Due to all the rains we had lately. I got sunk to the axle in my storage lot. I called progressive Rv roadside service for help. They called BP Towing Company for a winch out service. The BP dispatcher was prompt and told me to expect a call from the tow truck driver soon. The driver called me to send him pictures of what the area looked like and what equipment to dispatch to help me. Small tow truck arrived and attempted to winch me out to no avail. Driver said he would be back with help and a bigger truck. 1 hr true to his word they arrived and pulled the bus out. These guys are the real deal and will definitely call these guys again for help in the future. Thanks again. Sergio

Worst experience ever with this company. Don t call them. However, Franklin the tow truck driver, was so kind. I want him to work for a better, more honest company. If any company out there needs a driver hire Franklin from BP towing he deserves a place to work.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Very bad customer service booked in advance and when the day arrived they said it was Sunday and they were not going to drive that far " I don't think so" now we have to wait for somebody else thanks a lot for your services if I were you I would go with somebody else because to be honest they don't even deserve one star but that's the only way I can leave a review take your money elsewhere

This is the worst towing company never NEVER use this company again! they will make you wait for hours and have a very bad attitude like if we customers obligated you to work! if you don t like your Job you should change it!! talk about the worst experience on 3/14/23 this long hair male was frustrated at life at 9am/10am and letting it out on everyone else on the road causing madness getting off on Wilmington on the 105 fwy passing red lights very bad service DO NOT GO WITH bp towing .

Terrible! I have a service through my insurance and they have a contract through them. I called for a tow that was assigned to them and moments later it was canceled by BP Towing Inc. I called them up to get more details and the woman was short and rude! I do not speak Towing lady and I don t know your terminology. I asked for further details and she replied with, I can t speak anymore call your insurance .Service: Car towing

Dispatched tow with an ETA of over 2 hours. Then cancelled my tow an hour and 15 minutes later! Now I have to wait another hour for a different company but at least it will be cheaper too.Service: Motorcycle towingService: Motorcycle towing

Woke up this morning to find my Tahoe on a flat. Called my insurance company and they set up a tow with BP Tow Service. They came to my house quickly and efficiently. Didn't even have to request a flat bed . Eddie, the tow truck driver went over and above. Asked him if I could start to get into the truck as he was putting my Tahoe on the flat bed, because my knee was hurting with this cold weather. He told me not to worry, he pull up to the curb once he pulled out of the driveway. Once we got to the tire shop, he explained that he would pull up to the curb and help me out, because it was still a jump down to the ground. He got out and gave me a hand. I truly appreciated that, because my knee was killing me. He didn't have to do that. Thank you for your courteous service. Eddie, you don't know how much I truly appreciated your kindness and needed the extra help. Thanks BP for employing helpful drivers.

I ordered there service and these guys accepted the tow at 1 pm I waited 8 hours for these guys to cancel at 8 pm I kept in contact with the owner of the store who kept promising 1 more hr they never showed and left me stranded in a dangerous part of the city I would not recommend these guys at allService: Motorcycle towingService: Motorcycle towing

Edgar saved our road trip he came to our house at 11:00 pm to help us fix the Ratchet straps on the U haul trailer. He was a huge help and very kind I would highly recommend this company but I would recommend Edgar even higher!

This towing company was a life saver at the most necessary time in my life. I was on my way to my wedding, when my had a flat and it did not start at 3 AM in the morning. Yes...that was how early I had to wake up and go! There are so many things to do that morning, and there never seems to be enough time. I had to drive from down from Los Angeles to San Clemente. If you are married, you will know that being late for your wedding is the worst way to start a new life.Anyways, I called them and they arrived quickly and helped me out. It was out of nowhere, and they got everything going FAST looking over everything, fixing the flat and jumpstarted the car. I could not have asked for better service. By the way, my wedding was obviously a Star Wars theme, and it was wonderful because of this fantastic towing company.

Terrible service. I left a saw, blades and extension cord in their truck and didn't hear back from them until Discover froze the payment a month later. Then the owner lied and said he had been contacting me since the day his driver brought items to his office. (Instead of bringing my property back to me). The bottom line I paid too much for a tow that was literally around the corner for 250$. If you happen to drop or "leave" anything by mistake good luck with getting it back until you cancel payment. Then he MAY call asking why did you do that, like the missing property isn't good enough reason for stop payment. Even if AAA sent this company for free I wouldn't have them tow me. I'd wait the additional whatever for another tow. It's not worth the extra headache added to the situation that required a tow in the first place.

Amazing fast and will do there best to help nice tow guy as well super friendly and helpful with payment methods I sat for almost 2 hours when I called someone else I called BP and they came in 20 mins and had me on my way in 10

I hated it this towing company service the guy who answered the phone just told me how much it was going to be and when I asked him how long was the guy going to take he just kept saying my guy will call you. Half and hour later guy hasn't called so I call back the company and this lady answers asking me the same questions the guy before her had asked and when I ask her how long she tells me maybe an hour! Like are you serious! First of all the guy tellsaid me he doesn't know and then the lady says an hour! No thank you I have already waste much time with them!

Edgar is THEE man! Saved me and my challenger from being stuck with no fuel after california towing in palo alto gave me the run around and charged me for a service i never received!! Edgar whenever you need a powersports unit or any type of trailer you contact me!
