When I backed up into a pole last night, my back car window was shattered and I had to find an affordable replacement right away! Luckily, I searched for a place that was open and this one came up. When all the other shops were closed at 5pm, Christy s Auto Body Shop was open til 7pm! I couldn t be happier with their service. They were super quick and were able to order the window, pick it up, and install it the this morning. And, it was the best price in town. I love that this is a family-owned and woman-owned business. I am happy to have met these kind, honest folks. And, if I ever need auto body service done again (hopefully not), I will be going back! Highly recommended!

An actual gem. I mistakenly went to this shop a few weeks ago for a check engine light and they were super kind and still checked out my car, cleaned my spark plugs, and essentially gave me a whole diagnostic for free. I don t do a ton of reviews, but I took my car to 3-4 places that either told me it was fine or wanted to charge a good amount just to see it, and they were the only ones who actually put in the time to really look at my car and figure out/show me what was wrong with it. I am super grateful and cannot recommend enough. A+++

I had someone break my car handle, they were able to order my part and match the paint and fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Cheaper than the dealership This is the second time i brought my vehicle, and for something minor compare to the first one (auto collision)they did a adequate job.Will definitely be coming back, and a good place to recommend others who need a auto body shop.

I d give her 10 stars if I could. Christy was absolutely great, super communicative and happy to help with everything. She also handled all insurance related stuff and made this stressful experience much more pleasant. Her staff were also just kind and reassuring.

I never write reviews but I have to here. They quoted me multiple times less than in other body shops because they were trying to fix my problem without having me pay a lot of money and do unnecessary repairs.They cared about helping me and managed to fix my problem and save me a ton of money, thank you so much!

I'm just so happy with the entire experience at this business. From being offered a ride home with initial drop off, to meeting the really sweet owner Christy herself, and the gift of a washed and vacuumed interior when I picked up my vehicle. My car looks brand new and the work put into the repairs is simply Exceptional! I had a bumper that was practically held up by glue, tape and zip-ties restored to factory grade. A large dent in my rear door has disappeared and looks like the car I bought brand new years ago. As soon as I met Juan who immediately asked if he could help when I walked into the business- I knew from the vibe and the honest professional opinion from him, I was going to choose this place to repair my beaten but great car. By the way, these are the best prices you'll find and with the high level of work you'll receive - you will not regret supporting a woman owned, family run, minority owned business. I was born in LA and this is probably the first time I ever experienced meeting a shop that actually cared about what was going on with my car. I came in, only to get my hood cable replaced, and they ended up welding and fixing my latch as well and fixing a part of my bumper that was dislodged, and still got charged the same quote they originally gave me just for the cable.i had some other issues with my car that i plan on taking my car back for and it s a relief to know i don t have to worry about my car, for once.I don t plan on taking my car anywhere else because it was the first time in a long time i was reminded as to why I love LA so much. Christy Auto shop really care and i appreciated it so much!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I dented and scratched the lower passenger side of my front bumper on a 2020 Honda Accord. Christy quoted me at an extremely reasonable and affordable price. They were also available to do the work the next day which only took a few hours. When I got there to drop the car off I was greeted by a nice man that got my car set up and pulled into the shop and even offered me a ride down the street to my house. My accord looks brand new again. They really truly go above and beyond and offer fantastic quality work.

Well, I have to say this is the most efficient and well communicated body repair shop I ve ever been to. I needed my rear bumper replaced and Christy was able to have it done within 5 days. Painted and everything! I mean, honestly my rear bumper cover is the nicest and most shiny thing on my car. She was personable, honest, direct, and gave me no frills. I definitely recommend her and her employees. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this place!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Beyond impressed. My brand new car had a minor hit on the corner bumper. I found Christy's Auto Body Repair on Yelp, requested a quote. Not only was it the best price in town, they were super friendly, & they got me in right away.My biggest worry was that I use my car for work and I couldn't be without my car for a long time. I was able to drop of my car and pic it up the same day.Christy's did a 10/10 on the work & they did not try and over charge me at all! I got what I needed and I would highly recommend any body work to be done here!Service: Painting

I almost never write reviews, but I think Christy s deserves some praise. I was involved an accident that left my front driver s side fender crumpled and bent a strut.I looked around for a shop near my work and saw that Christy s got some good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I dropped my car off Thursday and by Wednesday they had fender replaced and painted and even replaced the bent strut! (Excellent match on the paint, BTW)Working with Christy was great. She was knowledgeable and professional, and as a plus very friendly! The work was finished exactly when it was promised and not a penny over the estimate.Highly recommended!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worthless, Ripoffs. you asked them to fix one thing they end up wanting to do your whole car. So I got paint spots on my car. I asked can you buff it out they said we have to do this and do that, and that's going to cost LOL 500.00!!! So I remembered a place called OEM that is located on Olympic Blvd. They took a look at the spots, they got some solution with a rag and it came right off. All for 10.00 I saved $490.00.

This is a family run business who take pride in their craft. They have great communication, they are very knowledgeable and made an effort to accomodate my schedule. Took my Tacoma in with sun damage penetrating to the fiberglass. They polished it and found matching paint. Now it looks better than when i bought it. Great job!

I was so impressed with this shop, I was attended with the best customer service. Christy and her team are the best, everyone was so nice from the the moment I walked in; she makes you feel like family. I was nervous because I have never needed to take my car before for collision repair. I told her I was nervous paying out of pocket and because I didn t want a Mickey Mouse job and instead of feeling offended she was very nice and she explained the entire process. She relieved my anxiety, and when I went to pick up my car I was blown away with the quality of her work. I am 100% satisfied with the way my car looks, I would definitely recommend going with her, you will not be disappointed,Thank you.

Absolutely the best customer service in a body shop. I use be loyal to Jessy's auto on Central because of the service Christina provided. I recently got into a car accident and totalled my car . I looked for her at the old spot she was at and when I found out she had moved I didn't hesitate to move my services. Even after 2 months my car still looks like NEW! I will continue to refer my friends and family to her!!Thanks Chris!

I took in my car for repair due to a small collision. I was very impressed with this body shop's turn around. In 2 days my car was just like new. I have been to other body shops in the past. Nothing compared to the professionalism and attention I received at Christy's Auto Body Repair. Will always recommend this lady!!!

Christys auto body repair is absolutely flawless, they work with your insurance company not only that but christy works with you and always give you the best price in town you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. I would give this shop a 10 stars if i could, everyone treats you like family. Take your business with them you wont regret it i took my car in there and my car came out 100% my car looks brand new. Thanks christy it was my honor doing business with you.

My 2021 vehicle was involved in a collision, they were able to match the paint and do the repair. Christy s auto body shop did a great job, great communication as well.

This review is Way overdue! I got rear ended on the 5 in Lebec on my way to Delano before sunrise & needless to say I was traumatized by the whole experience ; since I live right by Christy's , i never doubted for one second to bring my car here .I called my insurance the next business day & Christy took care of the rest ! I was taken care of like a queen ; her staff was so super professional & Christy is just completely an amazing person ; she made me feel so comfortable & she knew i was super stressed out from dealing with this & she went above & beyond to make sure I was good ; I've also come here for 2 other issues before my accident & my best friend has also been here for minor work . I will never hesitate to recommend Christy's ! So inexpensive trust me !! & just professionalism all the way around plus it is woman owned .

Christy is awesome. Took my company vehicle with her, she work out the lowest quote out of all collision repair shops & had it repaired in less than 3 days. I highly recommend Christy' s Auto Repair. I was so blessed to come across Christy's AutoBody Repair. I had hit a traffic cone on the freeway and ruined the driver side of my bumper, I needed it fixed ASAP and wanted a good job fast !!!... I stopped at Christy's for a quote and checked other autobody repair shops to compare pricing... All other competitors were quoting me almost 3 times the price and would not have the car ready until 2 or 3 days... I could not be with out a car for that long..I decided to take my car to Christy's, I dropped my car off on Friday after work and they had it ready on Saturday by 4pm... I was so happy with the work they did... They left my car looking brand new, they replaced the bumper, and got the parts I needed. They did a great job matching the paint... Christy's was definitely the best decision the owner Christina was so nice and helpful...She gave me the best customer service and they did an amazing job at an unbeatable price... Thank you so much for your great work... I definitely recommend Christy's Autobody Shop, this is the place to go for Great work with a great price...
