Stay away from this bodyshop even if GEICO tells you it's best to take it there because of the warranty etc... they charged me on cash beside the deductible for a small scratch that was in my car. So I pay extra money just to get my car intact. Since is a nice modern vehicle. They call me today to pick up my car, they told me it was ready and when I checked I could see the airbag from the drivers front pillar, they just fixed my doors and ruined other thing, my car was very dirty even that one day I went to check the work and I told the owner that I'll bring a cover for my seats and he told me it wasn't necessary since they will clean it really well before giving me the car. I went back and told him about the front pillar and he called one of the workers to get it fix. They just pushed it in and he told me it was ready. I drove my car less than 2 blocks and it was loose again and I could see the airbag. So I went back one more time and the guy was super rude to me tell me that my car was ready. And I said is not ready and he yelled at me with attitude that was ready again contradicting me. I went inside to talk in Spanish with the workers since one of them told me to come back and let him know if something was bad. The guy from the office kicked me out of the business in a rude way.I called Geico and told them that was the famous bodyshop that they wanted me to take my car instead the bodyshop person I knew who wrapped my car and did an excellent job. I regret so much about taking my car there but also was Geico's fault.

Excellent service both customer facing and with repairs. Jordan was amazing with customer service. They ordered my parts and were able to repair my car within one day, and even washed it!

I brought my car in to fix my side mirror through Geico, I had a really great experience with them. The work product for my mirror was superb. My new mirror looks better than the factory one I still for my other side mirror.As far as customer service, I interacted with Jeffrey and Jordan and they couldn't have been more helpful, kind and professional. They took the time to explain things and did it in a way that was not demeaning because I am woman so that was a big plus. I'll definitely go back to them if I ever need body shop work done.

I had my car there for over a week. Didn't deliver the day i was told it was going to be ready. Nick not a very friendly person. Shame on Geico for associating with this shop. Here is how my car looks after a paint job. Very upset. I'm posting this to show you work they do.

LADIES BEWARE!!!!My insurance company (Geico) made an appointment for me to bring my vehicle to this shop. When I got here a man by the name of Richard (I believe) introduced himself and we started to check my vehicle in. My insurance company told me I d be dropping off my car and a rental was already there waiting for me.When we went out to look at the car Richard immediately started to suck air through his teeth, ummmming and ahhhhing about how this and that is going to be extra, and how he was going to have to do things differently than my insurance company had said. So I ask him how much extra.Ladies, I have never been talked down to, patronized or mansplained like this before. And you know damn well this man WOULD NEVER talk to another man the way he talks to women. He tells me he doesn t know how much extra it will be, and that he doesn t know what brackets my vehicle will need (which is very worrying seeing as he s working at a collision body shop).So do what I did ladies, take your business to a female run shop, where you re not treated like an imbecile. It should be noted that the manager of the female run body shop around the corner told me that the guy is obviously trying to rip women off, because THE WHOLE DAMN THING HAS TO BE REPLACED REGARDLESS!!!!

THE WORST! The man in charge is SO RUDE!!!! When you ask him questions he looks at you up and down and makes a nasty face! Received my car back soooo full of dust!!! The estimated took longer than what I was told, they NEVER called to update me, I had to follow up after 1 month of not hearing anything from them. The ONLY professional person there was a young gentleman, but the rest are HORRIBLE! Can't believe Geico has them as a choice.Service: Body & Trim

Trustworthy and professional shop. Richard is friendly, fair, and helpful, as is the rest of the staff. We've used their repair services a few times and are always happy with the results and confident in the prices.

Expeditious, friendly, impeccable craftship, and finished early. I hope to never see them again (for collision purposes). They offer a free shuttle to nearby auto rental places if needed.

The manager (Richard) made me tow the car there and pay $300, and then refused to take the car when the car arrived. So I had to pay another $300 for the tow truck to take it somewhere else. Very unprofessional and egotistic in the way he approached customers. Other staff in the office are very nice though.

My car got keyed and this was the shop my insurance company sent me to. They were so nice and did a great job on the repair. A few days after I got my car back there was a big scratch on the part they had just repainted. I was so angry that it had happened again and stopped by the shop to see what they recommend I do to fix it. Nick was so nice and buffed out most of it and used some of the leftover paint from the previous repair to try to make it less noticeable. He really went above and beyond. I d recommend this place to anyone. They do quality work with top notch customer service.

Not being from the area, I randomly chose Collision Craft from a list of autobody shops that my insurance company provided after getting into an accident in my daughter s car (with her in it no injuries, thank goodness!!). It turns out that I hit the jackpot as far as autobody shops go! we couldn t turn the car over for repairs right away and I was nervous about my daughter driving it as I wanted to make sure it was safe to do so. Eric was my first point of contact and was over the top patient with my phone calls and questions and even agreed to check the car out for safety before getting the work done weeks later. When we finally did drop the car off for the repair everything went so smoothly. I got a call from Jordan telling me the car would be ready around 3:00 on a Friday. I let them know that my daughter would be there to pick it up before six that night. She ended up getting caught up on campus so I called Jordan to let him know she won t make it on time. He proceeded to tell me not to worry about it, that he would wait for her to get there so that she could have the car back as soon as possible. I can t tell you how much that impressed me! Collision Craft closes at 6:00 and Jordan waited on a Friday night until 6:30, when my daughter got there! Thank you to everyone at Collision Craft!! I hate that I had the accident but I so appreciate how you took care of everything to make things as easy as possible getting the repairs taken care of. Anyone reading this considering whether to use the shop, DO IT!! You will not be sorry as these people really care and they are top notch Service: Body & Trim

This place is Awesome! Nick was so helpful. He had just come back from Vacation and was left in the office alone and promised that I would get my car back that day and he Delivered! This place fixed my front end in just a few days, I was expecting much longer because my car is bright orange. My car looked amazing when they were finished with it and the inside was super clean. You will not be disappointed if you take your car here.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had getting my car fixed. The Geico agent has a desk inside the auto body shop making everything seamless. The estimate took less than an hour and I was in a rental car the same day. I dropped my car off dirty and empty and picked it up 3 days later fully fixed, clean inside and out and full of gas. They even went above and beyond to find a different piece of my car to replace. 10/10 would go back again for all my car repair needs.

Was directed to go here through my car insurance. Not only did they drain my car battery, but they installed my windshield wipers backwards (causing them to hit in the middle of the windshield and get stuck there, which makes driving in the rain a complete safety issue). They never tested it after the repairs. In speaking with my dealership, it was a very careless mistake that they have never seen. Would strongly urge you to avoid this company.

I had an accident with my RAV4 and got deep scratches on the door and bumper. Selected this company to make repair. And the result was above expectation. First of all it was quick and they did even more than expected. Solid 5 stars to them!

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They took a look at the damage on my bumper and refused to charge me for the 10 minutes it took to polish it out. Fantastic shop!

If your looking for awful customer service this is the place to go. They actually don t get up from their chairs across the room when talking to you - and you better get to your point quickly because their time is very precious. I would never in a million years use them - but some people might be into that sort of stuff...
