My Mini sustained front-end damage in a hit-and-run and my insurance company directed me to Cartek. After a delay caused by parts shortages, the Mini was repaired and brought back to perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff are considerate, friendly and honest. Vic was able to go the extra mile to help me with an issue with Enterprise Rent-A-Car regarding their rates. Carmina, who works the front desk, is expert at her work, and I felt well taken care of. I departed in my freshly-washed Mini grateful that I'd found another local business that deserves my support and loyalty. Nobody looks forward to a trip to the body shop, but if and when it happens again, I will most certainly choose Cartek. Thank you guys.

These guys have been my mechanics for years (since they were on Figueroa Street under a name I can't remember right now), and they've always been fair, helpful and honest. They do good work, and they are good at working with you to keep an old car running well. I've also taken cars to them that I planned to buy to get their advice. Highly recommended!

Recently my husband took in his 2019 Ford Fusion to repair a scratch from an accident. When he got it back we couldn't even see the repair. It was that well done. Great staff and great work. I recommend this place.

I was there last week. What a great place . They are very professional and friendly . They changed my BMW clutch master and slave cylinder . They did a great job with a very good price. I highly recommend them for your car repairs and body work.

If I could give this shop a 100 I would!!!!! Absolutely the best!!!! My car came out so amazing after my accident it looked better after than it did even before the accident! Raz was professional, supportive and reliable and so was the entire staff!!! Thank you all for making such a bad experience turn out great, I will forever come back to this shop as long as they are open.

Great place, nice staff. I was referred here by my father when I got two flat tires in the same week. The first they couldn't patch because the nail was in the sidewall. The second they patched in a few minutes while I waited and insisted on not charging me for it.

I'm guessing there's a lot of under the table business that goes on here. They did a decent enough job on my repair, but asked for cash and didn't give a receipt (which meant no evidence of payment for warranty, either)...which felt a little shady, and had me questioning the high cost of the repair!

So they fixed my bumper looks emaculate and they detailed my car as a courtesy. They answer the phone the majority of the time. But when I back up now car makes a screeching noise. They "fixed" the ac well it's kinda fixed.
