I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Caliber Collision for repairing my 2023 Chevy Tahoe. The seamless and worry-free experience was greatly enhanced by the regular phone calls and text updates from Caliber, keeping me informed about the progress of the repair. I never had to worry about making calls or staying updated, as they consistently kept me informed about part ordering, disassembly, reassembly, and every step of the repair process. My advocate was exceptional, and I believe that Caliber Collision has set a new standard of professionalism and transparency in the industry while keeping the costs reasonable. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

They fixed my door dent from an accident that had happened a few weeks ago & it came out perfect like new on my 2020 charger R/T it only took 2 weeks for my baby to come back home and it was pretty fast and great service definitely recommend

The customer service provided by Irma and Danny was the best. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. And the final results were amazing. Plus, the car wash and detailing when they returned the car is a really nice touch! Really grateful to the entire team. Thank you!

I took my car for repairs due to a rear-end on the freeway, I decided to take it to Caliber Collision because they worked on my cars before and I was happy with the results. Once a gain they did not disappoint, the work they did was outstanding overall. Eric, kept informed throughout the repairs and I even got my car before the promised date. I gave them 4 stars, simply because theirs always room for improvement. Thank you guys for getting my car back to normal.

First time at a body shop, a very busy one, and I expected a long wait. They were super fast, considerate, thorough, friendly, attentive, considerate; calling to be sure my rental would arrive on time. They also followed up via text with updates, something my car mechanics never do. I can t say enough about them. Absolutely amazing and professional. And they did a great job.

I hit a large piece of metal debris while driving on the road. I filed a claim with Geico and they referred me to Caliber Downtown L.A. for repairs. When I called, they were already prepared with all my paperwork and ready to take my car. Their customer service was excellent and they provided me with a ride to Enterprise where my rental car was waiting for me. I was able to quickly proceed with the rental. Less than a week later, my car was repaired and ready for pickup. The repair was done flawlessly and my car looked fantastic. I returned the rental car and left with my newly repaired vehicle. The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free.

This place is the best, best customer service, fast service. The got me in the next day after my accident and got me taken care if even faster than the time the gave me. I will no longer go anywhere else. My truck looks better that before the accident. I'm so glad I was given this collision center as a option. It was meant to be, I called 6 other shops from the list and this place was the one that took me right away.

My car came out looking even better than when I bought it. Erick did an amazing job and he was thorough and upfront with me throughout the whole process. Everyone in the office is so friendly and good at their jobs. You expect repairing your car to be a painful process, but this shop is such a well-oiled machine that it was honestly so painless. Made my life so much easier!

I m new to California and was nervous about getting my car repaired any where but I m so pleased that I was referred to Caliber Collision. The staff is professional and informative. The entire process was stress free and my bumper looks great! I even brought my car back because my light was out and was in and out in 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend 10 out of 10! They do excellent work. My car was there for about two weeks and they informed me every step of the way with short text messages. When I picked up my car it nearly looks brand new. I forgot his name but one of the workers even did a little extra for me on the house. I love my car and would use them again if ever needed.

I scheduled an appointment with this branch of Caliber Collision through Geico insurance to repair my 3 series BMW. They refused my car and said i should take my vehicle to a BMW certified body shop. If you own a premium car like a BMW, don't waste your time scheduling an appoitnment here.

I just picked up my car today, and I couldn't have been any happier. My car was ready to be picked up a whole week before the estimated time. Danny was super helpful when I dropped off my car for repair. He explained what kind of work needed to be done and had an eye for the smallest details that he noticed was damaged due to someone hitting my parked car. He really took care of me. He updated me on the progress and I loved how he said, "by the time were done with the work, your car is going to look like before you were hit." I was impressed at the work done, as if nothing ever happened.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The reason I m giving this company a 3 stars is not because of the service they done. It s because I was referred through my insurance company to get a head light fix, I leave my vehicle with them only to come back to missing items missing inside my vehicle. The management does not care and just wants to state not responsible for personal property which is while because there was no reason for them to go inside the vehicle because the damages was outside the vehicle. The fact you can t trust a company to leave your personal belonging in a vehicle that s getting repaired is insane. The work is great but because I don t feel this company is trusted it s hard for me to go back to this location. Be awareService: Body & Trim

Danny was extremely helpful and kind from the time I drove in with my Kia to when I was drove out with a well repaired vehicle. I m thankful for Danny and his team s transparency and updates during the time my Kia was serviced. The team worked quickly and efficiently, allowing me to get back on the road a full week before the estimated date of completed repairs! I highly recommend using Caliber Collision services on Pico in DTLA.

I'm really disappointed with Caliber Collision's service. Despite their good reviews, my experience was unsatisfactory. My car was further damaged during repair, specifically, they swiped the front end. This is unacceptable and a clear sign of negligence.They also messed with my car's cabling, leaving wires hanging under my steering wheel, and disconnected my car's cameras. Even worse, my car's horn functionality was compromised. All these issues made me question their professionalism and competence. This level of service is totally unacceptable and far below what's expected from a reputable provider. Alex, the manager, was unprofessional. He claimed that two people worked on my car all day, which I found to be untrue. They couldn t fix the horn problem on my car for an entire day, despite having an electrician and two mechanics. His inability to answer my questions, apparent dishonesty, and irritation at my concerns added to my dissatisfaction. His conduct, telling me that if I wasn t bother him asking the questions they wouldn t answer from the begging they d be able to work on my car . Obviously they don t want to answer my camera was disconnected, front end was damaged , cabling was all messed up and horn wasn t working . along with their poor workmanship, clearly reflects their unprofessionalism.If I could give zero stars I would .Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Please don't take your chance with this location. Heed the warnings of other reviewers. Beware also of after-market parts used here!TLDR version - Maybe some Calibers are good, I wouldn't trust this one again. Car in shop 3/10/19, estimated completion date 4/1/19. Car received 5/1/19. Positive updates from Caliber the entire time, but the day before it was scheduled to be released I received the following picture with the front of my car disassembled. Not worth the risk.Full version: I had a pretty decent crash that messed up the front of my car pretty good. The accident was not my fault, so price was not my concern here, but the estimate came in at $7300 which seemed high. All seemed to be going well, communication was good, and I had a great feeling about this place. After 3 weeks of my car being there, I learned I was moving to Denver for work in 2 weeks. Total 5 weeks to fix a car, shouldn't be a problem after all these updates about how well the repairs are going.So I have a rental car now for well over a month, but I have to pack up all my things and prepare to move to Denver without a car to put them in, not to mention not being able to test drive my car to make sure it will sustain the 1000 mile trip through the Rocky Mountains........ After multiple unreturned calls to my contact, I receive a (cowardly) email from Cuu The DAY BEFORE I LEFT saying the car will not be ready and attaches pictures of my car (shown below) with the front of my car completely disassembled. Note, my car had been in there care for 25 working days. Over a month. This was completely unacceptable. I got my insurance involved, and he drove down to meet the Caliber regional manager, Jacques. Caliber took the tab for the rental which I then drove to Denver and handled cost for shipment of my car, which after almost 2 months of work was finally delivered to Denver.Please hear this though, Jacques, the regional manager was very professional and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and care for my car. The fact that I had to deal with him though is a testament to how poor this location is. I won't extend this poor rating to all Caliber Collisions, but I'd be wary of this location.

Excellent job from Caliber Collision team and Bryan Barcenas. This was my first time coming here, Took my 2020 Ford Expedition for a hood replacement that was accidentally damage and they did an amazing job. Paint and everything! I was always updated by phone on the repairs. Which honestly made me feel some what relief. I was worried at the beginning but after a few days I felt comfortable. You guys did an amazing job, thank you so much. So happy to have my vehicle back looking great. You all have great customer service. My first auto insurance claim in about 30 years. Caliber handled most of it with State Farm and they got the deductible collected at the end of the job, not before it was started.

Got a dent in my car and they repaired it. Super friendly and kept me up to date about my repairs. Got a complimentary lift to the rental down the street. Then I dropped off the rental with Caliber. This was such a smooth process and I really get stressed about car stuff. Use them. They were great.

My car was in a minor accident. Selected this place as they worked with my insurance and seemed to have fairly good reviews. I could not have picked a better place. They even had my car ready before the expected date and kept my informed each step of the way. Thanks Erick! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Simply superb. Ricardo and his team are amazing. My car suffered tremendous damage due to a drunk driver. Caliber Collision was so helpful in every aspect. Not only in their labor to repair my car's damages but also the customer service was perfect. I appreciated the constant communication that Ricardo provided which kept me in the loop of the entire process. They took respectful initiative and connected with my insurance for everything needed on their end. I cannot say enough good things about this business - I highly recommend this location!
