Exceptional work, I was very impressed with their services. I had to get my whole rear window replaced and a lot of damage fixed around the steering wheel. They returned my car in mint condition and it looked almost better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend taking your car here for any work that you need done. Excellent customer service as well!

No one really wants to go to a body shop, but have to instead. I have had certain issues over the years and really disliked going to get them taken care of.... not pleasant., but it was not until recently, when my Honda place referred me to BB for a repair needed.One repair was done expeditiously, and the price was adequate, but the service type, I have never seen or expected in a body shop before.Both Steve and Sean, the co-owners and Luis, are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In 2 other similar instances recently, Sean himself looked and did a bumper adjustment quickly and efficiently. Very nice and courteous, like I said before.If you Have to use a body shop, don't think twice and head over to Brown Brothers on Roberson!!!!!Keep it up, and thank you very muchService: Body & Trim

I dont know what to say about this business. Its been about 10 months since they have been in my life, and the all the goodness that is Brown Brothers isnt over yet, I just cant believe my good luck!!Here is the scoop: If you like calling places repeatedly for weeks that turn into months, and never get a response or a call back, you're in luck, this is your place!! Its also great if you really dont want your car back for months on end. I didnt want mine back for 3 months - it seems I took it to the right place!! Lucky me! Guess what else? If you like being lied to (like having them say they will pay for your rental car), and not taken care of no matter how much your claim is or how long they have your car, Brown Brothers has you covered. I have also had the added pleasure of paying a few thousand dollars out of pocket for all this goodness.To summarize, if you like being treated like you (and your business) does not matter, I highly recommend Brown Brothers, such good business sense, these guys! A big thank you to them for months of misery and frustration and a much lighter wallet. I couldn't have experienced all this without them!I would be very surprised if this is not the kind of experience they intended.

Getting in an accident is no fun. Dealing with insurance is no fun. Dealing with rental cars and all the other things that come with a broken car is not fun. But Brown Brothers is super easy and very pleasant to work with. Sean kept me informed every step of the way and the car looks better than it did before the accident. Not that I plan on it, but if I ever get in another wreck I ll be seeing Brown Brothers again.

If you want your time wasted, this the place to go. My story: I called in about paint peeling on my vehicle and that I have an open insurance claim for the repair. Needed to get an estimate. They said fine bring it in. Brought it in. Talked to Sean, one of the owners, who was very nice and did a walk around on the car while taking pictures. We signed some paperwork and they said they would submit the adjustment to the insurance and let me know when it was ready to come back in for the repair. Well, that was the last I ever heard from Sean. Over the course of the next five weeks, I called in multiple times asking for an update. Never did get Sean on the phone. It was either the other owner or the assistant. They kept telling me they needed more time. So I guess I was naive enough to believe them. After five weeks, I realized they were never going to call me back. Funny thing is it is now probably nine weeks and they still haven't contacted me! What a gigantic let down. I even picked this place for their amazing reviews online. BOTTOM LINE: Sean, talking directly to you. If you have more work than you can handle and realize you have taken on too much, how difficult is it to call your customer for five minutes who has been waiting for you for five weeks? Just reach out and let them know you will not be able to get to the work. The end. Would have saved me weeks of waiting where I eventually took it to Westwood Autobody who had all of the work done in less than five days flat. Check them out. Great place. Anyway, this was one more of the more frustrating customer service experiences in my life.

Working with BBAB was a no brainer. I would recommend them 100x over.For the long version, keep reading -> I'm 25 y/o and my car gets smashed while parked on the streets of Jersey City, NJ. I am moving across the country and am unable to get it repaired prior to the move. I've never done anything related to my car without my Dad (lol) so I'm terrified of being ripped off or having my car messed up or something. I ended up working with Sean Vlaszof (one of the brothers!) who was SO easy going and explained everything to me in laymen's terms which was greatly appreciated. He set me up with a rental same-day and managed all communication through my insurance. I had the rental for ~30 days. When I got my car back and noticed there was a 'drone-like' sound, so I called and Sean quickly ordered the new part to address the issue. I ended up waiting MONTHS to come in (my fault because I was procrastinating), and when I was ready to bring it back in, they fixed it within 3 days! He was extremely patient with me and I'm so grateful I decided to come here!! I'm so happy with the result.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Credit where credit is due: these guys did a great job with the body work on my Audi S5. My fender is beautifully painted and looks good as new.Unfortunately, that s where my positive experience ends. There were some inexcusable mistakes on the part of Brown Brothers (and my technician Luis):- Quoted me 2 weeks for a repair, but had my car for over a month. During this time, I was told 3 different pickup dates. When each date rolled around, I had to call them myself to find out the car was not ready.- Raised my bill from 4000 to 5500 (the insurance estimate was 1400). I was never contacted despite three separate adjustments. In fact, I was not contacted by Brown Brothers A SINGLE TIME during the month they had my car.- I was billed $410 for an alignment that they DID NOT PREFORM. I returned to Brown Brothers just a few hours after picking up my vehicle to report a significant pull in the steering. After being condescended to, I finally got them to take a look. They admitted they never performed the alignment. They tried to perform the alignment at this time but could not align the car to spec.- When I arrived to pick up my car the second time, a staff member was test driving it. I watched him turn out onto a busy street, floor the acceleration towards a red light, and slam on the break to avoid hitting a woman pushing a stroller. It was very violating and shocking to see my car be treated like this. I suspect this is why I picked up my car with a completely empty tank.- When I returned for this alignment check, they told me that my car had a severe oil leak that had persisted throughout the month it was in their possession. No one contacted me about this or mentioned it upon initial pickup.- Finally, while trying to address these issues, I was at the shop until 7PM on a Friday night. I repeatedly pleaded with them to give me my (fully paid for) car back, and expressed that I needed to take it elsewhere for my mechanical repairs. They kept repeating themselves, making BS excuses, talking about irrelevant problems, and minimizing my concerns.I feel severely disappointed and taken advantage of. I am sad to say that my car repair journey isn t over after a month of painfully begging Brown Brothers for communication, updates, and compassionate customer service. I am shocked that this establishment is recommended by Audi Beverly Hills & will encourage them to rethink this partnership.

I don t write reviews but I will make an exception for the Brown Brothers. If I could give them 10 out of five stars, I would. They helped my boyfriend and I when we were in a very tight situation after an accident and waited for us two hours after close to make sure we were OK and had somewhere to drop off the car when no other businesses were open at that hour. They fixed the car beautifully and quickly and made the whole process so easy. I am forever grateful for them and recommend them to everyone

After my mom fell and broke her foot, it turned out she had bumped her car on something and broken the fender, plus some denting. The two brothers who own it, Shaun and Steve, are incredibly honest and kind. I brought in the car, Shaun examined it, and told me it is NOT worth putting money into. He then got on his hands and knees and spent 20 minutes reattaching the fender, adding a few small parts to fasten it in place, banged out the worst of the dents, and refused to take a penny of money from me, and told me to go take care of my mom.I've already had nothing but good experiences with them over the years, with honest assessments and fair charges that never went up after initial assessment; in fact the one time they took longer than promised to fix my car they got me a free car rental without hesitation. Thank you to them for being awesome, right in the neighborhood on Robertson Blvd. Strong recommendation.

The Brown Brothers were very professional, informative, and very accommodating in handling the necessary repairs required on our vehicle. Their attention to detail is highly commendable as we were impressed on how meticulous they were when discussing the color tone of our vehicle. Their customer service is excellent and received our car within 24 hours from the time we handed over the car to them. We would highly recommend their services as they are warm accommodating and Saved us the hassle of renting a car as the owners themselves picked the car up and delivered it to us in mint condition. Thank you Sean and Steve!

Came in today for an estimate on some bumper damage and mudflap damage. They gave me an estimate for a new bumper and also offered to try and repair it with some screws and elbow grease. They were in fact able to repair it without the need for a new bumper and did not charge me for it. So incredibly honest and kind!I was so thrilled I opted to replace my mudflap lining (not sure what it's called exactly haha) even though it's not entirely necessary because I wanted to give them some business for being so honest and helpful. There's a reason this shop has a nearly perfect score from 55 reviews: the people who work here. They should be very proud of their work and professional conduct - they have a great sense of humor and are so nice to talk to! I will never go to another auto body shop as long as I live in Southern California!Service: Body & Trim

My 2009 Honda needed a new drivers side lock. Sean and Andrea were so helpful, attentive, friendly and affordable. Hanging out with Peanut the dog was an added bonus.

I love the Brown Brothers! They have the greatest body shop in LA! My Mercedes as hit in two different places (the right side and the left side). Major work needed to be done. The bumper and the left light had to be replaced as well. They did a fabulous job. My car looks like new! The work is great. The paint job is great. The inside of the car is spotless and smells nice. They also gave me the best deal on the price. They drove me to the car rental place and I returned the rental car to their shop. They made the whole process really easy. Everyone in their shop is nice and friendly - - an added bonus. I highly recommend them. These are people you can trust.

These folks are fantastic. I went in for a second opinion after Honda said that it would be $200 to fix my side view mirrors. They took a look and popped the lid back on and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Then I went back to see them after that due to a leaky windshield wiper container. I shopped around this time and decided on Brown Brothers as they were the most polite and kind and explained everything well to me. It was affordable and next time I need my car repaired (hopefully not soon) I will return.

This review is long over due but I've had to bring my car here a couple times thanks to some really awesome drivers. Sean and Steve are really cool people and will take care of you and your car. Paint was flawless and my car looked like i just drove it off the lot. Hopefully i never have to go back, but if you happen to bump into one of those great drivers that are everywhere in LA...i couldnt recommend a better shop

This was our first time using Brown Brothers for a front end collision and insurance claim through State Farm. I have to say it was the most painless and pleasurable experience I ve ever had with an auto body company and insurance claim. They handled everything directly with State Farm quickly and walked me effortlessly through the process. They even had a Lyft ride ready for me to go to Hertz for the rental.Their work was is top notch, our Mercedes looked brand new after new parts, painting, buffing, and finishing was done.Something I thought might take a couple months took a week after the estimate and drop off. They treated me like I was there #1 customer and I can t recommend them enough!

Driver s side window wasn t working. Called them and was able to bring in my car the next day, dropped it off at 7:45, the were able to get the replacement part and complete the fix on the same day, and I got the car back at 4:30.Great service, fair price, they didn t try to upsell me on anything. You will very comfortable and pleased with the level of service. I had a great experience with Steve and Sean and found them to be very fair snd honest. Their team was extremely professional and well trained in the repair of both my Porsche and Lexus.

Very calm, collected, reasonable, and kind people. They take pride in both their work and their customer service, and it shows. I took my car here after seeing the 3.4* reviewed place that the insurance company suggested. I dont know anything about cars, but these guys took care of all the insurance stuff, and addressed a concern i had MONTHS after their initial work. 5/5. would go again. :)

I cannot thank Steve enough for going above and beyond to help me with my vehicle after a stressful accident!!! Everything has been super chaotic with this pandemic and adding car/insurance issues on top of that can create a real nightmare. Thankfully, I chose Brown Brothers to assist me with my situation and I can truly say that I lucked out. These guys are honest, supportive, reliable and caring! I am so grateful for all of their help!

Came in with a headlight issue. The guy took time and care to fix the problem, installed 2 new bulbs and refused payment. Amazing service. I won't go anywhere else from now on
