First time I came to this body shop to repair my car after the accident and I waited 27 days for my car to be repair with new parts and they haven t repair it they said that insurance didn t approve them to order new parts but really it opposite they approved it they paid them $2,500 and they already supposed to order parts because my car was sitting there for 27 days and they didn t repair it at all they are a false body shop I ever been to they stole my parts my car and that s it and also they made my car look more uglier than it was from the accident don t trust them don t go to them 4.7 stars aren t worth it ! Their attitude had become a common for everybody around them fine them ! Make them pay you back what they didn t do ! Only trust your instincts that where you would you want to go and get a repaired car right way with parts coming at the same time ! Do not trust your vehicle to this body shop!Was directed here by State Farm to repair a recent accident. After they had my car for a week and a half I was called and told they couldn t get the part needed to repair my vehicle.I understand the supply chain issues these days, but why did it take so long for me to be informed they couldn t make the repair. I had to pay for a rental car for all that time for no reason.A few weeks later they called and informed me the part had arrived. I bring back my car but even though they have the part in stock it takes another week and half to complete the repairs. So another week and a half of rental expense.To top it all off, they stole items from my car. I know, I know, I shouldn t have left anything in there. I had emptied out my car the first time I dropped it off but neglected to do it all again. Still, someone there stole from me!Take your car elsewhere! Very pleased. My car looks beautiful. Alex provided excellent & efficient service. Good contact throughout the process with updates.The pricing is competitive.Note: A little hard to see. It's on Fountain, a few buildings east of Virgil on the south side of the street. Their driveway is just beyond the office storefront.

I brought my car here for repair after someone accidentally side swiped my parked car. To begin, all the staff are super friendly, communication is great, they did it faster than anyone else, and they also had my car washed. I m beyond happy with their service. I am truly satisfied with this company from the beginning to end of the process.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. The team was fantastic. Excellent customer service. I was so nervous about how my car would look after accident and my BMW looks good as new. They do excellent work and had my car back to me lightning fast. Really really appreciate them for everything.

I was in an accident and the other party was at fault and their insurance company recommended Carstar First Choice. From the first point of contact I was impressed by their professionalism. I came into the shop on a Monday and the manager inspected my entire vehicle and he said they would try to have it finished by Friday. They did have it completed and repaired good as new by Friday. I could not have been more satisfied with the entire process. Thank you

They're grrreat! My insurance company listed Carstar as a partner so I used them for some repair work. Dropped my car off on Monday then got it back on Thursday with the damaged fixed and the car washed. Brought it back for a follow up because something small was overlooked. They took me right away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Service is friendly and fast. I'd 100% use them again.

This place is busy but very accommodating. I had front end damage that they fixed within a week and they were very thorough to make sure that every lil part of the car was working properly after the job. I didn t get the car back exactly when I expected but it showed me more that they cared about doing it right, rather than rushing. They made it easy for me to get a rental on their tab as a result. Very happy with the customer service as well. Carlos, Frieda, and Sasha were a pleasure to deal with and handled all my incessant questions including a FaceTime with my dad. Lol thanks guys! Goodness gracious, what an amazing shop. Fantastic communication, honest and reasonable estimates and prices. clean, kind, professional and FAST.I was rear ended and the at fault's insurer pointed me towards CARSTAR and honestly, the headache of the accident was worth it knowing that now I have a place I trust for future repairsEveryone I came across at the shop was friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Edwin. I can't say that I can't wait to be back, haha, but I know when I do need to, I will be in good hands. Thank you for treating me an my old car as good as any new shiny off the lot model. <3

Service was okay. Had a problem when picking up my car, tire was flat and they blame me for it when they didn t put the steam valve together right. I had to go to a tire shop myself. Apparently customers isn t right they are. I wouldn t go back to this place or recommend anyone to come here. Find a better place read the review before you go anywhere.

This auto shop was amazing from the start to the end. My parked car got hit and I needed my bumper fixed ASAP. Freda and the team had me evaluated, and after dropping my car off at my scheduled appointment, my car was turned around within the day looking like brand new.They even made sure to use paper mats because it was a rainy day, and I SWEAR the inside and outside of my car looks like it's been cleaned through, which I highly appreciate.5 stars, and definitely recommend the CARSTAR team for body damage and paint!Service: Body & Trim

The folks here do great work. If you need any collision work done right, take it here. My entire back end was smashed in and now it is like it never happened. They even took my car in and had it detailed and looking brand new when I came to pick it up. Edwin was very friendly and seems like a good honest guy. I also had some issues with my storage unit and had to have a bunch of things in my car and they didn't complain or anything. Which they probably could have! But they didn't! Wow!!

Very rare you find a business that is so dedicated to customer centricity and professional perfection. My car was rear ended in a collision. Not only I wanted OEM to be put back on but the paint job to match the original and the car be ready as soon as possible. They nailed every expectation throughout my journey with them. I happened to find them through State Farm Select Service ( insurance of the person who rear ended me ) and called up the office. Frida, the office manager, was quick to respond and understand my situation and expectation and gave me assurance that everything would be taken care. She explained how it goes as this was my first time in a collision and she confirmed that they do not deal with After Market products for my car. She was able to show my car damage to her production line manager and was able to give me a quick appointment in a matter of 3 to 4 days. They are busy so call them back if they said they would call but haven't called. I dropped my car and was out within 30 minutes. Edwin, the owner, inspected my car, told me how the process will roll and assured me 100% satisfaction. They have a saying posted in their office wall ' don't worry, we will take it from here ' and indeed they do. This business values your car like you do, steps in your shoes and does the work like you would do. To my surprise, I got the car back within 4 days which was amazing. Honestly, I could not find any flaw in their body work, was trying hard but could not. They clean and detail your car as a compliment. Edwin did something I requested on the house which wants me to recommend them more to family and friends. Frida is amazing, she takes control from beginning to end. I just dealt with two amazing folks, Frida and Edwin, from this shop and their dealing speaks volumes of how other team is and the overall work ethic is. Definitely recommend.

KEEP LOOKING.Today is Thursday. I spoke with Frida on Monday and she asked me to send pictures of the damages to my car through text. Sent them immediately. I was told via text, that someone will get back to me with the soonest availability. Well, it s been 3 days. No call or text. So I called the office this morning.Frida says she will reach out to a manager or someone to see and blah blah. Now initially, I was told someone would call me back with a date. Well, that wasn t true. I received a text AFTER having to contact them again FIRST . just for the text to say something contradicting, he doesn't have a open date for availability availability if very far out like huhhhhhh???! Either the date is far out or he don t have any availability which one is it? Because if the date is far out then he has availability right? And I should decide if I want that date or not right? Right.Now I m reading the reviews and I can see that Frida seems to be the problem. Her name is all throughout these 1 star reviews. I sent pictures of my car on Monday and Frida is just now showing manager pictures of my car on Thursday ONLY because I called asking what happened. So if I never called again, would she have done her job?Losing business due to poor communication is bad business. You don t want these kind of people working on your car. Keep looking.

Very pleasant and professional team who provided timely updates on the status of my repairs. My vehicle was completed at the estimated timeframe and looks beautiful. They even gave it a vacuum :)) Quick turnaround even though they were super busy. I see why they are in such demand! They do excellent work. I was sent to them through my insurance and I'm so glad I was! I had never had repairs done after an accident and was very anxious but they were so patient, explained everything and put me at ease! They finished the repairs in just 2 days and did a wonderful job, the car looks brand new again! They also detailed the interior which was such a wonderful surprise! While I hope I won't need repairs again anytime soon I'll definitely go back to them if I ever do and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bad front desk service. Texted back and forth for a full day, with zero progress of making an appointment to get an estimate.Called the front office: didn t remember our conversation, assumed she was talking to my husband and not me, and still didn t get estimation information. And apparently bc of this damage they can only intake on Monday/Tuesday. I again repeated I needed only an estimate multiple times, and finally was told at the end of the conversation that two days ago when the claim was approved and filed I could have just swung by to get the estimate.Limited options due to insurance, unfortunately, but looks like I will be driving further to avoid the organization catastrophe at the front desk.

Amazing! Got into an accident and they immediately got me in. My car was finished in 3 day and looks incredible! What s more, they washed and cleaned it for me. I am still speechless at how quick the turnaround and professionalism this establishment is! I literally turned my car to get a minor fender bender fixed on Tuesday and got a very surprised call from them saying they are done and to pick up car before 5:30! I m in utter shock that it only took couple days for them to repair the damage. Very highly recommend CarStar to all my friends and people reading this review!!! I had a pleasant experience with this location, Freda was very kind and professional. I went in for a rear end accident and I was in and out within the same day. They did a great job and you can t even tell anything had happened now. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. They did such a great job for my car and in one day! Someone rear ended me and I had scratches on bumper and dent and paint chip. Frieda and her team fixed my car in such short time and my car looks so new! I am so happy with them and cannot be more grateful!
