I have been going here for all my car maintenance ever since I owned a car and everyone here is great. Mario and Joshua are super friendly and helpful all the time. Been coming here for about 8years now, and prices are always reasonable. Great job guys !!!

Have you busted your tire thanks to all the lovely LA potholes? Bring it here. Great place to have your tires repaired. I ve brought two cars in and they ve done a great job of fitting me in within 2 hours.

Went for an oil change. They said I need to change brakes, surface pads, change all liquids and said I should do it now. Car is at 68000 and transmission fluids were changed recently. Blatant money grab attempt. Worst part is car drives poorly now. Makes noise and veers right. Never done that before. Took it back and they said it was like that before I took it there. It wasn't. Avoid this place at all costs! Mario is scammy because he'll lie to your face with a smile.

Nice guys, quick service, but $40 to patch a tire is absolutely obscene. It's almost half the price of getting a new tire! Ridiculous.

I had a whole drill bit in my rear driver side tire and AAA couldn t get it out with their tools. Luckily, I was down the street from this location. The guys are really courteous and wonderful.

Joshua Cruz and the team at Big O' Tires are amazing. Had to replace all 4 tires at once (car is AWD) due to some unpatchable sidwall damage from running over a nail. This is one of the few places that was open Sunday and Josh fulfilled my needs, and went beyond my expectations! I came in looking for Michelins but there weren't any that would fit my car. Josh was very helpful as well, as I was looking to increase the width of the tires I run. Ended up with some Uniroyals that feel just as good for an even better price.Highly recommend this Big O Tires, I'll be back again for any of my tire needs.

Had a tire repaired and patched here. Even though it s not free, $35 is a very fair price. Employees were professional and efficiency. Was in and out in less than 40 minutes.

A long overdue great review! I had an emergency and needed all 4 tires replaced literally same day. These guys went above and beyond for me. It is not a standard practice to do something like that, but I really needed help and they helped. This will be my go to place for tire related issues.

A screw in my tire caused a flat so I went to the place with the amazing reviews - within 30 minutes my tire was patched at $10 less than they originally quoted! Happy mom driver here.

I'll update from 4 stars to 5. Slow leak today on my other car. Once again they got me in and out. Manager was professional and tech was very courteous and pleased to inform me about the repair. Their price is reasonable.Very good. They got me in at the end of their work day. Had a nail puncture. I believe they did the correct job.Update: Another puncture and was in and out fast. Appreciate the good service on a Saturday morning.

AVOID. RUDE R/A/C/I/S/T/S, NOT PROFESSIONAL EITHER.Big O Tires, don't put your name next to R/A/C/I/S/M and RUDENESS, you are sending away all rational customers!I had a flat tire, I know where exactly the puncture is and I just want a patch. The worker took off wheel and tire, trying to find it with soap and stuff so I stepped up and tried to offer help to save our time, but he was very upset and said I messed up with his work. So I left him alone and let him "do his work" but later I saw him marked an area which is NOT where the puncture is. I don't want him to punch another hole in my tire so I went and pointed the puncture out. This time he was super rude, angry and yelled at me "you don's speak English, you are not letting me do my work I cannot work on your tire I will put it back". I talked to his boss Mario, probably the owner of the place, then the worker told Mario my tire is damaged and cannot be fixed, what a lier. The rude Mario quickly sent me away and said they could not work on my tire, which is fine, but the process was totally awful and unexpected. I thought a chain store might be more reasonable but clearly this franchise is not.

The guy at the counter was extremely rude. I immediately noticed his bad energy and attitude soon after entered the office. It s like he instantly disliked me vibe. He aggressively told me that they couldn t work on my car now and I had to wait for 3-4 hours. Did I even demand an instant service? I didn t say anything. I knew I had to wait.I mistakenly left my car to have the service, but later I changed my mind because I was so upset how he treated me. I think he is a racist. You may get decent services if you are white or hispanic. Other people, forget this place.

Decent price on oil change. Not many employees working here. (2) You will need to have time to burn. If you are in a hurry forget about it.After taxes and all charges its an additional $15 on top of the coupon discountDefinitely won't be coming back here again next time.

Pretty pathetic excuse for a Big O. It's tiny, crowded, and unmaintained. None of those alone would warrant a one-star review, but considering how rude the employees were, it does. Two of the three workers we interacted with were impatient. One of whom was actively aggressive because I was in his way for half a second as I was pulling out of the parking lot. Personally, it was a bad enough experience that I am not planning on returning to this location.

Came here for flat tire, very helpful and kind. Got some tips from them on how to the care of the tires so it will not do damage for the tires and safe to drive.

The experience was good. Mario helped me select the best tire for my budget and did not seem to mind answering all my questions.The work done by the mechanic was fine as well. I asked for a specific air pressure for the tires and when l got home l checked the pressure and they were right on the mark.Then there was "The Problem" !One of the new wheel covers l recently purchased was missing.I felt sure it had not jumped off on my 10 mile ride to where l was staying,,, and considering l had just made a 500 mile trip 2 days prior, and they were all still on, l thought perhaps it was not reinstalled on the 4th new tire.I called Mario, explained the situation, but they could not find the missing cover.After a short conversation. Mario took the high road and agreed to get me another complete set by the next day. When l went there he handed me the new set and l left.... A satisfied customer.ThanksAnd now l have 3 extra wheel covers..... Talk about getting your money's worth... And then some

I had a puncture and it was just about 5pm. My regular tire shop was already closed for the day. I was about 5 minutes from Big O, so I called them. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day, and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes.Everyone was friendly, and the staff had an easy-going attitude.Always a drag to have a punctured tire, but Big O saved the day.

I was on vacation driving through LA and late on a Friday I get a flat and need to get it fixed immediately with two antsy Daughters in tow. Mario snuck us in on a very busy evening and fixed our tire within 20 minutes at an extremely fair price and saved our vacation.All the guys there were courteous and hard working. These guys rock, thank you!

Expensive! I asked the guy if they have a discount to buy 4, and he told me to have a nice day and waved!! Super customer service. Not recommended here... there are 4 other tire places in the area. Much more friendly and way better priced

Got a quote for mounting and balance at $25/tire. When I drove up there in person, they said $40/tire. Wasted half an hour getting there. What a scammer.

Excellent service and fair prices. I bought tires from Mario about 5 months ago, and got a nail in my tire just yesterday. I took it to another shop (closer to me) and they quoted me $900 to replace my tires. I wanted a second opinion, so I brought the car to Big O. Mario fixed my tire free and in under 30 minutes. Great products and service!

Ike helped me so fast. I was originally told it would take 2 hours to change and fix my flat tire. He saw me on the side waiting for AAA and told me he will make time for me to fix this right away. So professional and so nice! Ike saved my day !
