My car insurance recommended getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision.I highly praise their top-notch service and care. From start to finish, Alex and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired efficiently and that I felt valued as a customer.From the moment I walked in, Alex kept me informed about the status and process of the repairs. His clear communication and transparency helped alleviate my concerns about the repairs. What truly impressed me was the extraordinary effort made by Alex and Carlos to finish repairing my car two days earlier than expected. This allowed me to use my car for a crucial doctor's appointment, demonstrating their dedication to customer satisfaction.Alex identified additional damages that were not initially assessed during the repair process. Without hesitation, he promptly contacted my insurance provider for approval. He ordered the necessary parts to ensure the safety and integrity of my vehicle. I am so pleased by caliber collision and grateful for their quick and thorough service. The team here took only two weeks to fix my car after I was hit, and the repairs were above and beyond. Everything came back completely satisfactory. I bought my car used and I swear I think the car is in better condition than when I bought it. To paint a picture, I was hit and ran around the same time last year, took my car elsewhere to be repaired and that took over two months to get my car back and when I finally received my car back, I had to take it back to that shop for them to adequately repair the door. When a light went out on my car that same other garage replaced it but three days later, it went out again. Never going back there. So caliber collision was so amazing and I am very grateful that this was the shop I took my car to this time.

No one wants to have to deal with car repairs but Caliber Collision made the repair process as pleasant as it possibly could be. Very professional customer service, constant updates throughout the week, they finished on time and the work was spectacular. I would highly recommend them!

The customer service was the best. They were very attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. By far one the worst experience I had, not only they did a bad dent job but to fix it again it s taking forever. Giving me multiple appointments to show it to the manager, then the insurance, then again another appointment to fix it. The amount of time wasted, bad management skills, coming back and forth. I would rate this shop to be -100 in terms of overall handling of a customer satisfaction.As seen in pictures the bad dent job not following the car lines

Absolutely incredible experience. They repaired my FJ cruiser in less than 2 weeks. Henry went the extra mile to help me with a few cosmetic issues. Staff was very nice and efficient. Text updates on the status of your repair is really nice. Look no further for collision repairs in LA.

Outstanding service. Front desk was helpful and friendly. They handled everything with my insurance company and made the repair process so easy and smooth. Date of completion was provided and the car was ready within a day of the completion date. Not only was the service and work fantastic, I was expecting that it would take at least 2 months to repair the damage to the car, but they completed it in 1 month. Very happy with everything and I would highly recommend them for any collision repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not impressed with this Caliber Collision. Their job was less than fair. I had to go back twice they hadn t smoothed out the paint underneath my mirror and then a third time for my front, bumper paint bubbling. Because they use the same paint on the door? as they used on the front bumper, and so it started to bubble once it was it was pressed on its a bumper, It is meant to be pressed on without cracking or bubbling don t waste your time with Caliber Collision they re relatively new to the area.But if you do decide to use this body shop, take pictures of everything when you leave it and when you pick it up! That was my mistake I should ve taken pictures, and yes, I did go back to try and rectify it. They just gave me the runaround how they were not responsible and clearly that s true.If you look below this company has now gotten back to me a week later after I've made the statement here on Google all of a sudden they have replied in want to negotiate, but I have since fixed this problem by simply going up the street and getting a proper job done and guess what they gave me 25% off because I brought the business to them. Because I can't message them directly on this message board to contain this in one conversation for all eyes to see I need to put this in my edit. Third times the charm I want nothing to do with his company it's unprofessional and subpar. This just shows the power of the peoples voice regarding standards of workmanship and backpedaling is not part of it do the job once get it done properly and listen to your paying customers that feed you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber was AMAZING!! I highly recommend them for your car repairs. I was involved in a hit and run accident where my car was thoroughly damaged by another driver. I worked with Denise, who was so GREAT! She was patient and took time to explain the entire repair process and guided me through the day the day repairs of my vehicle.I was BLOWN AWAY by the final results! My car looks brand new! Catalytic Converter theft is an epidemic, and if you drive one of the popularly targeted vehicles, it's only a matter of time before they get yours. As vulnerable as that makes you feel, the replacement/repair process can be an adventure of its own (My daughter's car has been in another repair shop waiting for a catalytic converter for two months!) My converter was stolen on a Sunday in broad daylight on a residential street in front of my home. The whole thing was captured on my neighbor's Ring doorbell. (It takes less than a minute and a half, by the way). I filed the police report and insurance claim that afternoon. The insurance company (Geico) led me to Caliber. I made an appointment for Thursday morning. They were the best from the moment I walked in the door. Denise Flores the general manager checked out my car, checked the part availability and told me there was a good chance the job could be done by Friday. And sure enough, she called around 3pm the next day to say my car would be ready by 5:30. Unfortunately, I couldn't be there by 5:30, so I asked if I could pick the car up Saturday morning. She told me the shop wasn't usually open on Saturdays but she would come in special for me. Amazing.

Asha and everyone I worked with at the Caliber Collision La Brea location were fantastic! My car came back looking like new, and I'm grateful to the team for scheduling me in ASAP and communicating with me throughout the repair process. The team worked quickly and managed to have the car ready within the general time estimate they quoted me, in spite of shipping delays which were out of their control. Service was prompt and professional, would highly recommend!

I was rear ended in November and chose Caliber to do the repairs. There was over $8,000 dollars in damage and the team did an outstanding job with the repairs, as well as communication. They returned the vehicle without replacing the muffler, because of delays related to the supply line - understandable. It is now 7 months later and I have not received a callback on three attempts and have not received an actual update. This review would have been 5 stars if not for this issue.---------------------------------Edit 06/01/2023------------------------------------After a year the muffler was finally replaced. When I got my car back, the VSC light was on and my cruise control was no longer working. They said that all they did was change the muffler, but none of these problems existed until after I got the car back. They said they would set something up with a local Toyota dealer to deal with it and then never contacted me again. I'm going to Toyota on my own today, probably going to get charged for diagnostics and such for a problem that didn't exist until after my muffler change (that took a year!) at Calliber....Given how positive the other reviews are, I feel like I was probably just unlucky......

Awful. They left my weather strip off of my car after fixing my door and I cannot get them to respond to texts or calls to have it put back on. Now I have to go through the hassle of contacting GEICO to let them know they botched the job AND find another place to fix it. Also, my car was finished a week later than they said it would be.Service: Body & Trim

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! Had a minor hit-and-run fender-bender and went through my insurance to find caliber collision. First, Yeslee is your first point of contact when making inquiries and appointment for estimate. She was so informative and helpful from the first call, which was especially appreciated after I had initially called two other shops that were closer to my house but those places were dismissive, unhelpful, rude and curt. Yeslee was able to schedule an appointment for my estimate in a reasonable amount of time, especially given how busy shops are bc of shipping delays on parts. Went to my estimate appointment and again, super friendly greeting from Yeslee. She had all my paperwork prepared and was just GREAT. Asha did my estimate and we scheduled a time for me to bring in my car once she confirmed there was no back order on the parts. Asha was so communicative throughout this process, giving me text updates, answering all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Picked up my car and the work was perfect. And on top of that, they cleaned both the exterior and interior so thoroughly that it felt like they literally detailed my car. So high fives to the entire staff for the great work, making the process w my insurance company so seamless and easy, the excellent communication, and especially for the extraordinary customer support and kindness! Jairo and the team were absolutely amazing. I have zero knowledge about cars but I knew I needed a lot done since the side of my car was completely fried. He took his time to explain everything to me while answering all of my questions. I also had worries about the time it would take to complete since I had to leave town, but the car was done way ahead of the promised time. Highly recommend! They re great.

So dishonest! Upon completion, I went to retrieve my car and noticed a dent that wasn t there prior. They tried to tell me it was there when I brought it in and proceeded to show me a pic of my car and with it zoomed in on the dent. Thankfully I asked them to zoom out and the pic was of my car was already taken apart. Such liars!!! They were willing and offering to fix it and provide a rental car which obviously admits guilt. Unbelievable. The dent is one thing because accidents do happen but it s the way they tried to lie and cover it up. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this shop!!!!

Had a fender bender and State Farm recommended Caliber as one of their preferred vendors. I see why as my car was fixed in one day and the quality of work is outstanding. They also had Enterprise rental standing by with my rental car which was much appreciated. Staff is friendly especially Cynthia who sits at the front desk and Christian kept me updated on the status of my repairs. I would definitely go back to them should I need any more body work and I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had such a good experience during a trying time. From the time I got there til I pick up my vehicle, I was kept up to date with texts and timely answers. I really loved this place and am so glad to have my Audi back looking like new!
