These guys were awesome. They were able to get my truck back in a timely fashion. The work was top notch. I always loved the fact that they took the time to wash my truck. I also believe that they waxed it as well. Hopefully I wont have to see them again LOL! But if I do I will not hesitate to get work done by them.

They were always very polite when I was physically at the shop. The key working the front desk is professional and accommodating. I was promised my car in 5 business days, and they extended out multiple times. It cost me stress, time, and money. Once I got the car back, it looked great. The fix wasn t anything beyond a normal fender bender, and the car was clean. The cherry on top of my annoyance was noticing a small box with a gift to a friend inside had been opened by someone. Whoever opened it didn t even take the time to out all the pieces back in the box, which is why I noticed it. The other reviews are definitely a forewarning of what to expect. I had high hopes, and this was definitely a letdown.

My insurance company recommended this shop after I was rear ended. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I really appreciated that they kept me updated on their progress with texts and the washed my car before I picked it up. Thank you so much for your help!

They didnt do a good work in my car. This part in the car they didn t fix it it sees a little open and they didn t fix this other part of the car in the picture

We had and incident our windshield and the car where damaged by a Homeless mam in the Streets of DTLA we where referred by OUR insurance to CARSTAR we are so glad that they help us with fixing our car.the best part of there great customer service and all there Great Team that works there they assisted us with storing our car a few extra days since we where in the Hospital with my wife delivering our baby. We highly recommend them and for there service as we believe they go over beyond what you would expect from a body shop.. I called 5 different auto collision centers and no one aside from Carstar Car Masters were available same day to do an estimate on my car. The staff are friendly and was it was pleasure to get my car fixed there. I definitely will keep them in mind to recommend for family and friends who need their auto repaired.

My experience has been horrible. My car has been at Car Star Car Masters for two weeks. Whenever they said I would receive a call for an update, I had to call them. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, they scratched the paint while reassembling the bumper. I received the worst service I have ever experienced and do not recommend that anyone take their car there for repairs. I am still waiting on my car as I write this review The one star that I gave is two high

Took my car there for some major repairs, Jose told me it could take about a month but as he kept updating me he let me know that it would be done sooner than expected. I am very satisfied with the work and will definitely come back if I unfortunately have another accident

They are very respectful and professional! When you call in to get updates on your car they give you any details you need and they are really fast and reliable! I left my car at Car Masters Collision Mid City shop to fix a fender bender. When my car was ready, I went to pick it up. And at first glance, My car looked great. I took a quick look at it. And looked like it was O.k. But a few days later, I noticed stains on the passenger seat.Also, I found pet hair all over my car. While replacing the bumper covers, They left the missing parts uncovered. Another thing I found is that the rubber strip of the top corner of the passenger door is detached. I don t know if the car was left outside, but somebody tried to open the door and damaged the rubber strip. I am satisfied with the job done to my car. However, you need to check other details while the working repair issues.
