recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Columbia Auto Parts for my 2014 Nissan. After discovering a bend in the door, I was concerned about both the repair process and the potential cost. Took our car in for a window fix, and they did a great job! They even cleaned the car for us, we were not expecting a cleaning service too! They are a great team, great customer service all around! I would always recommend Columbia Auto Body. Thank you guys!

My wife s Subaru was repaired by Paul and his crew at Columbia. The repairs were completed within 3 days, and the car looks amazing. I appreciate the text message updates with the status of the repairs. I highly recommend Columbia auto body repair shop! My car looked brand new after my car accident! They are very communicative and any questions or issues I had they handled professionally and quickly. It was pricey but there were a lot of damages and I had insurance so I did not pay the actual damages that were owed- just my deductible. My gas tank was not opening anymore on its own and they fixed that for free. Overall I am very happy with the service and 100% recommend.

I was in an accident and I selected Columbia Auto Body from a list of their insurance's preferred providers to repair all the damage. These guys were really excellent. Next time I need work done on my car I will come here. The owner was very easy to deal with, good communication, got the car done early and managed my expectations well. They even fixed a small problem they encountered that was not part of the claim.Service: Body & Trim

Scraping across an immobile object and tearing the bumper off my car while parking was stupid and expensive, but Columbia Autobody at least did not make it worse. I called at 4:15 on a Friday and Paul was able to look at my car right away and give me a quick, detailed and reasonable estimate within minutes. Parts were ordered and arrived within the time frame he stated, and repairs were completed quickly. They even took off and saved my carpool lane stickers to make it easier for me to replace them. Excellent, quick, friendly and honest service. I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Columbia Auto Body is extremely fair in its cost estimates and works with you to keep those costs reasonable and affordable. I came in after someone had backed into my car. Paul was able to give me an estimate with no appointment necessary. The estimate was quick and easy and once I decided to work with them, the body shop dealt with my insurance to make the process even easier. The communication from the body shop was excellent and I had real-time updates every step of the way. My car is a lease, so it was important for me to get original parts. The shop said it was no problem and after they were done with my car, the body shop technician, Jorge, showed me all the old parts from the car and explained to me what had been replaced and for what reason (which really made me feel good about the whole process). I even saw the boxes that the new Honda parts came in, which again, just made me feel reassured about the whole process. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful, and I really got the sense that they take a great deal of pride in their work. I will always use them if I ever have an issue. Beyond pleased with how they made a stressful situation (having my car damaged) super painless. Big thank you to everyone at Columbia Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Paul and team were great! I'd first used them during an unfortunate hit and run where someone took out my mirror and Paul kept in regular contact notifying me of when the part arrived and the work was complete in a quick a friendly fashion. Fast forward to last month when someone hit me on the front driver's side wheel well and I returned to Paul and the Columbia team for an insurance based repair. He was quick to get me an estimate and once approved, I was given a repair time estimate of 5 days which they met with a few hours to spare. I was given regular text updates on the shop's progress and am now happily back on the road. I've recommended them to friends already as finding a good bodyshop can be a hassle, especially for anyone new to town or the area. My second time here, and my second time as a happy customer! Paul and the team are professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. My car looks better than new since they replaced bumpers and door panels after an accident. I appreciated the ride home after dropoff, and the check-ins to update me on the work. I will definitely be back if I ever need body work again, and recommend Columbia to everyone!

Grade A work on a complicated back end Mercedes AMG job. Seriously can't say enough positive things... From start to finish clear, competent and friendly communication. Excellent with Mercedez and with my insurance. Very detail oriented. Like new again.

Excellent, just excellent. wrecking you car, or having someone wreck your car for you, is bad enough. Dealing with auto insurance and body shops just adds insults to the injury. Our insurance company recommended Columbia Auto Body and we couldn't have been more pleased. They take customer service seriously, clearly indicating timeframe for parts and repairs, asking if we wanted hidden damage form another incident repaired. They were friendly and professional, and our car came home as good as new, really quality work I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was involved in an accident right before Thanksgiving and I am so thankful Columbia Auto Body was recommended to me from One Stop Auto (Eagle Rock). They kept me informed with a text tracker and I knew when to expect my vehicle to be ready so I could plan ahead. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had never been in the accident. The damage had been done to the passenger side front wheel and headlights. I had bought the car end of June of this year and it was returned to me like the day I drove it off the lot. This place is amazing. My car was hit by a deer on the highway which dented the right side of my vehicle. Paul worked with my insurance company, handled the readjustment of my quote, and I never had to deal with anyone else. He also finished up two days early. I highly recommend Columbia Auto Body. Paul came to my place of work to inspect my vehicle and thoroughly went over everything with me. He then arranged for my car to be picked up and taken to the shop. Columbia Auto Body kept in constant contact with me during the entire process. Had a car accident with modest front damage to my 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV, visited a few auto body shops, and got all kinds of quotes with confusing information, one saying that parts may take six months to come, one saying that the radar sensor may not be repairable. finally reached out to Paul of Columbia Auto Body Inc. who explained clearly the whole process of ordering parts and repairing and estimated time. Scheduled time to drop off the car, the car was restored like new as scheduled, all in just two weeks. The rator sensor is calibrated. No drama of waiting for parts for a few months and no excuse that radar sensor can not be fixed as the other auto body shops claimed. If you look for a auto body shop with high standard of quality, professionalism and integrity, I recommend Columbia Auto Body Inc.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
