Saved us in a pinch, car broke down prior to important engagements and these guys threw themselves at our problem and stayed the extra hour on a Friday. Couldn t be more thankful for their service, I am definitely a patron of theirs now.

Customer service is TOPS thanks to Mr.Castillo! Great service and good deal on tires. I had my new tire ordered day before and I showed up next day and had it put on. This is my go to shop from now on.I will be back and I DEFINITELY recommend Castillo's to all.

There s a reason this place has high ratings.. right from the phone conversation to in person, the service is just great.. the phone conversation alone gave me the satisfaction to come to this location even though their operating hours was bit restrictive.. it was worth waiting for.Tire patch up and rotation service. Done. Now I simply hope it withstands the test of time. Because you know what they say, once you go to a mechanic to fix a problem, another problem tend to arise afterwards. So fingers crossed.

I ve been coming to Castillo for quite a few years for 2 of my cars and I ve never once left disappointed. His prices and outstanding customer service, as well as his honesty is what keeps bringing me back. I never feel like he takes advantage or does it just to take my money. This is the number one place I go to get tires or to get a tire alignment for my car. I have been coming here for years. The prices are amazing an Rubin the owner makes you feel like family every time you come here. An there this a awesome waiting area . You can watch TV or there's a playbilliard table , or pool table so you can pass the time.

Excellent service! When I drove in(glad I did), the man which I think is the owner was busy with someone else but even though he was, 5 minutes after he saw me he helped me out! I needed a spare tire and had it replaced in less then 5 mins! The price was amazing since I went to other tire shops near by and they didnt have my size of spare tire, he found it! Would definitely come back here again and definitely recommend this place!

I had a flat tire and they fixed it so incredibly fast and I was shocked when the total was only $15! Really made the best out of a bad morning. Plus, Ruben was the epitome of great customer service! He immediately treated me like a friend and went above and beyond the service I required. If he ever needs a kidney or anything, lmk.

Hey I will definitely recommend this car tire shop. The service there is great the ppl their make you feel comfortable & welcomed.. I was distraught over my car randomly overheating an stop but I walked in they made me feel better on top of that they fixed my car in time for me to make my cousins graduation thank you

We had an emergency exit on the 10 and I started Googling tire places. Castillo Tire popped up and I called and talked with someone and they said we could get in right away. We headed there and they were waiting for us. They took our tire off, took it in, and came out with it in 15 minutes. Alonzo showed us a long shard and said it was fixed. Thank you so much for squeezing us in before you closed. You are the best.

Our tire blew out on the freeway, barely made it to the off ramp by the Convention Center. We had a lock on the rim with no key and the tire was shreaded. Looking up the nearest tire shops we found Castillo tires, it had great reviews so we called. Reuben, the owner, came to our rescue right away, and we were so happy to find that he was so cheerful and friendly ! He had the right tool to unlock our rim and put on the spare on in less than 5 minutes. At the tire store he gave us a great price on a new tire and treated us like family. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will be coming back again even though I don't live near by. THANK YOU SO MUCH REUBEN, GOD BLESS YOU!!! :D

Talk to Ruben and tell him James sent you. I found this place while driving around looking to replace all 4 corners of my AWD sedan. He came through and made me feel like family. From that moment on I have taken my two other vehicles here for new tires and alignment. He is customer friendly, as are his associates, the prices are fair, the work is honest.This place thrives on customer satisfaction and I wager that Castillo Tires & Wheels will be able to accommodate your needs. I suggest that you call in advance to see if your tire is in stock as it may need to be delivered next day from the warehouse.Ruben enjoys what he does and this is to your benefit.

I had a tire blow after driving through some construction, and pulled in here to get it replaced. As a young woman, I often feel like I have to prove myself at car places. Not here! They were kind and understanding and completely transparent. He found some high quality used tires that were in my price range and offered to give me a call when he got more to round out the set. Would (and will) absolutely come back here, and would tell any of my friends to do the same.

The service here was incredible. So many other shops in the area just try to upsell and take advantage of you but not at all these guys. They fully explained everything so I actually understood my problem, and did not automatically default to trying to give me the most expensive option. They were so extremely helpful I cannot say it enough. I will definitely be telling everyone about this place!

Ruben is the man!! He got me in and out with a fixed punctured tire, which he replaced very fast despite other customers on a busy day. He was very friendly and we had great conversation. Would highly recommend

Wonderful Hospitality.Had a Ford Fusion that had a nail on the side and was frustrated on how to fix it.My father reccomended this place.Called Ruben was a big help in verifying the right tires to order. Ruben ordered the ironman tires and called the next day when the tires arrived.Added air to my flat tire with a screw on the sidewall and drove over thereRuben welcome me and remembered me.Effortlessly and efficeintly took of the old tire and replaced with new one then rebalanced the tires.Check out was easy put it on credit and no issues payment process is fast and efficient.Ask about tire repair 15 dollars for repair on the tread only no sidewall.
