told I'd have to pay $60 for membership. Then I couldn't take my dog into the membership desk just inside door, too hot to leave in car. Waste of time. Same tires were cheaper elsewhere.

Even with an appointment it took 2 hours to get new tires installed. They called to let me know my car was ready and I stood there with my groceries for 10 minutes before someone helped me. The associates have no sense of urgency.

Thank you Steve & Tony for helping us this evening. We do really appreciated it. You guys deserved our 6 Stars It was about 8:20 pm that we went in to Costco Auto Center on Sepulveda Blvd in Van Nuys with the flat tire, just to get some air.Steve noticed the sound of the air was coming out of the rear tire. He & Tony went beyond our expectation, stay beyond their closing hour which is 8:30 pm & help us fix the flat & went home safely.Thank you very much Steve & Tony Amm & Jeeda

You have to pay $15.00 per tire to get "free" road damage repairs but when you go in to get your road damaged tire repaired good luck getting an appointment that's not less than five days out. Who can wait five days to have a screw removed and repaired?

Order tires online, deliver to the store and set appointment day and time. Install 4 tires quick and efficiently

I made an appointment and these guys took care of me. They got it done when they said they would, at a fair price, tucked my donut tire neatly in my trunk, and were polite and efficient.

Asked for tire rotation and charged for $29.99. They didn't rotate two of the tires and were claiming they did. Wasted 2 hours there. Do not recommend.

They didn't have what I needed. Maybe in 3 days. Forced elsewhere but will say this that the guy was helpful at least on an exceptionally hot day too!

Horrible service, they told me I would wait two hours and at two they had not even checked my car and they told me that I wanted to wait another hour.very bad service, if they can't they shouldn't take so much work.They are the worst I had to wait from 3:26 pm to 6:54 pm .all the people who came after me had already left, horrendous experience

They sold me tires with a 60,000 mile warranty, the tires wore out in 20,000 miles and they would not honor the warranty. I've a lifetime alingnment deal and have aligned the car after every rotation. Do not trust these people.

Filthy thieves! My metallic Mercedes-Benz air valve caps that originally came with the car were missing. I returned to Costco and asked for them back, but the mechanic tried passing off some cheap plastic ones for mine. Costco has a thief working in their tire center, and they've lost me as a customer.

I went in to get a tire rotation & replace my tire censors. They only did my tire rotation & I had to call to verify that they replaced my tire censors 3 times until they finally started to work on it. Very inconvenient
