I cannot begin to express how lucky and thankful I was for finding Carlos Auto Garage. I had just gotten rear ended by a tow truck (who then fled the scene) on the 105 W Freeway. I quickly I filed a police report and tried to find a shop and all of them were closing and my car was making weird noises and heating up.... I eventually stopped by Carlos' garage.From the moment I got there and with very little hope of finding someone willing to help, Carlos came out and was very supportive he assured me he had things handled and was going to do everything to help me. By this point I was in tears and couldn't believe how kind he was. Before I left I provided my insurance claim information and left.The next day I was dreading having to call my insurance and doing all of the paperwork for the claim. To my surprise, when I called my insurance they said the claim had already been approved. By 9am, Carlos had already submitted photos, videos, and gotten on a video call with my insurance not to mention had them arrange a car rental for me too. I immediately called him to thank him and he said would take about two weeks to finish. He went above and beyond to help me out!I'm more than happy with the work that was done and thankful I was in good hands throughout the process. Carlos is extremely honest and left my car looking brand new with zero indication of any damage that had occurred to it. He was upfront about the quote and the amount of time it would take to fix the car, and made a stressful situation a lot more pleasant than it could have been. Hard to find a good honest mechanic . Well I found him . Carlos does excellent work and fair prices. My daughter took her car to her dealer ship and they told her it was a computer chip malfunction and it would cost $3000 to replace it . Well as a second opinion she took it to Carlos and after checking it my daughters car only need it a new battery . Thank you Carlos you are excellent mechanic.

The first time I came to this place was to get the transmission fixed on my car and the service I received was excellent. Carlos gave me a great price and fixed my car immediately. He also told me of a few maintenance and repairs I would have to get done soon to my car. For my second visit, needless to say the service was once again excellent. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a trustworthy, quick, and straight-forward repair shop.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I broke my transmission 2 times, and owner fullfiled his promise. he fix my transmission for free! he said that I have 1 year warranty!! This guys are nice guys. Yeah I know this guys are little busy, but they are working really hard from the sun up to sun set. and they are good and honest guys with good heart with great price. MY CAR IS WORKING~~~ (without this guys, I would junk my car already. THANK YOU CARLOS THANK YOU AUTO GARAGE!!LOVE YOU!

Been goin to Carlos for over 15yrs. Excellent job! I came to this place very indecisive and got a quote, needless to say the price given was a way better price than other places. Carlos fixed my car for a rear bumper and was super friendly and even finished the job before he said it would be ready, honestly really loved the job and the service will definitely come back for any other car needs! Bad survice!!!!!!!!! takes forever to fix your car even if its somthing small i well never ever go there if i was yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to rate this a 0 but i cant so i guess 1star it is smh

This man does not fulfill his promise, and he has had my car for several months and he does not fix it. It is a VW Passat that has to change the engine, and I left the car with him since October and this is the date he did not give it to me, and I left him a deposit, is very unfulfilled.Este sr no cumple con lo prometido,y ya tiene varios meses con mi carrro y no lo arregla es un VW Passat que tiene que cambiarle el motor,y le deje el carro desde octubre y esla fecha que no me lo entrega,y le dej� un dep�sito, es muy incumplido.
