Friendly and caring people who have your best interest in mind. Honest and wonderful customer service skills. Always honest, and if they can't do a job, will refer you to reputable and responsible people who can. Family-friendly group of people.

Always excellent service with very economical prices. Ask for Steve(owner) always goes the extra mile to get you lowest possible price. on needed parts. You won't believe how LOW his labor rates are.Also has great prices on Tires!!!

Great service. Very fair prices. Friendly employees. Definitely recommend this place for tires, brake jobs, suspension and tuneup. They just don't do major engine or transmission repair but they can refer you to another shop for that.

Owner CEO Steve is awesome. Sure knows how to keep loyal satisfied customers. Came in on quoted brand tires and he gave me a better deal on better quality tires. Over all super satisfied. Been a loyal customer since 2010

I came in to get my tire pressure checked and Danny told me I needed my breaks done..he was correct....it was a blessing in disguise. My tires pressure was ok, but thank goodness for him checking my breaks I would of never known how bad they were getting. He's friendly and didn't take advantage of me..I me..I highly recommend this place!!

I take all my vehicles here. Prices are fair, no gimmicks, no bs. Owner gives you a couple of options as to what can you do for your car. He allows you to bring your own parts and oils. And the your little ones can watch the turtles in the pond or feed the big white Perot.

I grew up with the owner. Known him since the 7th grade. Good service. I recommend his shop to everyone. For Christmas the owner buys gifts for the underprivileged. He's all about the community.

They're very reliable on their service that guarantees are great their staff is very friendly I took both of my vehicles there and they worked on them and I haven't had no problem since very reasonable pricing above and beyond when they work on your car they're the only ones I take my vehicles to now

Got my brake pads and brake rotors changed here for a very low price, they got me out in less than an hour, highly recommend

It does my heart good to know that there are still honest people here on earth and because there in my neighbor hood makes it even better. Steve is awsome, for me he was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much Ebet and Omar for the referral!

Sad!!! They we're my tire shop guys till today.They hook up they're friends and pass the bill to you....Lady they knew went in for the same reason I did ..patch a quick hole.Only she got charged $5 and I got charged $15!!!!!....

Best mechanic shop ever learn a lot and for new family member it a blessing to work there and have good service thanks for all of them I am now a part of Carlitos members and now working there and doing the same as well as they was helping me

Workers here are on the move...good service and honest...got tires checked for free, when car was reading low pressure tires, it was only the sensor on...they helped
