Made major mistakes on my invoice which caused the payment for my insurance to be delayed and I didn't get my car back for 6 months. When I finally got my car back it was missing the rear mats and truck cover. I've had my car for over 2 months and still have not received the replacement. I come to the office today to get the replacement I walk in and when I walk out there's a guy opening my trunk without my permission. It's just insult to injury because literally I was injured in a car accident to have this be my experience from a place that I chose as opposed to a place that insurance wanted to send me to. I'm so disappointed that I'm crying

Had my car serviced here and they did a good job and everything (after having this car at a different, much less reputable car shop that I had to rescue my car from). I assume this place is primarily for AAA so I assume any other insurance you're SOL, but as much as I hate AAA and had other problems with dealing with them, the guys here do good work.

These people are dialed in!! From the 1st phone call I felt taken care of, and every interaction since then. Look no further people, this is the spot in LA to get your ride beautiful again!! The waiting room is comfortable and open. There is a big screen tv to watch and pass the time. They have free coffee and comfortable seating as well. Parking in their lot is recommended, on the street it gets a little busy.Make the best of a bad situation and have Concierge Collision Repair, Inc. fix your sled!!

To make a long story short paint job was excellent; however, Edgar knew I had a claim through State Farm and this isn't a body shop who does business with State Farm. Now, I have to go through the wait game for my money with State Farm. I don't have time for businesses to play games, or manipulate for a dollar.

Very happy with my experience here. My car was broken into and my catalytic converter stolen. While the body work was done quickly, my car had to wait in the shop for 2 months until the catalytic converter came in (not their fault, catalytic converters are on backorder). The whole time, they kept me updated. When it finally came in, they had it installed in less than 24 hours to accommodate my schedule and let me pick it up as soon as possible. My car looks as good as, or even better than, the day I bought it. They were professional, thorough, and happy to answer any questions I had.

AAA insurance recommended this repair shop after my car was in an accident and they did a phenomenal job! Each time I spoke to the staff over the phone they were very professional and kind. They went above and BEYOND and even painted over some small scratches I had on my car as a courtesy. My car was returned with a full tank, cleaned, and looking brand new. Highly recommend !!!

My car (Toyota) was wrecked but they revived it to full working condition (thought I lost it!). Despite using aftermarket parts, they put it together perfectly and one wouldn't notice they are. They even buffed my entire car for a flawless shine. Also, someone is always at the phone and they were happy to explain how my car is doing.

My son's car was there a month. The Insurance companies are taking to long. Concierge made his car drivable by fixing bumper and head light. We came out of pocket. The car looks great and drives great. Still waiting on insurance companies. Do not insure your vehicle with Bristol or progressive. They are ridiculous.

Dealing with this place has & continues to be the nightmare of all nightmares. Stay away no matter what. They kept my car for three months, returned it in undriveable condition (I still don't have my car fixed), racked up $26k+ in costs, and made every step of the process unbearable.I was rear-ended, and my car was towed here by AAA. I think that somebody at AAA is getting kickbacks from this shop. They told me I'd have my car fixed in less than two months, it took close to three months to get it back (although not in driveable condition). All the while, they kept promising that it would be ready when it wasn't. They missed seven deadlines. Once they returned my car via tow truck, it was not driveable. I then had to have it towed and taken to a Mercedes shop. I still don't have my car back.Concierge Collision Repair had said that they test drove my car before returning it. This could not have been the case since the car couldn't be driven once it was returned. They also said that they replaced the hood latch. This could not have been possible since the Mercedes repair shop, which is where I had to have it towed afterwards, said that it was never replaced.When we saw what they were charging the liable party's insurance, it was a bill that totaled over $26,000. They removed and replaced virtually every single part, and returned it in unusable condition. Furthermore, in addition to the car being undriveable, there were other, less major things wrong with the car. The buttons to move my seat didn't work, my gas tank cap was no longer fastened, the pocket next to the car seat was extended, the lights in my vanity mirror wouldn't turn on. These were all things that shouldn't have been affected by my car crash since I was simply rear-ended. They unethically jacked up the bill, "fixed" things that didn't need fixing, and kept running up their labor hours.Throughout this entire process, they would give me wrong information that made this experience even more stressful. For example, they called to tell me I had to pay my deductible. This was not true since my deductible was waived and my insurance reps had told them that multiple times. They had the car rental place call me asking for money multiple times when they had been told by my insurance over & over again that the car rental should not be charged to me.I have never encountered such incompetence and unethical behavior from a business in my life. I wish somebody had told me to stay away before my car was given to them. Their behavior was so egregious that AAA is now conducting an audit into their business.

Concierge Collision repair went above and beyond to help every step of the way after my vehicle was totaled. I was an hour away from home during my accident and had no rental insurance, so Concierge Collision Repair provided me with a significant discount on an enterprise rental car until insurance resolved my issue. Very happy about the customer service. Edga helped me all the time. Had to take 2 cars there because of accidents. Love the car rental by service; return your rental car to the same place when you pick up your car. Open on Saturdays and till late on weekdays.
