Caliber Collision on Riverside Dr in Griffith Park is the best! Everyone was thorough and very helpful. They even finished ahead of time and my car looks amazing, like it s brand-new! I especially liked their cozy lobby with the huge fish tank and popcorn machine. Shout out to Jack for being super helpful and going above and beyond with replacing my bumper! Hopefully I won t ever need any more bodywork, but if I do I know who to call. Thank you, Caliber!

I just got my Fiat 124 Spider back from them today and I m very grateful. The work is beautiful, the car looks like it s brand new again! Jack & team really went above and beyond. Of their own volition, they fixed some unrelated dings then the work I brought it in for, replaced the battery and polished the car beautifully on top of everything. Quite a few folks stayed late, after close, when I was picking up, cause I had been stuck in traffic getting there just before close. I had requested 2 bills to separate insurable work from some personal and that was all done flawlessly. Jack was always very communicative, pleasant, and really cared for the car as if it were his. I would definitely recommend.

I did not have a great experience with these folks. They started by giving a high estimate (insurance claim) for minor damage. After debating if I should go with them, I opted to use them based largely on the reviews.I arranged to drop my vehicle off in the morning. When I went to the office, I was told that my appointment is now 30 minutes later and I would need to sit and wait 30 minutes while they finish their team meeting. I asked if they could arrange for the rental vehiclenin the meantime, again I was told to wait until the team meeting was over. My time is just as important to me as theirs is to them, so rather than wait and continue to have a poor experience, I left. The fortunate thing is that thty are not the only repair shop in town.I refuse to accept poor service, especially when they are being very well paid.

Jack was extremely professional and on point with all of my needs when it came to making the necessary adjustments and fixing my car! I received constant updates on the progress of the car repairs! A TEN OF A JOB!

My experience was an absolute dumpster fire. My service advisor Chris failed to follow up with my adjuster forcing me to pay out of pocket for the extended rental car (45 days). Every time Chris called he repeatedly talked down and over me, to the point he was shouting at me. If he actually listened to my questions he would ve been able to attempt to properly answer my questions. This went back and forth every time I called and we got absolutely no where. Finally when I got my car back I noticed a personal item missing. I called Chris a couple days later and he immediately became hostile, rude, and defensive. He actually insinuated I was lying just to cause problems or get things for free. He immediately started asking me if I thought his guys were thieves. Then he started quoting policy saying I signed away my rights when I dropped off the car. Actually Chris I didn t sign anything since the car was towed to you. Chris began reviewing the intake photos and noticed the item missing. At which point he hung up and ended the conversation. I called back the next day and spoke to the manager. He claimed he d take care of it and was mildly apologetic. I have yet to get my lost item replaced. I wouldn t recommend caliber to my worst enemy. I What an absolute mess and waste of time.

Jack and his team were wonderful! Jack kept me informed consistently throughout the process and remained accessible to answer my questions. He was respectful and professional. My car was done earlier than expected and it looks wonderful! Thank you Jack & team!

I wish I could give them 0 star, my car has been in this repair shop for more than a month. Initially they told me it would be ready by 21st. I had bunch of plans based on that date. Then they said wait until 26th after that we ll get you a rental. Today in 27th and they even dont answer my phone calls. So embarrasing for such a famous repair shop, disappointing.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chris from Caliber Collision in Los Feliz. He was so communicative, professional, kind, and reassuring during my repair process (which was relatively gnarly.) I never felt like I had any outstanding questions or hesitancy, and I 100% will be taking my car back to this facility for any future repairs or service I need. I was in the beginning of the procedure and felt like i had to do everything myself . As far as calling the shop and insurance company to get this repair started . But after talking with caliber collision i felt totally comfortable and confident that my repair would go smoothly, as it did . Caliber collision finished the repair ahead of their estimated completion time. The quality of the repair was top notch . I highly recommend this business for all your body work and paint needs , my car is beautiful again and im very happy with the customer service as well . Would highly recommend this spot for your car repair needs! Was referred by my insurance and had a painless experience. What I most appreciated was continuous updates on my car once it was in the shop - they send text updates and also link to a site you can check the status of service along with what team member is working with your car. Jack was AWESOME and kind.Really appreciate their partnership with Enterprise as I was given a ride from the repair center to my rental vehicle and vice versa when my car was ready.

Jack was amazing- Frequently keep me updated on what was happening with my car ! I mentioned that I had trip planes and needed my car on certain date and car was ready a week earlier. I so grateful for the care and service received from Caliber. I would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues of the needed repairs.On a scale of 1-10 Jack was a 25 .Best service ever - Thank you Jack !

I thought that taking my car here was gonna be a great idea since most ppl have said good things. Now when I called to see if the parts have been ordered, I was told that the parts don t get ordered until the car is dropped off. So I then asked how long will I be without my car for, Jack told me 30 days. I then said that being without my car for that long is a major inconvenience. Jacks response was it was already inconvenient when you got in an accident . Like seriously?!?! This is how Caliber employees treat potential customers? And when I some to the office manager, who is very unprofessional, at one point she told me that her miscommunication is not that deep. The part that really gets me is when she told me that Caliber will use non- Mercedes parts on my car but Jack said used parts. And when I asked her which is it she is going to say that she never said that, less than one minute and she forgot what she told me and then was rude about it. I can t fathom why ppl have such poor customer service and communication styles. Unbelievable10-11-23 8:13AMI came to drop my car off and speak with the manager I was told was gonna call two days ago. The girl at the front desk called me hostile for asking to speak with the manager and then proceeded to be even more rude. She should not be at your front desk. I will be updating this as I go along with this repair

I got rear-ended and Jack was in charge of my case.1. I dropped off my car at Caliber collision in Burbank, and they transferred my car to this place. I had to pay for the rental out of my pocket for three days because of that.2. Overpriced. I told him I wanted to get the dent and paint fixed on the driver s door and I would pay for that myself separately. He gave me a estimate for that as shown in the picture. The estimate was $5659. He wanted to charge $5142 for 91.5 hour labor. I fixed that part later at another body shop. The people there did a great job and it only cost me $1400.3. They didn t do a great job fixing my rear end. The gap on the right was obviously bigger than the left. When Jack gave me my car back, he didn t mention it at all. All he was saying was that please leave him a good review on the survey. I called him back and he told me it was because my car had other problems. Well even if that s the case, you should of at least told me about it. When I went back to get it fixed after a couple of months, he told me he only did it out of courtesy and that s not their problem. Sorry, Jack. That was your problem. You didn t fix it right and you didn t even tell me. All you cared about was the survey.

This is my second time using caliber collision to repair damages from Traffic accidents done to my vehicle and this has been the best experience out of the two yet. Jack was very kind letting me know what was going on with my vehicle through out the time it was at the shop. After receiving my vehicle the car looked as if it was straight out of the dealership. Definitely a better experience and an amazing incredible customer service as well, thank you jack.

Appalling how many 5 star reviews there are. I had arranged to have work done during a week where I was traveling out of town. I arranged with them to drop the car the Friday before I left and I d pick up in about a week. 6-7 business days at the most. While I m on my work trip I find out that it will instead be 2 weeks because of a parts delay. I immediately asked to take the car back so I could handle repairs later but they had already taken it apart. Apparently the person I originally spoke to no longer works there so I was left without a car for a week. To be clear, the damage on my vehicle was from hitting a fence at 2 mph. Very minor. They could have easily ordered parts ahead of my drop off but seems like they don t really care about the customers time. I m writing this as I sit waiting for my car. It was supposed to be ready at 4pm according to what I was told this morning. It s nearly 5pm. I guess I shouldn t be surprised. If you value your time and rely on your car, you should probably go elsewhere.

My car was hit by a drunk driver while it was parked. I was afraid it was going to be totaled. Robert and all the mechanics at Caliber made sure it was beautifully restored. This location is definitely not one to overlook. I was involved in a pretty bad accident where the whole back of my car was smashed and the font grill was damaged. Not only did they repair the car in a timely manner but they also went the extra mile in ensuring repairs done were covered by insurance. There s only so much I can remember in terms of damages that occurred during the accident but I trusted the folks at caliber (David) to assess and document the damages. They managed to squeeze my car in and get it done quickly even though they were incredibly booked.
