Horrible customer service. I was talking very nice with a smile on my face and had a translator on my phone to communicate for them to understand what service I needed a little better and the owner started to yell at me for no reason and walked off. I felt nothing but negative energy and I just kept positive and didn t match his energy and politely left and wave at him to kill him with kindness and still said thank you! No response from him. You don t treat a customer rude especially someone who was positive the whole time. Never again!

They made a crooked alignment when I came back, they said that the tires were bad and the car was pulling to the right because of this , I also bought tires from them. They keep people for idiots. I don t recommend it. Next time they will say that the alarm is bad, so pulls the steering wheel to the right after 3d alignment.

Great service and prices!! I called on Thursday morning at 8am to ask about getting 2 replacement tires, they did not have them in stock but, said the tires would be in by 2pm the same day! I got a call before 2pm that the tires were in. I got to the shop at 215, had no wait, and was out by 245 with 2 new tires mounted and balanced. Price of the tires were comparable to many big name shop. This place is no frills but I'll take that any day because of the kindness and speediness of the shop. I'll go back anytime I need anything tire related. Make sure to support this locally owned hidden gem!!

"This tire has a leak.""Ok *gestures forward* where's the wheel lock?"He had the wheel off, leak identified, tire disassembled, previously invisible nail pulled out, patched, reassembled, and back on our car in <10 minutes while we GAWKED.We didn't even get a chance to discuss price before he got to work but were so awe-struck by the efficiency and the swift skill with which this man took care of things that it didn't seem to matter. He asked for $20 and we paid in cash with a small tip which he was happy about and then we were on our way. The whole experience was a delight. Our picky car wonk friend recommended this place for a new tire but we can say that we'd also send anyone here for a snappy fix.

The guy working at the shop was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Had a nail in my tire and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Great place and affordable price.

Great service! In and out in under 15 minutes. Only charged 20 to fix puncture which is super reasonable for LA. Highly recommend!

He s ridiculous fast and efficient. No BS. His price is always better than other shops. He fixes tires if it s an option. I appreciate his honesty. I endorse him 100%

MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO EXCEPTIONAL. I am so SHOCKED at how straight forward, FAST, & KIND this man was that fixed my tire today. He charges fair & you can see him work on your tire while sitting in the car. You won t have to get out while he fix them. I will be returning for my tire needs.

I worked in the auto repair industry for over four years and have seen my share of good guys and guys that will charge you more if they can get away with it.The guys at CA Tire are truly good guys. I'm from out of town and came into the shop with a flat on my rental car. The car came with no spare tire. I was in a compromising position and was already expecting to pay for a new tire. They checked it out, found the nail, and were able to patch it up for a reasonable price. I was in and on my way in about 20 minutes.Thank you, CA Tire! I really appreciated the friendly and fast service. If you were in Seattle, I would recommend your shop to all of my friends and family.

CA Tire did an awesome job. Ordered the tires on a Friday afternoon, they were in by Monday morning, and I was in and out Monday afternoon in less than half an hour. Their tire prices were better than Costco and other local shops. Really smooth and pleasant experience!

When I say this is a 5 star tire shop, I mean it! I had to buy four new tires and at an amazing rate, I was able to get them installed in less than 30 minutes. The service was great and the mechanics were super friendly. I'll definitely be back for new tires. Thanks!

I got a flat tire, I got in and out less than 30 minutes. This was in the morning. The old gentleman was quick and professional.

Got a flat from a nail puncture a few blocks away. They directed me how to carefully drive to their shop without further damage to rim. They put a patch on the tire, it is working great now and rim was ok. Total cost was $20 or less (it was so low, I forget).

This shop made me mad. I m in the automotive field myself and I can not believe the service my mother got here. The guy quoted my mom a price for a tire and my mother agreed to the price and once the tire was on he doubled the price. When she questioned why is the price higher he said he never told her that and then threaten her to leave her with out a tire. Then she told him she was goin to report him to the bureau of automotive repair he yelled at her and tried to take her wheel off and leave her there to figure it out. DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Chris was super helpful in helping us find specific Hankook LT tires for an old VW Bus. Prices were very reasonable, the service was excellent and he was very personable and friendly. Would definitely come back here and would highly recommend getting new tires here.

I have a very good experience of CA Tire. I went there with a flat tire. It was not repairable. He didn t push me at all to buy a new tire. He offered me a used, good condition tire with a good price.

Nail in my tire in downtown LA near LA Live. Looked on Yelp and found CA Tire. Sunday morning repair was fast and moderately priced. They had me on my way in 15 minutes.
