I'm very sad that I didn't meet SAM sooner in my life He is one of the most Smart, knowledgeable about cars and real gentleman I ever met in Auto industry.He did such a amazing job on my Porsche 911.1 and I cannot be happier than this.I would totally recommend this place and him to whom wants to get everything done by OEM spec.

Unfortunately, this is my second time dropping my car off at Collision Consultants. Having an accident is never fun. However, David, Monique and their team make it the most pleasant experience every time. From their customer service to the repair, everything is top notch. They are so helpful and friendly. They take the stress of dealing with insurance, a rental or anything else off your hands and they truly CARE. I m not exaggerating when I say, my car looks better than it did before I had the accident. My 2019 BMW M40i looks brand f-ing new. I will never take any of my cars anywhere else and would recommend anyone to them.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Sam and his team at Collision Consultants on some repairs required on my 911 Porsche and would highly recommend them. The team was extremely thorough about what needed to be done. There were no corners cut and the service was done to the specs and levels required by Porsche. They were also great at working with the insurance company to get the proper authorizations for the work required. Definitely a 5-star experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Consultants is the absolute best. I had the unfortunate burden of having to deal with an absolutely useless and unresponsive insurance company (Sedgwick Claims) for 6 whole months, and the entire time Monique and the team at Collision patiently and tirelessly advocated on my behalf. Week after week would be filled with calls and emails trying to get Sedgwick to respond in any meaningful way and each time Monique would patiently explain the nuances and details of all my options and how to best proceed. They would arrange for car rentals for me when the insurance company wouldn't respond, and the sheer amount of extra administrative work they happily did to help me through this was immense. They truly had my back and my best interests at heart the entire time, and I'm confident that if it weren't for them I'd probably still be car-less. If you're looking for some of the best customer support you'll ever receive, go here. You won't regret it.

Excellent work by Sam and team.Hit by a rock in the canyons a month after getting the car. They took the gouge out of the Aluminum hood, matched the paint perfectly and replaced the windshield. Everything was done timely and they worked well with insurance.On top of this they were able to fix some of the fit issues with my bumper and quarter panels that were Ford/Factory defects when they were putting them back on. Then they were nice enough to recommend a tint shop and even took it over for the work to be done while it was in the shop.Really great experience.

Sam, Monique, Nick and team did an excellent job. Accurate estimate, time frame, and high quality repairs. My Porsche is like new again and I highly recommend this shop!

Best shop I've ever worked with! They are thoughtful with their approach to the repairs, have great communication and really understand the attention to detail required for higher-end cars. Have worked with them twice repairing body damage to a 2019 911. They really understand the cars and I've never had to go back and discuss naggy details like panel gaps or orange peel. It's done correctly the first time and looks factory perfect.

After my car was struck by another vehicle, I did tons of research on where to take it to be repaired. I called here and spoke with Monique who was very helpful and provided information on the next steps in the process. She helped me understand my role as I worked with the insurance of the person who hit my car (who wasn t being very forthcoming). When I took my car in for an inspection, she warned me that it could be totaled (which was a surprise). Although I was very shocked to learn that, it was ultimately helpful because I knew what to prepare when insurance came back with the car s value. The car ended up being totaled after an inspection here, and Monique was very responsive throughout the process. I would recommend.

The owner Sam was friendly, I contacted him because of the shop's high ratings, I wanted to get a third opinion/estimate about how much it would cost to repaint the quarter panel of my 2018 Honda Clarity(a mom and pop shop messed up the paint) but he started to ask me strange questions about whether the trunk panel has been worked on, it has not, the trunk door consists two parts, one metal, one plastic, that is why they look slightly different, but instead he told me the colors don't match which is obviously false because no one has worked on my trunk door/panel, that is one of his reasons he wouldn't want to work on my car and would not want to repaint the quarter panel, I never had a problem like that at other bodyshop's regarding the quater panel, having gotten 2 estimates. Sam is probably very knowledgeable about high end cars like Porche and Benz, but he may not know much about Honda cars. It made me feel like he didn't really want to help me. Maybe this store is too high end or something. The owner could have told me he didn't want to work on medium end cars instead of finding silly excuses to shut me out. Don't go there if you have a cheaper car or low end car. He also told me just forget about my quarter panel and live with it. That was totally not helpful and made me feel I wasn't welcome. He said he would only repaint my quarter panel with the trunk panel repainted because they have to match and it would have cost me 2000 some dollars, so he recommended that I should just move on and forget about it. I am not doubting the quality of their work, it is probably excellent, it is that slightly stuck up attitude of "I only work on expensive cars" that threw me off.I am changing the reviews to 4 stars since the owner responded in a respectful and polite fashion even though I still disagree the way he handled my request to get an estimate. A business owner of a bodyshop is supposed to be helpful for customers' different needs, and not tell customers to move on.Other bodyshops all told me the same thing, I knew the adjacent little window has to come out, but none of other body shop owners told me they could not work on repainting my quarter panel unless they match the trunk door.

This was one of my best experiences with a body shop in Los Angeles. And living in Los Angeles I have had a few unfortunately. Monique was great at communication and was so sweet through the process. I felt like she was as excited to get me my car back as I was to have it back! This was such a different experience from other shops in the area. Sam was also a wonderful part of the process of getting my car repaired. He communicated and really made me feel good that my car was in excellent hands. He also explained the way the repair would go and how certain items were good for my car. I know with insurance its sometimes tricky to do the best thing for the car. I trusted that he and his team would get it done. When I got my car back I literally hugged it because it looked so good! I am so grateful for the care and handling of this by Sam and his team and would recommend this business to anyone looking a professional business that gave fantastic white glove care to my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is an excellent company for auto body repairs! This was my 2nd time working with Monique and Sam and they're awesome. My car looked brand new, you wouldn't have known it was ever in a accident. Great customer service and great communication.

I was helped by Nick and Monique, both were patient, informative, and dedicated. They will do their best to replace all damages new (OEM). Insurances companies will not like this, but it s the hidden secret insurances get exposed on, actually replacing damages and not fixing them with compound then painting over it.CC worked with the insurance for me and went back and forth to advocate/substantiate the repairs. Due to the insurances delays and the current issues with supply chain, the car was returned after 3 months. But the car was given back to me 100% like when I bought it.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Sam, Monique, David and team were the best! They were attentive to detail, informative, considerate and deliberate. Their repair team s handy work restored my beloved vehicle to impeccable condition! They were honest and provided great service, but didn t nickel and dime me. I m grateful for their patience and professionalism! While I hope I never have an accident like this that warrants another vision to Collision Consultants, I ll certainly come back if I have to and will truly recommend them to friends and family. My car looks like it's new off of the showroom floor! What a wonderful experience. Working with Sam and Monique at Collision Consultants was so easy! I was warned that what I was going to go through when my car was hit was going a difficult experience. NOT AT ALL! Stress Free!I went to one other auto body shop prior to Collision Consultants and I walked right out!Walking in and talking with Monique and Sam made me so comfortable. I felt like I was at home! First I was offered coffee and there was no pressure to use them. I show them the damage and Sam looked at the papers my insurance company sent me. He assured me that they go above and beyond what the insurance company thought my car needed. Sam told me that they'd handle all of the back and forth dealings with my insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They could not have been nicer!My time frame for dropping off the car was limited as well as my picking it up when it was finished. Not a problem at all.Monique just said... give us 3 hours notice of the time you'll pick it up because we want to wash it before you get it.Wash it? Car washes don't do as good of a job!I'm once again driving my pristine, brand new "looking" car and I'll be recommending Monique and Sam and Collision Consultants to anyone unlucky enough to need their work.They are STUNNING!Thank you again, Monique and Sam.

THE ONLY BODY SHOP I CAN EVER TRUST!!! I don t know where to begin, from concierge service, to responsiveness, respectfulness, cleanliness, honesty, kindness, professionalism, perfectionist and everything in between from their top head to every single person working here! Sam and Monique will take good good care of you and your family. You ll never have to worry about a rental car because they ll probably have one ready for you before you even drop off your car. You ll never have to worry about insurance issues and price debating because they re so trusted that the insurance companies don t give them trouble. When you come to this place, you feel like you re the subject of importance to them, not your car (which is just a piece of metal). Meaning they focus on how to make you happy not on how to make money. They re the most honest body shop I ve ever dealt with. I had a good experience here! I interacted the most with Sam and Monique and they were both super friendly. I got weekly updates from Monique about my car via email which was also great, since I don't particularily like taking phone calls in general. I especially appreciate that they let me have a loaner car while they worked on my car! I don't know how many they have, so maybe I was just at the right time and place, but it was definitely useful as I didn't have rental reimbursement as part of my car insurance at the time. I got my car back in 4 weeks and it looked great!!
