I dropped my car off at 11 AM today and I instructed them to change my tires. Give me an alignment and install new center caps which were all done appropriately. However, after receiving the car I drove to the self service car wash where I washed up all the dirt on my rims because they were filthy After the tire change and that s when I realize that all four rims were badly scratched in multiple locations with the most prevalent being on the drivers side front wheel. I am extremely disappointed after spending over $1700 to have this kind of unprofessional experience. I would like the employee who changed my tires to be held accountable for the damage to my vehicle, and I respectfully demand that big brand tire compensate me for the damages, and my time that will be taken to fix the damages. Please contact me at your soonest convenience to discuss this matter because I am livid with my first and last experience with your company and I already have and will be warning others about the quality of work done in this location. I came in for a new set of tires and left with 4 damaged rims on Friday I am really angry and I want the employee to apologize to me and be held accountable for the damage. They also scratched my rear bumperUpdate: I called @bigbrandtire today and told them about the damage and their employee Brandon Gamon literally laughed at me on the phone because he thinks this situation is funny. Save yourself the time stress and hassle and go somewhere else

Joe, the manager and his team of mechanics at Big Brand Tire on Washington Blvd in Mar Vista were professional, efficient and honest. I would highly recommend them. I bought 4 new tires from them today and was very happy with their service and professionalism.

Came in with a low pressure back left tire. They took a look and pointed out a nail, and said the tire would need to be replaced. They were fast and reasonably priced and I left happy.2 weeks later my car alerted me that the same time I had replaced had low pressure again. I looked at the tire and saw a nail, again. Bring it in, thinking I m having terrible luck, and am informed that they had replaced the wrong tire two weeks prior.This was fully their error. It s not like I had misspoken and said back right because they themselves pointed out the nail in the back left tire. They also did not write down in their records (which I received a printed copy) which tire needed the work, even though there was a spot for it. Clearly their error again.Ideally they would have just done the job I had already paid for it and comped it. Or at minimum just charged me for the tires themselves and refunded the service/work charges from the first job.All they could offer was a discounted rate on the second tire I now had to pay for. There was no I m so sorry, this was our bad. No adjustment or refund on the messed up first order that resulted in me needing to pay twice for a job they messed up the first time.I only got an apology and a coupon for an oil change after I asked for a partial refund on the first order.Clearly a lack of attention being paid here.

Joe was so helpful with my flat tire. He was able to repair it in a timely manner and free of charge! Staff was pleasant and I enjoyed their service. Highly recommend if you need your flat repaired or oil changed!

I had a terrible experience. A guy checked my car and said it needed two replacement tires. When I dropped off my car the next day, the manager informed me that the guy had only ordered one tire instead of two. I was told to come back another day and I don t have time to waste!The manager didn t apologize and acted like it wasn t their fault. He was super rude, continuously saying I paid for one tire (even though I didn t have to pay in advance; I chose to pay a day before as a deposit. The rule says you need to pay when all work is done).It was the worst customer service ever!

I got a free oil change yesterday and now my driveway is COVERED IN OIL! So I don t have a car to drive until tmrw since you re closed. Also funny how it s suppose to be free and I still ended up paying 50$. And now I m going to have to pay to clean my driveway and spend an EXTRA HOUR WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX IT ON A HOLIDAY!I called the service line to see what they could do to fix it, they weren t apologetic or helpful whatsoever.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN IF IT WAS ACTUALLY FREE!

Went here for an oil change.every thing was smooth and nice at first. They also did a car inspection after change the oil. However, after I got home, I open the front hood to check the problem they mentioned. There was a cleaning cloth left under the hood. Gladly, I checked. Otherwise, it could cause engine overheat due to blocking the air intake.

Terrible customer service. The guy serving me was rude and abrupt with no apology for delays to my appt. If he had been nicer I wouldn't have minded but he made out it was my fault and told me to just wait for 2hrs What's the point of making an appt if they then tell you that it's not possible anymore.AVOID this place and find another shop, there's plenty nearby!!

They guy was ok nice. The mechanics just swearing and calling each other the n word the whole time. They are very disorganized. I cam Thur they had no oil. Brought it Friday at 8 am. They told me at 11 it will be ready in 30 minGot there any 12 and they had misplaced my keys. Then they do the oil change and didbt do the tire rotation or check pressure. The staff here has no structure. Place Sucks

I m still amazed that tire patching is free. Courteous, quick, and professional location. I went to the one on Pico first, they had a busy morning and suggested me to check out the loc on Washington. Both were great.

Came in on a Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire, drove out taken care of in minutes and at no charge. Jonathan works quick and efficiently! Best customer service I've ever had at a shop, definitely coming back when I need repairs.

I had a flat tire. It was simply a bolt from the street that was lodged in my tire. I am not exaggerating when I say I went to FIVE different tire places to get a plug. All I got was a bunch of reasons why they couldn t give me a plug: not company policy, the tire is too old, the hole is too big, and on and on. Some of these other tire places offered a patch at almost half the price of a new tire, or, of course, they suggested that I buy a new tire. I almost broke down and cried with joy when I came to Big Brand Tire. Before I could even turn around, they had a plug in my tire and the tire back on the car. To add to my glee, the service was free!Today I came back to Big Brand for an oil change. Most of the time other shops have prices posted up on the board and then some excuse as to why the price they re charging you is more than what was advertised: oversized car, special brand of oil, oil shortage, or whatever Nick actually charged me less than what was published on his sign And he did a wonderful job with the oil change. I am very happy with Big Brand Tire. I am telling all my friends about this place. I won t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Customer service is great but unfortunately that doesn't fix cars. Prius owners, run in the opposite direction. Came in looking for replacement brake pads. They immediately inform me that brakes were "just fine" but noticed a busted axle. So they changed that but it took a whopping 4 days. By the end of day 4 I was fed up so I came and picked it up. They informed me at the time of pick up that everything was fine and the car was driving smoothly. After about a day, it sounded like junk underneath the front driver side and drove oddly in a way it never had before.I take it into my trusted mechanic and he tells me that they mangled the axle job and that the brake pads were worn down to the point where the car was nearly undriveable (as I had initially suspected). I ended up being charged $600 by Big Brand for faulty work and a bouquet of lies.Unfortunately I fear that you are reading those reviews after you've dropped your car off there and you're noticing a trend. I recommend that you pick up that car up as soon as you possibly can, pay them (unfortunately), and get their work inspected at a place you know with a mechanic you trust.These guys seem to be good at changing tires but THAT IS ABOUT IT. They even screwed up the free alignment offered for the ridiculous amount of time my car spent in the shop.I'm out about $2k because of all this nonsense. Run far away from these guys. Hoping they go out of business and soon.

On a Saturday afternoon they were open and they were very pleasant. I checked prices around and they were better price than Valveline outlet around this area. Make sure you use the coupon on their website

I thought to give them a try since I moved and need a place closer and reliable. I got there first thing in the morning with an appointment. The guy was still opening the shop. I couldn't have other parts checked out by the mechanic because he wasn't in yet, but I just needed a quick oil change. I guess next time to call ahead to make sure the mechanic is on site when scheduled. The guy who worked on my car was nice to let me know that the shop who has done my oil service stripped the oil pan both. it was worth going there.

I was one of those who responded to the coupon special and I called I spoke to Alex he explained it and it was legit within reason to have to call Alex and have him explain it. Besides that customer service is great I did knowingly before I went in that I would need a tune-up also. Give me a great price again the customer service with Alex and the crew mechanics I would recommend. And yes they have free Wi-Fi. Also I guess if you want something to eat Cafe in walking distance you can ask Alex about that also.Jamal

I visited in March 2023 for an oil change. I had spoken to a Destiny at their call center the previous day to schedule an appointment, with a final price guaranteed. She penciled me in for a synthetic blend oil change.After arriving, one man at the counter seemed friendly, the other seemed serious. Both told me I was set for a drop off, so I should expect to have the car ready in about an hour and a half. I walked over to some nearby stores, only to get a text saying my expected bill was about $35 more than Destiny promised. I reached out to their call center, asking them to review the notes with Destiny, and the rep who helped me said he'll reach out to this center via email to match my promised rate.When I arrived in center, both men insisted my car only takes full synthetic oil and they'll have to charge me the full price. (It actually also takes the blend, full is only recommended. See attached invoice of previous oil change- semi synthetic means synthetic blend). I tried playing the previous evening's recorded conversation with Destiny, but unfortunately, both of my call recording apps have been malfunctioning and only record my side of conversations, so I wasn't able to adduce her verbal price guarantee. The serious-looking man offered to meet me halfway.I headed to the car to make more phone calls. After a stalemate lasting over 20 minutes, the stern-looking man finally agreed to honor the price guarantee.That's the only reason I'm not giving them a one-star rating.
