HORRIBLE SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!They people damage my property and didn t tell me and over charged me $500 service for some cheap 61/2 door speaker replacements that I found online Walmart for under $40. I notice the damage after leaving tried rolling my windows up when I made to my destination and they were jammed, wouldn t go up the weather strips were broken off the door panels all 4 doors where damage. The guy didn t want to give my money back and tried to leave and shut down early at 4:30 Saturday, closing time is originally 5pm...

Excellent customer service! I ve been going to them for over 15 years! They always converted my iPhone, iTunes to play in my old cars!

That is a good place, got my new 11" alpine stereo install from them, they took they sweet time installing it which it didn't bother me, more you take the better should be installed then. Good service. Will go back again

If there was a rating less than one star I would have chosen such option.To begin, I asked to replace the one speaker that was blown out but for some reason they took both speakers. At first it sounds fine but when I got home the speakers sounded as if they weren't connected. At this point my husband checked the connections and noticed they weren't even fitted or adjested so that it would stay in place.The speakers they stated they already had to replace was aftermarket (which was something that I wasn't informed prior to installation.I drive a S550 benz so I require a specific speaker Rami (the person in charge assured me he had but didn't.When I expressed my concern he had a nonchalant disposition and informed me he refused to take back used speakers.I then asked for my speakers back because I only asked for ONE to be replaced since the other was good.. he stated he threw my personally property without my concent.I am. very unhappy about Rami's business ethics...

This place is not bad, is dangerous! I went in to inquire about an iPod connector for my car stereo. The guy shows me one and speaks very highly of it. After much asking, he finally quotes me the price: $270. I say I have to think about it. Walked out and found that the dashboard of my car has already been taken apart. After much back-and-forth I asked them to put my car back together. On the freeway I find that my car clock has been left disconnected.

Service is bad. The owner is rude , his mechanic smell like alcoholic. Never go back there again rip off.

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT, AND I MEAN, DO NOT BELIEVE THE QUOTES!! A BUNCH OF LIARS!!!!I called California Car Sounds on National Blvd in Los Angeles, 90034 for an installation quote and I completely disclosed I had a hybrid Prius with a "Start" button (and not a key ignition). I booked an appointment, but later cancelled because I got a cheaper price somewhere else. Upon canceling, they offered a deal, where they would deduct half of the installation from their competitor. I cancelled that appointment and agreed to go AGAIN at California Car Sounds. I arrived and was getting everything started (paperwork, payment, etc), but then they later said that my PARTICULAR year of my Prius was "extra". That this particular year was "different" and had to have installed with an additional apparatus, even though i had told them I had an '07 Toyota Prius on the phone when i had first tried to book them! I told them I felt like they lied to me to tried to get me back there after my initial cancel. Then they had the audacity to ask "What are you willing to pay?" At that point, I went hysterical and just storm out (after ripping the paperwork I had started).It was a complete waste of time and then i had to rebooked the appointment with the other business I was going to go in the first place. A complete lost of 3 days.Never again. I would *never* recommend California Car sounds, not even for a simple car wash. Complete liars and manipulators.Look at the other reviews here and on Yelp - they pull this trick on SEVERAL other people. A bunch of phonies, crooks, and people you would never want to do business with.California Car Sounds = Scam.

Total crooks who I took to court. My car stereo wasn't working so they "fixed" it for $250. As I drive off the lot it's already not working. I spend another $250 for them to "fix" it because they misdiagnosed the problem but wouldn't refund my initial charge. They tried yanking my chain in court by delaying multiple times and then they outright lied in front of the judge. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I wanted to have a car alarm installed so I called to check the prices and the guy on the phone was so rude and he was eating food at the same time. I asked for the other cross street and this j*ck*ss tells me "look up the other cross street" and "you should be able to find us on national." I politely hung the phone up. I guarantee you with that attidude they will be out of business soon.

This place sucks!!! I called the guy a hour before going in. I asked if he had HIDs in stock he says"yeah, come in i have all the sizes and bulbs" i go cool. I walk in i asked if he has HIDs he says yeah he goes towards the back and looks around and asked for my bulb size i say H4 he says ok nd he is looking and looking and never find anything. He later approaches me and tells me he has these "New" ones in stock. He comes back with LEDs instead of HIDs. He tries to bs about how they're the next thing coming up and stuff i asked him how much he says "27" i say "27 dollars?" Nd he says "no $270" i was like "ok ill see" and i left. I will never pay $270 for LEDs. These guys are just looking for a quick buck. I suggest stay away.

Wonderful big words with the BIRD ,Boobee . the pain of shopping vanished. The bird crunched my credit card with a cherp. Speaking bird on my way with the bass custom speakers under my seat. My brain sleeps bird bass.

Excellent coustmer service, the people we're very friendly and extremely nice and kind.The best service. The shop owner, Abu Shawkat, and the workers there know their job well. The shop is clean, the work is clean, and the people are respectable and knowledgeable at work.
