Let me start with I never write reviews. I had a nail in my tire and needed a quick patch job, so I quickly called around to local auto repair shops and Citizen was able to take me right away. They were SO rude from the moment I got there. While they did their so-called patch job in about 15 minutes, the patch itself was HORRIBLY done and required me to replace the entire tire for safety, as it could have blown out.... AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

The worst place possible. Not only that you will be either over charged or " affordable" only to realize they "have" "fixed" one thing but damaged another so you became a generic payee to them. Very professional, very honest, and great prices. They always have patience to answer any questions that I ask. They do an amazing job everytime I take my car. I feel like I can trust them. Just good vibes. This highly recommend this place.

Wow, this place is excellent. They gave me a super fair price and helped me with a project that others said they couldn t do. Even went above and beyond and helped me fix a couple other small things while they were at it. Good, thorough, kind. I ve tried several places since moving here three years ago, and I needed to leave a review because it took so long for me to find somewhere I d go back to!

Been taking my car here for years. Very good mechanics and the labor is very decent. They do little things for you (just ask) and you're not even felt obligated. In short, no sales pitch. However, there's one thing I know for sure they don't do-transmission flush. I do that at American Tire Depot on Sunset, another good place. Too bad they no longer have the Smog check guy together here. That made it way super convenient!

Very nice and helpful shop. Phone was answered quickly and they were immediately able to take a look at my car. I was given a good estimate on time and cost. Fast service. They helped me out couple of times with my tires - the city is full of nails looking for a tire to puncture. They were very helpful and fast in repairing my tires. And they are quite reasonably priced! I would recommend this shop!
