The wonderful team at this location absolutely saved me today. My back windshield was busted out on NYE and I was two hours away from home with my dog needing to get home today for work. They tracked down the only piece of glass seemingly in the area, an ordeal that took them 3+ hours, sent their tech to retrieve it, installed it and sent me on my way after 7 other shops told me it was impossible. Forget 5 stars, 100 stars for above and beyond customer service.

I was very happy with my service and the repairs from start to finish. Jiro was an excellent communicator and kept me in the loop with the progress of my repairs. He did a great job! The office staff is nice as well (that includes the people who work at the other CC who directed me towards this one).Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I made an appointment for an estimate/drop off a few days before I actually came in. While I was on the phone with the receptionist I was asked if I just wanted an estimate or a drop off. I said drop off and we even spoke about the calling the rental car company coming to pick me up. I checked in again the day of the appointment regarding the rental car and she confirmed the process. I drive there and wait a few minutes and one of the techs tells me that they aren't taking any new clients and that the best he can do is give me an estimate but there is no way they can take the car. I took it to another auto body chain and had a stellar experience in which they kept their appointment and gave me a professional estimate that didn't feel like a chore or rushed. If you couldn't take the vehicle I have no problem taking it elsewhere but don't make an appointment, confirm it twice and then tell me in person you cant take it. Literally dont waste your time.

I brought in my Ford Escape and I received beyond excellent communication and exceptional quality service from Victor and his team. Could not recommend enough! They had my car ready EARLIER and washed/ready for pickup - even outside of their normal scheduled hours - Ask for Victor - he s the man!

The W. Adams location has done work on my car more than once. I found that Jose Victor was especially outstanding with his collaborative approach and friendly concern for my satisfaction. He went above and beyond with the service he provided on my recent accident issue. He quickly reattached a section of my rear bumper instead of charging me for work that could have cost me $900 for parts, paint, labor. That kind of service makes me confident that they will do as much as they can to help me when I'm trying to work within a tight budget. I will always think first of going to this Caliber Collision when I have body work repairs thanks to Victor's service level.

Denise was my rep and she did everything so quickly. Always answering my questions and keeping me informed of the supply chain delays because of covid. They even washed my car after it was all finished. Couldn't ask for a better shop.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

while I *THINK* my car is fixed (making a strange sound where they replaced the bumper, like its hitting the tire when i accelerate, apprehensive to go back to the same shop)... the communication process and amount of time it took for completion was pretty unacceptable. Manny said he was trying to reach us repeatedly, but we had proof of unanswered texts we were sending and no proof that he had been calling us. on the last day before I picked up my car, he finally gave indication that he could see our texts and the ones he was sending werent automated. he was just not answering us. it took over a month for them to "order parts" before I could bring my car in. Finally parts were in so I dropped it off. few days later, we get a text saying there was NO further damage once they opened it up, and were ready to order parts...(wait..didnt we just wait forever while you ordered parts???) - more and more texts from Manny, and questions from us that were never answered. The women at the front desk just seemed irritated both times I was there, not a very friendly place. When we were dropping off the car, we were told to pull it in the driveway area and someone would come meet us, and we did that, and everyone just stared at us like we were nuts or lost, until finally someone came up asking what we were doing like they werent expecting us..just a very strange experience with very little communication, and Manny at the very end seemed uneasy talking with me about it. Won't be back...

Took my car here after my accident. I was super scared since it was my first accident. But the process here made everything less stressful. They communicate with you so well. I m so happy with how well they took care of my car. I m blown away at their service. I was sadly out of town for a family emergency and they were done with my car a few days early. So they offered to return my car to my home and return the rental car for me.
