Friendly easy to talk too. Best time to go is in morning there's no wait time. call first and get a quote. They do have a waiting area but be aware it's outside. it's a first come first serve. My driver window side on my SUV wouldn't go up need to repair the motor for it. $100 for the repair. Unfortunately they were unable to repair it and was charged $120.00 for a working one. the wait time was 2 hours and 43 minutes. They did give a warranty on the motor but I forgot and I don't want to post anything false. There are two businesses the left side will be the glass the right side will be tires.

Someone broke into my car to steal my 11 year old daughters backpack :< I went to a few different Auto Glass repair shops on Alameda before arriving to California Auto Glass. The shop I went to before arriving to CA Auto Glass tried to rob me by lying about a piece being broken and needing to be replaced, that shop tried charging me full price for a scratched window!!I left there and ended up at CA Auto Glass and so thankful I did! The owner was very nice, HONEST, and quick. He repaired my window within minutes and told me there was nothing wrong with whatever piece the previous guy lied to me about. Prices were very fair, this is truly a great Auto Glass repair shop!! I was even able to get my Window re-tinted on the same lot with a different business. His prices were fair and service was quick as well.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED A WINDOW REPAIRED!!Service: Auto side window replacement

*READ BEFORE YOU GO *This places is very unprofessional and sketchy. Fist off the workers are always drinking beer while working, their customer service is terrible they don't greet or even acknowledge you they aren't friendly also the chairs were you sit are dirty. They make up their own prices so you can always try to lowball, I didn't know this until I saw them bring down a price for another customer from $200 to $100 they also don't take card when it clearly says all over that they do. They don't give you receipts so if you still want to go here make sure you ask for one.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Osvaldo is an angel on earth. He HOOKED IT UP. i wanted to fix only two broken windows but Osvaldo was willing to also fix a dent for the same price! so grateful

Broken back passenger side. I went on Sunday was the only client at the time since it was early. Customer service was great. They even recommended another place that sales body parts and extended there help in finding the item I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommended it s pricing was also good. Service was fast

Very satisfied customer! I went in for a window motor. Ask for Oswald, really friendly and welcoming. Did a great job, good price and well done. Didn't wait that long, staff there were great Highly recommended!!

I needed my windshield and tire replaced. Not only were they quick and so nice but they made me feel as if i was family. I would definitely recommend this business and definitely will be back for my other repairs.

Osvaldo is the man for the job look no further guys!!! I never wrote a review in my life but had to give a shout out to California auto glass for doing such a great job and hooking my car up NOBODY can beat they're prices it's crazy so look if you found them your defiantly in good hands. Very good professional service osvaldo thank you brother I'll recommend you guys to everybody I know

I had my driver side electric window repaired here over the weekend and a very polite, friendly, professional and honest young man by the name of "Alex" assisted me with my repairs and transaction. Alex is "AWESOME!" and by receiving such wonderful customer service/care from him I will most definitely go back for future auto repair needs. I will also refer family and friends as well. Came here to get my girls window motor and glass fixed. They were on point on helping us out and informing us what was wrong. They provide good customer services to us and timing was the best, not to busy on the week days. We when on a Tuesday and it was in and out in one hour.

The owner is always very polite and gets the work done fairly quick. I have had him fix my windows a few times, not because his work lacks but because I have a Pontiac Grand Am SE and they are notorious for window problems. He shares his shop with a window tinter that I used as well and they were also very quick and the work was well done. My only issue at all with this place is that the shop next door blares their music so loud I can't hear myself think, but I can't hold that against them. There are tons of other auto glass shops surrounding him but I won't ever use anyone else.

Oswaldo is a life saver!!!!!! Everybody else was not trying to help us with our broken back window. He didn't hesitate to say bring it in and fixed it right away and charged a great price!! We are over satisfied with his service and our brand new window!!! Thank you again

Amazing job! I have a VW Passat so the electric on their windows are horrible. . But the owner gave me an amazing deal so I couldn't say no! I got three of my windows fixed! Thank you!! I would recommend this shop to anyone! !

Came here they were good at helping right away but they didnt have what i needed so they (Oswaldo) said if i left a deposit itd be in the next day and so i did. Came the next day he said itd be in by 3, we got there at 4 he claimed he no longer had time to install the window. We came back the following day for him to tell us he no longer had it. -.-

Pros- Cheap and fastCons- Poor installation, broken clips, don"t really vacuum the broken glass, pay 130 more to someone else to fix their mistakes.You get what you pay for in the end but wouldn't recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Called twice to make sure they had the windshield I needed and Osvaldo confirmed they did, so we scheduled an appointment and when I got there person there said, they didn't have the windshield and that the person we spoke over the phone always lies. ???

Only shop on Alameda that didn't quote a high price without looking at the window. Other shops like Brothers window repair just made a high price because of the make of my car which was $150. California Auto Glass looked at the window issues and saw that it was the power window regulator, and the only charged $80
