I recently I got my side mirror replaced here. Jack was very diligent in finding the part and communicating with me. Once I brought it in, it was done very quickly and for a affordable price. I've had work done at Complete Automotive Systems a few times and they are always professional and never try to upsell me. This has been my best experience at a car repair place!

The absolute best care. I will continue to come back here for all of my car needs.I had an alternator issue and was towed to this shop, called and was seen same-day. Gor was our guy and completely took care of everything! He was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and an excellent employee who talked me through every step of the process, what things would cost, and how much time they were expecting down to the second. I felt confident my car was in great hands. Complete Automotive Systems got me back up and running for an incredible price compared to what I would have been ridiculously charged at the Toyota across the street I usually go to.I would highly recommend this business, and Gor's help, to everyone that is looking for automotive care.

They did a great job on a full brake replacement last year . Problem is owning their mistakes . They were the last place to remove my wheels for service . Next flat tire, there s no wheel lock in the sealed package . Pretty straightforward to me that they presumably never put it back . Despite this, I went back to them for a new tire, which required at least one wheel lock to be broken off - I get it, this can be challenging . I asked for pro bono labor ONLY in regards to removing the lock(s), even just one lock . Their compromise was a somewhat discounted labor rate to remove EACH lock, again billing me for what was presumably their mistake ! I should be asking them to remove ALL locks pro bono, PLUS provide a new wheel lock set at no charge ! I didn t have to go back to CAS for new service either . Ya ll either didn t get it from my POV or the profit this time wasn t enough to help me out and take a little bit of an L

I took a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. I had called beforehand but they, understandably, did not take reservations. Thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in. They did the inspection and gave me the report. The one I interacted with was Bob. He was a nice guy and a straight shooter. I would go here again if I was buying another car in the area.Also, their waiting room was comfortable. It had couches and chairs and even a desk to work at! I worked on my laptop and used their WiFi.

Jack and John took good care of us. We had to wait weeks, and not months for parts that the OEM could not supply. They worked very well with our insurance company to make sure that all of the work performed would be covered. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. My wife and I have come here many times for various repairs and maintenance and have been 100% satisfied every time. I hate going to auto shops where they try to make you feel dumb and upsell you or just seem dishonest. This is not that. The owner is incredibly communicative, upfront, and always discusses all the options with me - even when it will make him lose money. This place understands that a hasty repair is a single payday, but developing trust and respect with customers will yield a lifetime of patronage.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended to Complete Automotive Systems from my body shop mechanic so I thought they would be fairly priced, and honest. The service I received couldn't be further from that.I left my car with John Steinmetz who was short with me and seemed irritated that I was even dropping my car off in the first place for a service. I told him that my car was experiencing some issues and he claimed that "never in his life had he heard of that problem before".Throughout the day John called me with updates in a pretty aggressive way. I told him that I would prefer to get my battery changed through AAA instead of paying triple the price to get it fixed through them and he began yelling at me through the phone. He kept repeating "I'M JUST TRYING TO EDUCATE YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON HERE".I told him to stop all work on the car and only felt comfortable going back to get my car with a male friend because I wasn't sure what he would try to do.I still paid $470 for my car service. After I told him he made me very uncomfortable he threw in a "$50 off new customer promo" but he only added it because I told him I didn't want my windshield wipers replaced by him anymore but he had 'already attached them and threw my other ones away".I would stay faaaar away from this place. Not sure if he was only aggressive to me because I was a woman or because I wasn't interested in him trying to hustle me.

I told my kids when they started to drive that one of the first things you need to settle on when you settle down is finding a reliable, reasonable, personable auto service company. Complete Automotive Systems is that, exactly. They are friendly, very capable, trustworthy and thus the only people I bring my cars to. I rarely give reviews but I'm hoping that my story will help others avoid making the same mistake I almost did!I just went to Complete Auto Systems because my car dealership service department recommended that I do a $980 Lower Ball Joint repair job last week. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion and John saw me looking lost and was nice enough to ask if I needed help then offer to run a vehicle check real quick before I shell out that kind of money for no reason. It turns out that my Ball Joints looked fine and should be fine for another 20k miles.Throughout the process John and his team were all sharp, personable, and quick, so it's safe to say that I have found a new auto repair & maintenance shop moving forward.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very happy with Complete Automotive Systems. John is very friendly and transparent with his business. I came in for my 2016 Porsche Cayenne S with a whistling engine sound. They were able to pinpoint the issue and have the car back to me the next day. Great service!

I went to my dealership to get an oil change and they told me I needed an additional repair (sway bar links). The price the dealership quoted me seemed high so I went to Complete Automotive Systems and got a free estimate. It was nearly half what the dealership quoted me! They did an inspection and performed the repair very quickly. The service consultants I spoke to were both incredibly helpful and clearly explained their thoughts about whether the service was even necessary. I found CAS to be much more trustworthy than the dealership and I'll definitely be returning for routine maintenance in the future.Service: Steering & suspension repair

As a Frontline worker, I appreciated the discount I received from Complete Automotive Systems in Overland. AAA brought me here when my engine overheated, the driver recommended them and they immediately took my car in. I decided to get a full diagnostic because it hadn t had a service since I bought it. I m a returning customer and will continue to bring my 09 528i. As I ve mentioned in Yelp, honest and professional shop. Went in for a basic oil change today but thought I need an alignment as I got new tires but Bob followed up and told me it wasn t needed. I appreciate this honest follow up and thorough explanation on what they checked. You don t really find these kind of shops around. I ve worked with John and he is great too. Recommend and trust these guys and especially their techs. Rating it for their SMOG test. This is a STAR certified station with an amazing new customer rate for their SMOG tests.It was around $25 total out the door! I called around at least 10 other shops and I can tell you that this is the best deal you'll find. Other shops pretend to quote low (one even has a misleading Groupon deal), but they'll hit you with a certificate or some other miscellaneous fee.Complete Automotive Systems was transparent, affordable, and friendly. They get really busy throughout the day, so I recommend going either early at 9 AM or in the afternoon at 4/4:30 PM. The test takes about 20 minutes. Highly recommend it for those looking to check off the DMV car renewal box!

I was charged $180 to run a diagnostic on my car. I was told that my credit card information would have to be put on file and I gave the gentleman at the desk my card. I ended up getting a tow truck because of the costs of the repairs. I let the manager know that I would be sending a tow truck and everything was fine. Later, I receive a message from the tow company that the couldn't get the car because I owed money. The business claimed that my card information was no longer on file and I would have to come in in order for my car to be released. I only found this out after I had called to find out why the tow truck was sent away without anyone notifying me. I asked to speak to the owner who told me that my story did not match anything that they do at their shop, so basically calling me a liar. I was able to pay through an online system, however I do not appreciate being told that my story doesn't match up. If I was trying to get my car towed for free, why would I bother calling about my credit card information. John was rude.Service: Auto maintenance

The folks at Complete Automotive System are honest, reliable, and professional. I brought my car in for the first time and Nick and Bob were able to squeeze me in even on a busy day. When I emphasized that I couldn't leave the car overnight they made sure that my service was completed before closing. They were very transparent with their pricing and I felt that I was billed fairly for the services they provided.

Great experience! I went with Complete Automotive Systems when my usual mechanic wasn t available. Glad I did! John was super helpful. He walked me through what would be done in the pre purchase inspection and explained all of their findings afterwards in detail. Also gave me some fun facts about the history of my car brand. what a terrible experience. I live down the block so thought id give them a try based on the reviews. they mentioned going through changes and having a staff shortage...not sure if thats an excuse, but definitely wouldnt recommend them at this pointlong story long, AAA told me my alternator needed to be replaced and I had them tow me to this shop. Nick from the shop called me later telling me my battery needed to be replaced and it would cost 500 for a battery replacement. ridiculous price aside, I was confused given what AAA had told me earlier. so I called AAA again and they came by to take another look. AAA again said the battery had no issues and had to explain that to the shop...it was the alternator that needed to be replaced, as they said before. No apology or explanation from Nick on why they wanted me to replace the battery.now for the quote on the alternator...1k for parts and labor. I almost took him at his word, but fortunately I knew it sounded high and I called two other shops down the block to get quotes. one shop quoted me 450 and the other was 550. all the shops had roughly the same price for the part itself, so the upcharge was all labor. I ended up having to tow the car down the block to have them handle it at a fair price, and I had to pay these scam artists 90$ just to get my car back and cover their "labor" costs of opening the hood.Id say Im pretty lenient when it comes to these things...even if I get upcharged a bit, I dont usually have time to nickel and dime . but charging me more than double what a shop charges down the street? this was just slimy and unprofessional.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Incredible! Newly minted Tesla service center, got tires and all 4 brakes/rotors replaced for a Model S. Hard to find an non-Tesla shop but this place was great and a refreshing change from the subpar service that we are typically victims of from a Tesla Service Center. I had to stop in for a last-minute repair and I am glad I came here. I was immediately helped and with a preliminary inspection, I got an estimate and time frame for the work. It was reasonably priced and they were all so kind, polite and knowledgeable! Shout out to Bob for helping me out! I was able to pick up my car only a few hours later and got a complete rundown of what happened to my car and how they fixed it. Thanks so much! I will definitely be coming here again!
