Five star experience, especially considering I was a walk in. Got there early on a rainy day hoping that I wouldn't have to wait so long that I died of old age. I was in and out in about 3hrs.I ordered wide summer tires and they verified that they would fit the wheels & the car before mounting. They balanced and mounted the tires without issue, and all TPMS units work as they did before.They even mounted the right rear wheel in the same spot so that I wouldn't curb another wheel...I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism!

I had one of the better Costco experience here. The staff were polite. There is coffeeshop walkable distance nearby if you need to wait off a few hours.

Surprised this is Costco. Does not feel like the service I'm used to. Long lines, long wait even though I had an appointment, unhelpful, bad prices. Regret buying tires here

Do not believe whatever the technician is saying about warranty prior sale or install. Ask to show where it is written whatever they say. Dont recommend to shop here

Highly recommend this Costco tire center location. Great, friendly, competent staff, that are willing to work with you when other tire centers screw you over. They fit me in towards the end of the day after listening to the dire situation I was in. They treat you and your time with respect. They have great communication and customer service. This is the only tire center I'll go to!

On May 9, I came to the Costco Tire Center (2901 Los Feliz Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90039) to replace 4 new tires (LEXUS ES300h). After the replacement, I found on the dashboard that the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) does not work. I drove 25 miles, the low tire pressure light came on. On May 11, I came back to the Costco Tire Center and asked what happened with my car. Technician identified that tire pressure monitoring sensor on the front left wheel does not work. The technician refused to replace sensor (not available) and recommended me to contact the official Lexus dealer. On May 12, dealer fixed this problems. Damage expenses cost me 358.79$ after your tire replacement in my vehicle. I waiting for response from Costco managers. After 5 business days I got a check from Costco claim department. Thank you for your business!

Staff was friendly and had me in and out in an hour. I did order the tires a week in advance and made an appointment at the time of order. I'm sure this saves a lot of time. You do have to return after 25 miles for a torque check which I did the next day. Same service, fast.

The crew at Costco Tire Center in Los Feliz have consistently been helpful but yesterday they really helped me out. My car was making an odd sound and I was afraid to drive especially with upcoming rain. I took it back to Costco since the sound and warning light came on after I got my tires rotated and torque verified. Ernie listened to my concerns and took the extra steps to drive the car to duplicate the noise (which didn t happen) but then hoisted my car and checked each tire. He did this even though they were busy and trying to wrap up to close. He found that my plastic skid plate was loose and rubbing on my tire. Knowing that my wheels and breaks weren t the issue I felt safe to drive. Thank you Ernie and crew for caring about my safety and peace of mind.

This is the best tire store in the country. Their products are great, the guarantee is the best I know exist. Most important, their staff-personnel are great. They would explain and give you great advice, they treat you with respect and professionally. In addition their prices are great too. Highly recommended.

i bought 4 tires from (Los Feliz) Costco almost 2 months ago, but today my rear right tire kept getting flat and i went there and they check the tire and said we cant fix the tire and you have to get the new one, i ask that worker do i have to pay more and he said we have to measure the tire first but because you didn't drive that much we do it free, or if we can't it cost you $10 to get the new tire under warranty, and i said ok just change the tire, after they called me they ask for $60 ,,,,,, what??? they said because you got the tire on sale you have to pay the direness now, i told them this is not my problem and its not fair but they don't care , i don't understand why should i go to the Costco after this, Guys i do not Recommended to go there its rip off ,,,,,,,,,

Amazing morning team 7/01/22 they took my car in early morning and finished in an hour and a half Very nice crew here at this locationIts harder to get serviced mid day but thats pretty reasonable for walkins

I have a nail implanted in my back tire. I wanted to have it patched or replaced. I called to find out if they had my tire, I was told they did. I made an appointment for 2 hours later. When I arrived the clerk told me he couldn t find the tire in the warehouse and they couldn t help me - he told me to go get a second opinion he suggested I drive to the Costco in Alhambra. Total waste of time.

I had the worse experience @ this location!! Signed in at 10am left @12:30 pm just to let me know they didn t have my tire in stock!! I ll never go back!

Took a little longer to put on the tires than was quoted, but they gave me a good deal on other tires when the tires I wanted weren't in stock. Professional.

Called Los Feliz Costco tire department gentleman stated no appointments made over the phone and to make schedule on website @ Costco tire appointment.com having much difficulty getting website

I CAME TO COSTCO FOR TIER ON MY MECEDES ON 7/11/18. I CALL FROM WORK AN ASK THEM IF THEY HAD THE TIRER . THEY SAID YES .WHEN I GOT THERE THE GUY SAY NO . THEN PULL UP SOME MICHELIN THE HIGHS ONES. WHEN STATED HOW HIGH THEY WAS. HE STAT WELL YOU CAN COME BACK IN A WEEK OR SO

They rarely answer the phone and when they do, they will put you on hold. It takes at least 1 hour of wait time with an appointment.
