Service advisor worked on my Taycan, upon completion they claimed to have corrected the recalls. I noticed at the time of the pick up that I had a massive bulge coming from the side wall of my front right tire. The advisor had told me that they did not have the tire in stock and it was fine to drive on, not to worry about it, it was safe to drive on. Well I felt uneasy and decided to take the car to woodland hills porsche instead. Come to find out the tire could of blown and any time. I was also informed that the recalls had not actually been completed when I took the car to Beverly Hills Porsche. So Porsche of Woodland Hills had to redo the work from Beverly Hills Porsche. JD power had also reached out to me in regards to a review of my service from Beverly Hills. I had told them the situation and they proceeded to have the service manager call me. The service manager Curt had apologized and said he would send off a $500 gift card as an apology. Well low and behold that never happened. Short story, stay away from this dealership and their service department. Very disappointed in the level of work from a Porsche dealer much less one in Beverly Hills.

Very disappointed in the quality of service here. I wouldn't bother taking my car back here. Scheduling also takes forever. I took a Taycan in for its 20k mile service and was quoted one price on the phone, told a higher price (1.6x the original quote) in person after waiting 2 weeks to get in, and then given a price 1.5x the original quote at pick-up. My invoice indicates that they basically charged, as a separate line item, for something that the 20k mile service line item indicates is included in the 20k mile service.I also had two warranty service items ((1) driver seat; (2) one touch function for the window switches). They didn't fix either issue because they said they couldn't reproduce them. The service advisor did not bother coming to the car initially. At pick-up I showed him the window issue because it was clearly present. I said it sometimes, depending on the time/day, happens on all windows but yet they suggested performing a service bulletin for the windows which would involve replacing a bunch of components on the front windows only--sounded weird to me given the issue affects the rear windows too. At that point I had very little faith in the service dept. here so I took my car to Pasadena Porsche instead. The folks at Pasadena Porsche were great and immediately resolved the issue with my seat per a bulletin. They also reset and recalibrated the windows and after that they said they couldn't reproduce the window switch issue. I'm keeping an eye on that one but so far so good without needing the extensive replacements suggested by BH Porsche that didn't really make sense in the first place.

Horrible service! I bought a certified Macan with mechanical problems and neither Nour AlNasser, Christine Takla or Porsche Beverly Hills service center responded my emails or phone calls. Absolutely unprofessional.

I have been a client of Beverly Hills Porsche for the past 8 years. For the past year their service has substantially diminished. Many times you call and no one answers the phone. I took my car in for a engine light that came on and they kept the car for 3 weeks. When I went to pick up my car I had to wait an hour for them to pull locate and pull up my car claiming that it s being washed. Then they pulled up my car full of dirt. 2 days after the engine light was back on. I had to take it in again and they kept the car for 3 more weeks. I picked up my car and 2 days after the engine light went on again for the 3rd time. They used to have an amazing service and qualified staff but it has been a horrible experience dealing with them. I adore my service advisor but the rest of the team are not qualified including their technicians.Service: Electrical repair

Had one of the biggest nails damaging my tired, I got an appointment right away with Juan my advisor which right away try seeing if my tired was gonna be fixable, he was super detailed explaining the real issue if I was to get just a patch on it... I known him for so many years, I ended up buying a new tire!!!Truly it feels great when you can trust your advisor that much and know he has your back!I'm truly lucky to have such honest advisor, I cant imagine changing cars ans not buying Porsche again... this is my 5th Porsche and I will continue buying the same brand... good costumer service and quality work equal Happiness!

Beware! They tried to tell me my clutch needed to be replaced when it was fine.I took my Porsche in for routine service at my local mechanic, on one such visit they told me there was a fuel line part recall and i should take it to Beverly Hills Porsche for replacement, so i took it in to BH Porsche and got a call from them later in the day saying the repair was done but they found another problem, they said "your clutch is toast, it's down to the rivets, and needs to be replaced" i called my local mechanic and told them what BH Porsche said, they told me to bring the car back to them. the guys at BH Porsche were really pressuring me to have them replace the clutch saying it was unsafe to drive. i took the car back to Automed Euro, the mechanic got in, put it in 2nd gear, revved the engine and dropped the clutch, wheels screeched and the car took off, he said your clutch is fine, and added "for them to say its down to the rivets they would have had to remove your engine and no mechanic would do all that work on spec.I told this to my brother in law and he said he bought a 911 from them and within 1 year they got him to replace his clutch too, same deal with my girlfriend they got her for a new clutch as well. Seems like a pattern with this location..Bottom line is i will never do biz with Beverly Hills Porsche.

Came here to get my oil topped off and porter was not welcoming. But the people at the front desk was more helpful. Lots of nice Porsches to look at though.

This is the 4th or 5th time I brought my car to Porsche maintenance shop within less than a year since I purchased it from this dealership. The car has so many problems since day 1 of my purchase and the maintenance shop obviously can't fix it correctly. And every time I called to make an appt to bring the car in, I was informed by the shop that I have to wait minimum 3 weeks to a months to get an appt. The first time I brought my car in is because of the speaker, the shop did not fix it at all and returned it back to me. Then I brought it again back to the shop a month later. By the time I brought my car back in, my window control on the side of driver's door is not working properly. I could not control the backseat window from the driver's side. Also my engine light was on and off for a period of time. This time they fixed the speaker without fixing the window control or engine problem. And moreover, they messed up my "door lock/unlock control" on the driver's side of door. I couldn't push that button anymore. Then I had to bring the car back again. By the time I got another appt, my car's engine light was on and I always have a warning shows auto rest failure" when I put my foot on the break. I informed the shop I have the lock control, window control and engine problem of this car, and of course they only fixed the lock control and window control without fixing the engine problem. After 2 days I took my car back from the shop, my engine light was on again and my engine is making so much noise. Everytime I have to wait minimum 3 weeks to get an available appt to bring my car in, and not even 1 time the shop could fix all the problem I had correctly. Now I have to bring my car back in again next Monday. This is the worst worst experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life. I can't believe I got a Porsche and the service is not even as good as TOYOTA. What a joke.

I have a good Service Advisor (Kristian) that always gets me an appointment that works for me. He also gets my car done on time. The dealership is a bit shabby compared to others, but it s convenient and the work gets done right the first time.

The worst Car dealership and service I ve ever seen! They never answer phones! They never respond to your text or if you called them and left a message, even it s emergency they never will reach out you, the staff are not polite or nice! They are always delayed for service your car! They always short for loaner car! If you want to torture yourself or someone definitely send them here! I spoke with customer service rep couple time and complained about their service but nothing has been improved! If you driving Porsche don t hurt yourself to going to this center!

When it comes to my car, there s no one I trust more than Juan Flores and his team at Beverly Hills Porsche. The waiting time is minimal, their loaner vehicles are clean and they clearly communicate what needs to be done. It s truly the best service center I ve ever dealt with.

Very bad experience, the valet took 40 min to bring my car, and I was the only customer waiting. Don t ask him where is your car, he will tell you it s on the way on repeat till one of you gets angry. He got angry. Back to the front desk, their answer was it s not our problem, go deal with the valet, we re not the ones driving your car. Very bad work atmosphere, nobody cares about the company s image. The car came back very dirty, with a thick layer of dust. I picked it up on the back alley next to the trash, they didn t even bother bringing it in the front. That s what you get from a premium overpriced service center.

Avoid. Do yourself a favor and choose another P dealer or an indy shop (recommend HOUSE in Pasadena). Went here so no issues with P warranty but takes a +month to get an appt., no way to manage appt online, phone calls go nowhere or a full vm box, no updates or follow-up on status of car, unfriendly service, don t go over what services were performed or what s needed, car comes back dirty, etc. The only time they reach out is AFTER your service appt. asking you to review their service as exceptional for Porsche NA.

When I bought my vehicle in 22, I paid their 10K upcharge and bought pre-paid service at time of sale. I live an hour away. One year later, BHP no longer open on weekends, are booked out a month, didn't have a copy of the agreement, and not friendly on phone.I'll stick with Newport for purchases and service.

Scott and Jon did it again for me! Another pleasant experience servicing my car at BH Porsche. Everything from start to finish was a breeze here. These guys really understand that everyone in LA is in a hurry and got me in and out efficiently while addressing my questions and concerns. All car/payment/pricing questions were very clearly answered leaving me very comfortable with the entire process. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who has any problems with their Porsche. And let me just talk about the rental car that I got... 2019 Porsche Cayenne! Definitely coming back to get this new baby once it's time for this one to go. Almost didn't want to return the rental car because it was just an amazing vehicle.Ask for Scott if you need any help! He's the best.

Kurt Bonzell made me the happiest Porsche owner this side of the Mississippi. I purchased a used Porsche 911 Turbo S a few months ago, and I had some missing records including some of the service history. I contacted Porsche in Beverly Hills, verified my identity, and even though it was many years ago, Kurt was able to was able to see my service history, retrieve (2) repair orders and also include the Factory Build Sheet and the car's Warranty Service History. These days, most businesses only help you when they are going to make money off you. This work in no way benefited Porsche if Beverly Hills, but they went above and beyond to help me retain as much of the rich history as possible pertaining to my Porsche. Thank you very much! I, along with any of the ensuing owners of my car, will be forever grateful.

Brought car in due to Engine warning light which they resolved and had them do an oil service. Also asked them to recharge my battery which had gone dead due to little use.Prior to picking up the car they called and advised:-Car needs new front and rear brakes.-Battery didn't take a charge and needs to be replaced-Rear tires need replacement.I informed them that I did not want them to proceed with any of these items.Turns out brake replacement can wait until a warning light comes on (which may be several thousand miles away) and did not need immediate replacement.Battery did in fact take a charge and has been fine since I picked the car up.Rear tires were recently replaced and a tire store confirmed they were fine. The quote for the above items was over $4,000...Buyer beware...Service: Oil change

Dealing with Beverly Hills Porsche was the worst experience I've ever had. The service staff there were completely unresponsive. They never returned my numerous messages or answered my phone calls. I was totally frustrated dealing with Beverly Hills Porsche. I would never go back there if you paid me.

This is my first time using the BH Porsche Service Center. I'm happy to say they made this a very easy experience. They fixed the problem, luckily it was still covered by the warranty. Mario was fantastic. He explained the problem with my car and what they were doing to fix it. He didn't recommend any additional service at this time...I'm always concerned the first time I take my car somewhere that I'll be told I have other things that need to be replaced...that was not the case. They were honest and did great work.

Worse service experience ever. Avoid at all. The car is less then a year old and cost me nothing but the service department is so rude and unresponsive that I would never buy another Porsche and would definitely never return to Porsche Beverly Hills for anything in the world. Best way to describe this place is rude and incompetent. It is really hard to hate a place this much when it is a free service. Welcome to Beverly Hills Porsche.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and service at 8am. They were to call me and be done by 3pm. I called at 5pm and they said likely tomorrow. At 6pm I get an email my car is ready. I head over in the morning at 8am and wait another half an hour while they locate my car, only to tell me it isn t washed yet, so another 15minutes. For this horrible service I m also paying 2x the prevailing rates. Oh, and that free rental, they charged me $79 for it. Don t waste your time with these clowns.

Scott and his crew are very professional and attentive to customer service needs. They repaired various issues on my Porsche 911 Carrera especially a tricky suspension squeak. Highly recommended.

I have seen significant changes in the service department recently that have improved the entire experience from dropping off my car to picking it up.I was kept informed during the entire time they had my car to having a friendly gentleman with a red Porsche hat helping me retrieve all my belongings out of the loaner car and into mine . Great service thanks

Based upon the snotty attitude of the guy I just talked to in service, contrasted with the complete empathy and care I received on the phone with Downtown Porsche, the disparity is VERY clear. Stay away from Beverly Hills Porsche if you can avoid them. Downtown is worth the drive and their attitude of complete customer care CANNOT BE BEAT!
