After a traumatic experience at a different body shop, we brought our Land Rover to City of Stars hesitantly yet hopeful. These guys did not disappoint.They ve done a beautiful and a high standard job, while keeping us in the picture and maintaining our expectations to their ability and realistic timeline.We were blown away by how professional and great communicators they are. Especially Josh, and also Paul and the rest of the team. Outstanding value.This is how taking your beloved car to a place of professionals who love their work feels like. Thank you all! These guys are incredible and so attentive. I had accidents with both my cars in 6 months and both times they did incredible job fixing the cars such that they both came back to me brand new. Paul is awesome and so is George, these guys will do amazing work for you!

These guys are the best. They're honest thorough and totally professional they know their craft and they do it well. I've always brought any work of this nature to them and they have never disappointed me over the years. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else

5 Star Service! I had an amazing experience with City of Stars Collision Center! The entire staff is super helpful and nice. They walked me through everything and made sure I was understanding of the process. The rental car was brought to the shop and it was super easy to get into. A couple weeks later Josh, my assigned estimator from City of Stars, called me to let me know my car was ready. I drove into their shop and saw my car parked inside looking so clean. A huge thank you to Josh and the entire team for helping me get my car fixed.

The repair work that was done after the car was badly rear ended came out better than new high gloss no visible signs of the work that was done very clean .got the car back in time. will be taking my other car back agian to get some work done. don't go to Caliber Collision across the street that place is a joke.

These guys are awesome! Super helpful, super efficient, and super nice/polite! Only waited for a few minutes before I was ready to go. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. Great team with a positive environment! These guys are hardworking and efficient at what they do, really glad to have stumbled upon this business. I had a very good experience and will be returning for future auto-body needs.

City of Stars Collision Center is the best shop in town. They got me back into my Mercedes-Benz super fast and their quality was amazing. My car looks brand new and it was even fully detailed when I picked it up. I will definitely be going back to City of Stars if I ever need anything done to my car. Thank you for such great service!

We recently took in our 2022 Range Rover for repair after a recent accident, and it's safe to say we finally found our go-to body shop. We're usually quite reluctant to try out a new auto body shop, but with the recommendation of Land Rover, we knew we were in good hands.Mike made it easy for us to trust his team from beginning to end through his exceptional communication, transparency, and most importantly.. our car came back better than ever. He made sure to answer our many and frequent questions, and we couldn't have asked for a better job with their work. Don't look any further- highly, highly recommend for all your car's needs.

I was referred to City of Stars Collision Center by Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. My E350 was hit while it was parked in a supermarket parking lot. I came outside after doing my grocery shopping and saw that my car was hit and had a note left on the window. I called the individual who had left the note and he told me that he had already filed an insurance claim. I took the claim information with me to City of Stars and Paul helped me with everything. He took care of everything with the insurance company and got me another Mercedes rental car to be in throughout the time my car was in the shop. Paul called me to let me know my car was done but I was stuck at work that day and couldn't head down. He let me know that he personally could deliver my car to me and pick the loaner car up. I was shocked at the amazing service he was able to provide. Paul came with my car and it looked amazing. Make sure to go to City of Stars if you are in need of auto repairs.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Simple, easy and convenient! I had an amazing experience with City of Stars Collision Center and just had to post about it. My brand new Subaru was involved in a hit-and-run which is never fun, as many people with experience know. I called my insurance company and filed a claim. I then went on to search in my area for a Subaru certified body shop. I came across City of Stars on the Subaru website and went down to their facility. The shop was 5 minutes from my house so it was super convenient to begin with. I walked in and was greeted by their kind staff. After I gave them my insurance information I was asked if I needed a rental car as well. I had the coverage through my policy and decided to get the rental. They had a rental car brought to their facility in less then 10 minutes and I was out of their shop within a total of 20 minutes of being there. It doesn t easier than that. A week later I received a call that my car was ready and let me tell you, my car was sparkling! This was by far the best experience and service I could have ever asked for with my vehicle s repairs!

Okay. So they were really nice checking in. I mean really nice. But will they do a good job and will they finish when they said they would. Hell YES and HELL YES! They did an amazing job and called me 5 days early to tell me it was ready. I will never go anywhere else. THIS IS THE BEST. Now if I could get a plumber to come to my home...

The BEST body shop in LA! My Mercedes-Benz was hit while I was at the market doing some grocery shopping. When I came outside to the parking lot I noticed that it was hit and that someone had left a note with their information on it. I was so angry about the situation and just wanted it all to be taken care of. My dealership put me in touch with Paul who handlesMercedes auto repair near me at City of Stars Collision Center and he got everything going for me. He personally delivered a rental car to my house and picked up my car. Once my car was fixed he even delivered it back to me and took the rental back with him too. I was so impressed and shocked that service like this even exists today. My car looked amazing and I was pleased with how Paul and City of Stars took care of everything for me.

My Land Rover Defender was hit while I was driving on the freeway by a drunk driver who then took off after hitting me. I drove home that night and went to the Land Rover South Bay dealership the next morning. I was referred to City of Stars Collision Center which is their certified auto repair center. I was told that I could drop off my car at the dealership and that City of Stars would pick my car up from there. They got the car picked up and even had a rental delivered to my home after. My car had excessive damage on their, but City of Stars told me they were the right people for the job. They got all my parts replaced and got the car looking good once again. Once my car was complete they had my vehicle delivered back to the dealership and I was able to pick up my car from there. My Defender looked so good and I was extremely happy with their quality. Thank you to everyone at City of Stars Collision Center.

I don't normally post reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due. My2021 Range Rover Sport was involved in an accident and I wanted to get it fixed by a certified or approved shopRange rover repair near me. I called my local dealership which is Land Rover Los Angeles. They connected me to City of Stars Collision Center and they asked me to come by so they can take a look at my car. Andy and Fatima helped me out and made everything super simple and easy for me. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim and City of Stars took over from there. They got me into a rental within 20 minutes and I was on with my day. Talk about making a difficult situation easy. My car was fixed in no time and they even delivered it back to my house. Thank you to everyone at City of Stars!

These guys are the real deal when it comes down to quality repairs and customer service. My Subaru wrx STI was involved in an accident and the right side of my car was badly damaged. I called the Timmons dealership and they referred me over to City of Stars Collision Center. I went down to their collision center to drop my vehicle off. Josh helped me with my car and explained the entire process to me. They put me into a BMW rental car which was super nice. They worked with my insurance all the way through and ensured that all the parts replaced on my car would be new Subaru parts. Josh called me to let me know my car was ready and I went down to pick it up. The car looked amazing and their paint work was excellent. It looked like nothing had ever happened to my car. I will only use City of Stars Collision Center if I ever need any vehicle repairs in the future.

The body work is incredible but EMPTY YOUR CAR because things will be stolen. You can find both great body work and peace of mind elsewhere.~$800 worth of items were stolen from my vehicle while in their possession (or stolen while in the possession Mercedes of Beverly Hills dealership - either way, it s a shock given both tout excellent service).The body shop s response was that since I signed paperwork I had zero recourse. To be fair, I did sign that paperwork. I just didn t think that between this body shop and Mercedes Benz of BEVERLY HILLS that I would have to worry about my items being stolen while in their hands.Here s what s bizarre:When I first mentioned my sunglasses were missing, the rep checked my center console where I kept them and also thought it was weird they were gone. To me that signals that he remembered them. He said he would check the cameras and call back.Upon his follow-up call, the rep suddenly had no idea what I was talking about - not the glasses, where they originally were, nothing - but managed to remember that since I had signed release of liability for personal items there was nothing I could do.In that same phone call, I was also told that since the vehicle travels to so many different facilities, it s the reason they had that clause in their paperwork and they wish they could help. Again, this is understandable.In a follow-up conversation that took place after that phone call with both dealership and repair shop staff present I had asked again how many different places my car went to for the repairs (so I could make all of those phone calls to track my stuff down), I was then told that my car was only ever at the body shop or the dealership and nowhere else.So, two locations instead of so many different facilities for all the different types of work as originally stated.Ultimately, I don t know who stole my items. What is fishy (and what makes me write this) is the consistent flip-flopping of stories from this staff. That makes it hard to trust them - so again, while the body work is honestly stellar I would reckon you go elsewhere. You can t put a price on peace of mind.If reading this gave you a headache, imagine going through it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What an amazing experience! City of Stars Collision Center should be the only place to get your car fixed if you ever get into an accident. The staff was by far the best part. They help you with all of your needs and make sure that you have the best experience, and nothing less. Make sure to give them a call if you ever need auto body repairs.Service: Auto detailing

I always go there to fix my Ford fusion lights this people are amazing no one can do sometimes what they are able to do honestly they know a lot about car issues, I highly recommend this place they work like a great team i like this place very much .

The go-to Body Shop in LA!! My Mercedes-Benz was towed to this shop and they did an excellent job. All the parts used were brand new, the car's paint was on-point and the detail at the end was amazing! Huge shout out to Paul who made all this happen to me.

Having to go to a body shop is never fun or convenient. They make you wait for hours and are so hard to trust. Well, City of Stars Collision Center is the exact opposite of what your ordinary body shop might be like. They really go above and beyond. The employees pointed out the damage to me and were so clear and transparent about the process. They had Enterprise even come and pick me up. WOW!

Absolutely recommend them! Their customer service is off the charts! They re-painted parts of my car under warranty for free even though it s been 4 years but not only that, they washed and cleaned my car inside out and ALSO polished my headlights! I literally just bought a headlight cleaning kit because of how bad they were looking. Last time I had them cleaned professionally I paid $50... now they did it for free without me mentioning anything. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful and considerate and truly just wants to make their customers happy. Big thumbs up!

I have been to many auto shops in my life and none have compared to the outstanding service I received at City of Stars Collision Center. I brought my AMG GT here after my car had been hit and these guys took care of me as if I was family. The guys are some of the most knowledgable in the industry and wanted to work with me plus get me the best price possible. They were determined to get my car looking brand new again. They constantly kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car and worked in an extremely timely manner. I was shocked at how good my car looked once it was done. Previous shops have all taken their sweet time and were in no rush to get my car fixed. These guys strive to make their customers happy and boy did they deliver I have already told my friends and family about this shop and they now have a lifelong customer. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop.

This is the second time we get into an accident, the first was a horrible mess trying to get it fixed. They took forever and even damaged our seats. So we were a little nervous to do this again. Omg this time was heavenly, the customer service was great! They were helpful they gave us the information we needed. Even got us set up in a rental that was dropped off here and picked up here. They did the work so fast! Handed the car perfect like nothing ever happened. My mom mostly speaks spanish they were very helpful in that also. Especially as women you feel like they wont help because we wont understand what's going on. They were the complete opposite. I can never thank them enough for making this experience the best ever! Thank you

They seem to think they own the sidewalk and that anyone recording while walking down the sidewalk has to listen to them. Then, they threaten the people recording.They also make racist comments about green cards and seem to think because people don t work the same hours as them, that they are jobless and less manly, which makes little sense.I m talking about the Mexican man you guys harassed in august of 2022.He had every right to be there and you can t do anything about it. Stop being triggered over people s rights. Everything he recorded from a sidewalk was legal and he has the right to do so. IT s constitutionally protected.Yes, I have a job. I can take care of my family, without working 12 hour days, like you.

Was going to get my windows tinted but there was nowhere to park. City needs to do something about them parking all around. I tried to talk to the manager and all he said was I work 13 hours a day and I m still fat I suggested he try a diet plan.Only giving one star because I cant give 0.
