Everybody is polite and seems to know what they are doing. It was raining and I was told to sit in the office rather than stand in rain, I thought that was thoughtful and kind. Plus they fixed my car. This was my first visit there and, yes, I would recommend Bullock's Automotive.

Love them!! Everyone is so nice and they know their mechanic stuff! They are honest and fair. The owner Mark, his son K.C and the other gentleman make you feel like you and your vehicle are in safe hands. Love this place!

Needed my brakes fixed on a Volkswagen BAD! Every other spot in LA wanted to charge hundreds of dollars. They got it done for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back

So far, so good. Down home folks who care about the work. Had my 06 HEMI charger serviced there twice and now my 74 Lincoln is there. Some shops don't even work on 70's era cars. That's weak. Bullock does though. Technicians know there stuff.

Amazing customer service, Mark and Jerry are really great guys. They squeezed me in and fixed my car panel door in 10 minutes. The customer service was really good, I can't say that enough. The price was fair and I will definitely use them for all my car needs. They are out of the way but its cool.As a female I hate going to mechanics but this was a very nice mom and pop vibe.UPDATE: - starsThey did the install completely wrong and made my car unsafe to drive.The old man is going to run the business into the ground and the son (who was nice) will not have a business, if its passed down. I am currently looking into if they even installed the right parts. One of the installs was put in upside down ON MY SUSPENSION. Can you imagine how dangerous that is.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had the BEST experience, a first time customer, could have at any auto repair shop!My vehicle needed brakes and rotors (at least, that's what I was told) by my local mechanics in Lomita/Torrance areas. The quote was over $689 for front left/right brakes and rotors. I remembered my brakes were under warranty so I asked if we could use them (to save me some money). I was told "no". I was talking to my co-worker about needing some work done and he recommended Bullock. I read the reviews (some good, others not), but decided I wanted to have my own experience because they are Black owned and came highly recommended.I called first and was told to come early, as the line gets long quickly. I got there around 7:30 a.m., Friday (6-10-2022).I was greeted by an older man that informed me the mechanic would be in around 8:30 a.m. I took my puppy for a walk and returned just before 8 a.m., to find all the mechanics there and ready to work! The mechanic (Juan, I believe) removed the tires and found the brakes needed replacement but not the rotors. And the repair would only cost me $139 because my brakes (from Auto Zone) were still under warranty. I saved over $550!! Another valuable part of my experience there was the customer service. I truly felt appreciated.I needed to take the brake pads to Auto Zone, in order to get the replacement pads. It was about a mile and a quarter from the shop. I was willing to walk there, but the owners' son (Cassie) made sure I got there safely, by finding a vehicle he could use to drive me and my dog to pick up the parts. Wow, I was extremely impressed by his kindness and hospitality.Customer service is lacking in a lot of businesses today, so to find a repair shop that is not only honest but values me as a customer, is priceless.

These guys are great! The owner Mark Nelson treats all of the customers as if old friends. The mechanics are good and thorough. And the prices are very reasonable. Would recommend this place to everybody.

I ve come here twice. The first time around Earl did a great job with fixing my alignment issues. He has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable on the subject. My second time around I had a clicking sound coming from my back tire. Juan helped me out and was honest enough to tell me that I just had to tighten the screws in the differential. I had another mechanic tell me that I had to replace the differential (from a different place). Juan saved me a couple hundred dollars, and I appreciate his honesty. I m definitely coming back here with all my car problems.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I've been a patron for 13 years and won't take my vehicles any where else, I also refer all my friends and family here. If you want a good honest mechanic and fair pricing this is THE shop. Very knowledgeable and they stand behind their work.

I was not able to get service here, but I can speak on their customer service. Rosemary was very prompt in calling around and getting back to me to get me the best quote for my rotors and brakes. I am sure if I went with them it would have been smooth.

Horrible experience don't go for an oil change it may take up to 5tries to get it right! Mechanic had the worst attitude instead of being courteous and informative after understanding this is the fifth time I've been up here he was rude and self-centered as if I was on his time and I had to wait as far as I'm concerned Jerry is not a good fit....when you try to support black owned businesses and sometimes it's not worth it i did better going to midas however the rest of the mechanics have a great attitude the owner is what made me come after changing my tire for me complimentary when I got into an accident near his shop which sucks because I will no longer be doing business with them. 1 apple could spoil a bunch!

They are local but I am not sure the best. Quoted one price to be charged another?? Then to find two more things broken without any say oh and a day job turned into three. Best head to rhe eastside.

Theives and Robbers period, they have a shady vibe and you better listen to it. We came here looking to get my Wife's car fixed, they hooked it up to a machine, charged us $80 bucks and told us her Transmission was gone and they'd do it for $1800. We took her car to a Transmission shop with good ratings, they took a look and said it would only cost $500 to fix the issue with the transmission, the transmission was not gone. The quotes we got for a rebuild we're still only $1400, still $400 less than Bullock's quote, yet we didn't even need it SMH, steer clear

Service is pretty good cool bunch of guys everyone is always smiling can get a little crowded at times....but these guys fix everything when they say bumper to bumber they really mean it...... definitely recommend

Bullock is awesome ! Pep boys wanted $1500 for front suspension work. Bullock got me out the door for $500. SAVED $1000. IM LOVING THAT.

This place is fun. I mean owners is funny, the staff is funny. I forgot I was waiting for a car, busy listening and talking and laughing. Next thing I know, my alignment was done.
