"I cannot speak highly enough of Edgar Manzanares! From the moment I ordered my 2024 BMW X3, Edgar was absolutely awesome, negotiating my deal expertly. I told him where I wanted my monthly payment to be, and he exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the production and delivery process, Edgar kept me in the loop every step of the way, and I could tell he was just as excited as I was to see how beautiful the car was in person. The Carbon Black color is absolutely gorgeous with its hint of midnight blue.If you want to buy a BMW and don't want to hear "no" or anything negative, you need to see Edgar. This is the second car I've built with him, and each time he's been simply the best and a pleasure to work with. He makes the entire process very easy because he's extremely helpful, courteous, and appreciative of his customers. I drove over 80 miles one way just to deal with Edgar, and he's so good at what he does that my three sisters also purchased their BMWs from him.In short, Edgar makes buying a car fun and simple. I dropped off my vehicle for service and required an oil change and replacement of engine coolant. After picking up the vehicle, I received two notifications. Oil change was still needed and engine coolant is low. Yesterday I went to the service area so they can reset the engine oil notification. The service tech assume that the oil change did occur but just the notification was not removed. I left voice messages with their service technicians and I am still waiting a response to resolve my issue.I wonder if they even change any of those fluids since those notifications continued to appear after getting my vehicle serviced.

Thank you to Dan Fox for helping me and my boyfriend find the nicest i4 out there! We looked at a dealership in Long Beach but walked out when they gave us the pricing. We called Dan and within an hour , he had lease numbers ready and located the most perfect, tricked out i4. Thank you for making this so easy!

It's been a week since I've picked up my order from BMW of Downtown LA. They were so helpful throughout the process of ordering a car and having it delivered. Edgar Manzanares was great and so was everyone else whenever we needed to communicate.They were kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend to everyone to come here for their next vehicle. They made the ordering process simple and straightforward for me. Looking forward to the next time I need a vehicle as I will be returning here.

I have boughten 4 BMWs from 3 previous dealers. I have had 3 different experiences that couldn't be any different from each other. I won't tell you were I went and received deceitful selling and financing tactics. But I will say do not waste your time going to other BMWs. Save yourself time and disappointment and go look for Jon Won at BMW of Downtown LA/Alexander Imports. Jon will go above and beyond to help you find the car you want, wherever it is! He has helped us get a 3 series and brand new 2024 X3 (which wasn't even on the lot but he made it happen!).He's straightforward and honest something that is not found in car dealerships. I did the mistake of going elsewhere previously. Never again. I am sticking with Jon.

Client advisor John Daley is terrific. I had a few concerns about buying out my lease and he was patient and really helped out. He checked in every so often and assured me things would go smoothly, which they did. So big props to him, you are in excellent hands if he is your sales guy. On the other hand, the service department let me down and thus the four star and not five star review. But seek out John if you are shopping for a BMW!

Updated review coming.---------------------------------------I wish I could give a better rating, but my experience with my 2016 BMW 328i has been more frustrating than I ever imagined.It started with a simple misfire code in 2021,suggested by valencia BMW. Diagnosis is oil leak in injector well caused by gasket, and valve cover gasket by the independent shop. Little did I know there was much more as I was not the primary driver at the time. Fast forward to to 2024. Trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. Despite having a SULEV (Super Ultra Low Emissions Vehicle) warranty, and federal emissions warranty which I thought was pretty solid, and which my car qualified for under year and mileage. I've hit roadblock after roadblock.First off, getting a straight answer from the dealership has been like a game of hot potato. BMW OF Downtown LA, quoted me $265 just to look at it on March 16 2024, and then said the warranty work was denied because there's no check engine light with some internal confusion about who's responsible. Enrique Valdez, the service advisor, pointed to the foreman denying the claim,followed by BMW NA saying it's the advisors call. As a consumer, who really knows? BMW North America suggests going to yet another dealer, meaning more fees, more time, and more hassle.What's the point of a warranty if it's this hard to use? The independent mechanic had no trouble diagnosing the issue, but BMW's service centers just keep sending me in circles. I thought BMW stood for top-notch quality and customer service, but this has left me doubting. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about their warranty coverage it might not be as straightforward as you think.This experience has left me questioning the value of BMW's warranties and their commitment to customer service. A word to the wise: don't assume your warranty will cover you when you need it most, especially if that check engine light isn't on.Also I was told loaners are reserved to specific people and if they have a sticker on the windshield it's not available after asking if i could switch to the newer version of the 5 series sitting there... The original loaner I was being given had a check tire pressure light! I refused it not wanting any problems. They gave me another loaner with a... sticker on the windshield! Parked in the same area! I've been a customer of BMW for more than two decades and this has never happened. It's making me consider my brand loyalty to BMW.Jeffrey on the other hand wonderful

Scam alert!Typical bait and switchDealership under new management since last year.Received email for free vehicle inspection & manufacturer recall work, booked the morning of work made the appointment, went into dealership on time - service center turned around and said it's $260 for them to even look at the vehicle, they wonder why people don't trust dealerships.I

Tried to get a extended warranty from them and was quoted the wrong priceThe service advisor charged my card right away for the wrong price but call me after promising to issue me the refund but did not do so.After reaching out to them, Jennifer, the customer relations manager reach out to me. She was Prompt, Courteous, and Extremely responsible on answering all my concerns.She kept me in the loop on what was going on and was able to address my credit issue within the next dayAlthough there were a hiccup during the original transaction but I would definitely recommend them for to others for their great service!

Buyers beware of this dealership and especially the general manager Ruben Espinoza. The guy is a manipulative liar and does not work in your best interest for negotiating. Ruben will tell you one price and bring you another. He will try to tell you that the price is only good when you re there to try to get you to budge. Get everything in writing while negotiating so there is no misunderstanding of the facts. The sales guy Omar Zyout was pleasant to work with if you re going to give this dealership any sort of business.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the this BMW dealership. The staff's knowledge and professionalism were impressive, making the car-buying process smooth. I have been helped by Joe Pinedo both times and I highly recommend him. He was attentive and guided me through various options, ensuring I found the perfect BMW. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork, was efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

My friend Malik Neal referred me here years ago and I have been a repeat customer ever since. My family has leased two cars from here and I purchased a used one for myself. This is the best dealership in LA hands down. Normally I dread dealerships and the sales reps but this was a different experience.
