Absolutely the worst customer service and gas station experience I have ever had. Their payment system was down (apparently), and instead of explaining this to all of the customers waiting in line, the owner (I assume) complained about losing so much money. When I asked him what was going, on he still didn t explain that they were having an issue, and instead yelled at me saying I was giving him a headache. Overall it was a confusing and honestly hurtful encounter. I just wanted some gas and coffee. I ll never go back and you shouldn t either. We all have bad days but it s how you handle it that matters. Complete garbage.

I drive for work and I have no choice than to use public restrooms. Ive stopped at this gas station 3 times in the last year and they always say there bathroom doesn t work. You shouldn t be an ExtraMile Chevron if you don t even have a public restrooms. I can understand if they don t want the homeless to use it but they should allow paying customers to use it. This is why I never spend money at gas stations that don t have a working bathroom for customers.

I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station...Sketchy as hell. I tried 3 pumps and all of them couldn't read a card (kept locking my card in but would then go back to the start message). I went in to talk to the cashier and he didn't even seem surprised? He just kept saying "you can give me your card here."No, dude. I'm not trying to get my numbers lifted. I paid cash, and on the way out saw another person having the same issue with the pumps.Strange all around, and 20 cents more expensive than the neighboring stations.

I ve been coming to this place for many years since it s close to where I work, but I have to say the older lady with an accent that works here is very rude and can be extremely unpleasant at times. I noticed from past reviews that other people have encountered the same problem in regards to her terrible attitude. If management truly cares about their business, they should train their workers to provide better service and most importantly to treat customers with RESPECT.

The little Mexican attendant is very racist. Call me a white boy told them I was Peruvian told me Peru was filthy dirty then I chased him to the front door store and then he ran away like a coward

I went to get gas here last night, used my debit card. Then all of a sudden $100 was stolen off my debit card at a Chevron in El Monte. Nice place.

I came here to put gas, spent $94.50 on gas went inside to use restroom and asked the attendant, came back with "not in service" as to just brush me off, didn't want to ask further so I just left.

Expensive gas. Only reason I ever go here is for the convenience of being right next to the freeway.

Only 3 people work this store and 2 are the rudest ppl I've met ever...they just talk on the phone and act like it's an inconvenience when u interrupt them wish I could post a video here to show...if I was younger smh the place would have had a major issue...2 days ruened from simply trying to purchase cigarettes by encountering this ppl...these bs workers

Usually there friendly here but today a lady named Mukti lost us as a customer by telling my 11 year old son tgat he had to pay for air which has been free by califronia law for many years. She arrogantly denied a family if four with 2 kids a cappability to have a safe vehichle for a long roaf trip. Please fire this horrible lady #karma. we are filing a complaint with the government.

I never thought I'd be writing a review about a GAS STATION lol but here I am. This place fails at every angle of a business. This place is the definition of filth. Avoid it at all costs, these managers are rude.

One of the worst gas stations I've been too in a long time and I've tried it several times. PLUS gas pumps never give receipts forcing you to go inside for rudeness.
