I went to change my 2 back tires on 2/24 Saturday, in 2 weeks on 3/9 my left back tire got nailed and they were busy so I dropped off to let them patch it. Picked up on 3/11 in the morning and 2 days after on 3/14 the same tire got flat again and they told me because the streets I drove are bad that s what happened . I have been driving the same route for over 10 years and never had any issues with it and he told me that I should not drive the street( where ever last days I went). The manager told me that i declined the warranty offer which he didn t even offer me in the beginning, on top of that I asked to get the lower price tires since he told me if I don t put too much mileage on my car then I don t need to spend money to install a higher price tire. I went to pick up the car and he installed the higher price .. now one of the tire is defective and they blamed me that it s my own problem so I should paid for a new tire. . And How in the world my 3 other tires are totally fine but the specific tire kept getting nailed easily? They literally put me in danger

Great tire shop. I brought in two tires of my own that I needed to have the old ones removed plus mount and balance the new ones. They did it in a short amount of time with no appointment and charged a better than fair price. Half of what a couple other tire shops wanted. I definitely recommend this place!

I got a flat tire and was driving on the spare. My tire size is uncommon, but Big Brand had it in stock. They were able to replace my tire in under an hour at a reasonable price. Their customer service is also great - everyone was very friendly and explained everything to me. I left feeling very well taken care of, and will be back when my car needs any future maintenance.

Great service today. Manager was extremely personable & professional. So grateful they could accommodate me as a walk in for new rear tires. I was met with honesty & plenty of options to choose from. Better pricing than their competitors as well. Highly recommend!

John and the team were absolutely great! Very professional, truthful and did the job pretty quick. Reasonably priced for a quality work and excellent customer service. If you need a tire service shop that you trust, this is the place. They won t try to convince you of getting anything you don t need.

Wow! Excellent service! John runs the place like a pro, my tire was repaired within minutes, Henry fixed my break light super fast! I am so excited that I found this place. Highly recommended.

The Lexus dealership wanted to charge me $800 to replace a front tire. I'm so glad I called Big Brand Tire because they got me an even better tire and installed it for $300. The staff are knowledgeable and great to work with. They gave me honest answers and didn't try to upsell me, the quote is what I paid. I really appreciate their hard work and honesty.

Had an exceptional experience with Nick and his team. I've been dealing with a persistent electronic issue in my car, and even the Ford dealership was uncertain, suggesting a 10-day wait. Nick and his team quickly identified the problem and fixed within no matter of time. Highly recommend their excellent service!

Extremely fast service - in and out for oil change within 1 hour! John was very pleasant and easygoing. And I didn t get a laundry list of things to fix for a fortune like I do at many other car shops. Will definitely be coming back!

Big Tires on Pico was awesome!Quick and efficient. I had a nail in my tire and was in & out in 15 minutes. No appointment or pre-notice. I recommend.

The people here are SO nice and knowledgeable. Took my Escalade here, they provided an oil change and due to a misunderstanding (on our part) the owner told me he would do it at no charge. He took the car in right away and do a full check on it as well. They are so generous and caring. There is no one like them.

What a great company ! Came by with a flat tire that needed repair. Was greeted by John. And was immediately diagnosed and offered to repair it. I was literally in and out if there in 20 minutes. John thank you so much for the kind , courteous , and efficient service. I m definitely coming back here again for my next tires.

I had such a great experience here! They were able to take this giant evil bolt/nail/thingy out of my rear tire and have it plugged to perfection within 30 minutes (at 9am!)

I ve Been coming here for 10 years. Any of my family cars that needs a tire change I only come here! The always go above and beyond. My wife s front tire went flat and they just did a repair at no charge. Most people take any chance to upsell you a new tire but not this place. That s why they have had my loyalty for so long! Highly recommend if you think you need a new tire!

Totally saved me! Arrived at a few tire shops in the area and all rejectedMe because they were closing in the next couple hours. The team at Big Brand Tires came through and fixed my tire within 10 minutes and got me back on the road. I got my tires replaced here a while ago. I returned because I trusted the people that work here. They did a free tire rotation and a quick brake inspection. They took excellent care of my car and I will return when I need help again.

I waited for say 1/2 hour and pulled up to the garage door. They changed my tires so fast that I got to play only three Gin Rummy hands on my phone. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely go again should I be I need of a new tire.

I called and asked about an oil change and John was very helpful and informative and even helped me save $25 on it with a coupon online. They topped off all fluids and did a complimentary multipoint inspection in a very timely manner. I m so used to being screwed over by idiots who say I need something that I know my car doesn t need so I was very impressed by how these people did not try to screw me over. This is the second time I ve been here and been treated with respect and dignity.

These people are incredibly helpful and good at what they do. Had a screw in one of my tires and Johnny was able to patch it very quickly and free of charge.

All in all a very good pleasant experience. They were very nice. Mostly guys of course. Had a metal stuck on my rear right tire and they fixed it up in a jiffy. GUYS were nice. Even the actual person who did my tires. They're all kinda hot guess cause of the testosterone since all male and it was cool.

I am so thankful to finally find a tire/car shop in my neighborhood that is trustworthy and reliable. I have returned many times to replace tires and just got a major service on my suspension. They did it same day and saved me around $500 on the parts - really savvy ordering the necessary parts. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience all around. I purchased new tires about a month ago, and thankfully, Nick convinced me to get a warranty offered by BBT that saved me when I subsequently ended up with a nail in my tire yesterday. They got me in first thing the next morning, and the whole process to check in, check the tire, and replace the tire took less than an hour, I highly recommend Big Brand Tire.

Don't trust their BS! Bought brand new set of sport 19" Bridgestone performance tires for my BMW from this shop in September 2022. Came back January 2023, RF tire going flat. Said they couldn't repair it because of sidewall damage (SEE BELOW PICS. Sidewalls damaged? Scrap the tire? Give me a break!) when all I did was pull off the road after it went flat, and had it towed there. Said it couldn't be fixed, that I needed a new $350 tire, and I should have bought the warranty when I had the chance. Had it towed to another shop in West LA that said there was no sidewall damage, repaired for $30, and I have driven 3 weeks and 1500 miles on tire that works great. Really wish there were more honest shops around. Let the buyer beware!

I had a nail in my tire. Big Brand removed the nail and patched the tire. I was in and out in a half hour, and there was no charge!The staff were very nice, too! Highly recommend.
