Rafael helped me over the phone and quoted me to replace my rear driver s side window. My boyfriend and I had already called 2 other locations and were being quoted over $100 more for the same thing!The service was fast and the waiting area was nice and shaded.I also really appreciated their openness to explain things, their kindness, and respectful behavior. I m bookmarking this location to recommend to anyone who is ever in my situation.

Got here 15 minutes early to opening and they started taking my windshield out immediately! Raphael and his team gave me great service and the price was just WOW! Whole process took 45 minutes! I'll have to see how the new windshield holds up but so far, I think I'll come back.

Absolute cheapest place to get your automobile glass replaced! Between calling and visiting about 10 other places, this place beat the lowest price by 80 dollars....and they did a very quick, clean job.... MUCH APPRECIATED, and I'll definitely be back if need be!

Car got broken into they broke my back window and happened to find this place they are very professional and work very quickly matched the color of my tints and the price was moderate and was able to do everything under a hour

Quick easy install of my new window at an affordable rate. Supper nice customer service with clean inside waiting area and bathroom. Love their hand painted artwork all over and giant sculpture on the corner.

This place totally saved me butt! My husband and I were visiting LA from out of state and our car was broken into and the passenger window shattered. We called Honda dealers and they said the glass we needed was not available at any dealer in CA and would take a week to ship. We re on a road trip and didn t have the time or ability to hang out in LA for that long so I found cortes on google. They had the glass in stock and took us right away. It only took about 45 mins for them to fix the window and cost $180 with tax. They were such life savers during this stressful incident! Highly recommend.

3 stars for low price and nice. Went here to replace windshield 1hour and fast, nice people, but left some of my trims dirty and loose. Went home did it myself.

These guys are fast and know what they are doing. Great work fellas. Came in to replace my 2016 ford explorer windshield. Charged me a great price to replace the windshield and the side black pillars. Highly recommend just note come early cuz they always busy.

This place is very clean had my window regulator repaired in less than 30 minutes the prices are great and all the Mechanics are very friendly I will definitely go back if I have any window problems

$200 flat out the door in 45mins, replace of a rear window with tint, defrost set up and full clean!Cheaper/faster than insurance and other options.Turned my end of day nightmare into a breeze.Thank you Cortes team!

A friend's windshield good smashed as he was driving on the 5 freeway. A chair came flying at him and broke his windshield. I always go to Mission Road to get my windshield done. I called a couple of places and Cortes was the only one that was able to get it the next day at the best price. Needles to say, my friend was very happy. He had called Safelite which quoted him$100- more than Cortes. Why pay more when you can get it cheaper at Cortes?

Had my windshield replaced here after shopping around Main St, nobody beat Rafaels price .Didn't wait long they removed my glass and minutes later their vendor delivered the new glass.I also enjoyed some snacks while waiting.

Didn t fix my glass and ended up breaking the side clips that were used to hold the previously broken glass. Also broke off a side holder and just told us to go to dealer. Would not recommend.

They have a decent location. Prices are moderate. But make sure to come in the morning or before 1pm. I got here at 2pm, they say it was going to take 1 hour to replace the passenger front door window, but at 3pm they all decided to take lunch and stop working. So now I'm just wasting time waiting

2010 Chrysler Sebring window switch was not working .He tried to repair the switch ,but it did not work properly.I brought a new stitch and told he would put on the new switch @ no cost.I will return with the new switch.I hope he follows throught with his promise.I paid 92.00 $ . I will return with the switch and let you know what happens. pic of new switch I brought.

They were super helpful and friendly. They did a good job on my husbands car. They are fair on their price. They didn't overcharge us like another place down the same street. I really wish I would have found them before I had my car window fixed too. I recommend them to anyone needing their window(s) fixed.

These guys are excellent quality and ethical in terms of pricing and work ethic. UPDATE: back again for another review 3 years later still amazing guys good service good work they had to craft a solution for my 2006 sprinter and they did so without needing a new motor by being creative. Excellent place still
