I was surprised to find that my oil change cost $700, but what truly bothered me was the experience with one of the employees. I received a text suggesting that I pay online to expedite the process, which I did. However, upon arrival, I was directed to a cashier, negating the time-saving advantage of online payment. When questioning this inefficiency, another staff member, uninvited, chose to lecture me on the process rather than address my concerns. This approach not only escalated the situation but also reflected poorly on your team's ability to handle customer feedback constructively. The experience calls into question the employee's understanding of client relations and your organization's commitment to continuous improvement.

This was my first experience with BMW Beverly Hills Service Center and it could not have been any better. I was able to make a next day appointment following a minor collision. I received a courteous and friendly greeting and initial assessment from the service consultant. I received an informative video review two hours later and the work was completed soon after that. Great communication and follow up. My car had been nicely cleaned and washed when I picked it up. Five stars!

You can tell when a company is well managed by how happy the employees are. I am here to say that Beverly Hills BMW Service Center is filled with happy, interested, and knowledgeable employees. Every single person that I encountered there truly loves BMW. It's the kind of service one expects from Apple or Disney. I am so impressed.I have an older BMW (25 years old) and I was treated like royalty throughout the repair process.After this experience I'll recommend Beverly Hills BMW to everyone I know and I will never go anywhere else to repair a my car, or buy my car.I highly recommend you ask to work with service Advisor Robyn D., she's extremely knowledgeable about BMW and gets TEN STARS for above-and-beyond customer service!

I appreciated the mechanic taking a video to explain things to me, since I know zero about cars. Also Thomas my service manager kept me updated on my service. I just wish when I dropped off car and picked it up other service managers just ignored me. They could have told me what to do or even a good morning.

Had a great experience buying a car at the Beverly Hills location and that was the last time I had a decent experience there. My first visit here they were helping another guest and she seemed to have been receiving such kind service. She even got offered a ride back to her primarily location, water and was greeted immediately. Upon my arrival it took 15 minutes for someone to greet me. I had to go and track someone down after that time. After drop off when I asked if I could get a ride back they stated we don t offer that service anymore even though I just witnessed them offer it to a white woman.All service appointments here seems to take ten thousand years even for something so simple. I needed a replacement grill and they estimated 8 hours. I asked the manger why and somehow he magically got it done in 10 minutes. Reps will say they will call you back but never do.I had to get another key replacement because the one they did give me upon purchase initially was faulty and three weeks later still no call on whether or not it arrived. I tried calling my rep a few times and no answer or return calls. One of my paint protection warranties stated coverage for something but all the reps can t seem to find it and have been sending me around in circles. Now they tell me to call my finance rep who never answers his calls and doesn t return calls either.I would recommend going to any other dealership than this one for purchasing and service. I was in the market for another BMW but now after being treating like I barely exist would not come back here if I didn t absolutely need to.

Always pleasantly impressed with this BMW service center. Everyone is professional and trustworthy, which can be hard to find. Francisco does an excellent job in explaining details regarding my car and the work that needs to be done. My favorite part is when I receive video updates from my technician showing my car at the BMW shop and walking me through what my car needs/ current status. Thank you Steven, the technician that worked on my car, for updating efficiently! Very satisfied.

I ve had some unpleasant encounters at service centers before, but my experience at the BMW service center in Beverly Hills has always been pleasant so far during the times I ve been coming here. Specifically, my service advisor, Ivan Cruz has been amazing! He has provided such great communication & service. I highly recommend!

I had my car serviced at BMW-Beverly Hills location. My service manager, Gill, was very helpful and thoroughly went over everything before the maintenance repairs started. The appointment was made a day prior. Repairs were completed the same day as the appointment.As it turned out I also needed a tire replacement. After I checked around for better pricing, turned out BMW repair shop offered the same price.

Very easy to get a date/time that worked for my schedule. My service advisor quickly met me at my car, outlined what would be done, and the cost (it was all complimentary 2 year service, but was nice to know what would be fixed). I let him know a few issues I noticed with the car. He noted them and texted me later that day that they could be replicated and would be fixed. I asked for a small scuff on my paint to be taken off and that was done as well. Amazing customer service and they went the extra mile for me!

Very limited inventory. My experience at the BMW dealership was forgettable at best. While the customer service was adequate, there was nothing about the experience that stood out or made me feel valued as a customer. If you're in the market for a BMW, this dealership will get the job done, but don't expect anything more than the bare minimum in terms of customer service or satisfaction.

I have been driving cars for nearly 50 years, and this was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. Francisco was outstanding! When I first brought my car in I was very stressed, and he was very helpful , patient, empathic, and clearly listened to me. Everything was done timely and smoothly and again Francisco was attentive, friendly, communicative, and very professional. I truly felt valued So I definitely will return to Beverly Hills BMW Service for my future service needs.

It was my first experience at the Beverly Hills service center location and it did not disappoint! Everyone was courteous and helped me in a timely manner. Robyn was my service advisor and was very helpful and communicative throughout the day on the status of my car. All around the best experience I ve had at a service center! Consistently the most middling to indifferent customer service team I have to with on a semi-regular basis. The front desk agents act like you re bothering them when you show up for your appointment. Everyone there moves at the pace most convenient for them regardless of how long customers have been waiting past appointment time / estimated service completion time. And no one does anything that they decide is not part of their job description, such as the assigned service agent arranging for the car service to pick you up.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We were traveling to LA for the holiday and suffered 2 flat tires on our X7 in one of LA's notorious potholes. I called the service center and explained our situation. If you are familiar with most BMW Service centers, it typically takes weeks to schedule an appointment. I was surprised when they asked if I could bring the car in immediately. I was fortunate they also had the tires in stock - they were able to replace the tires and do an alignment within 5 hours. I was also impressed with their video inspection of the car (I haven't experienced that at 3 other BMW dealerships). This is the *best* experience I've had with any BMW service center. If I lived in LA I would go here exclusively. Special thanks to Ivan the service advisor and the initial woman to answered my call.

I like to thank to Doug (Service Manager) He used to be my service adviser.during paul in break for few days, Doug took over our Job. it was pretty big and long service job.He took care of all really well. I brought my car in for service on a Saturday which I left there while I did some Christmas shopping. I checked the time online which said it was open till eight which was actually incorrect. They close at four. I did receive a text with the correct hours but I didn't notice it. I would've thought somebody would've given me a courtesy call to see if I was still picking up the car. I arrived at 5 PM & they were closed. My house keys were in the car. I immediately called the dealer who was open and the woman on the phone said a manager would call me back. I was hoping they could help me pick up the car. I never received a call back. Luckily the leasing office at my apartment was open til 6pm and gave me a spare fob but I had to leave my apartment unlocked anytime I went out for the next couple days because I had no keys. On Sunday I called back and asked to speak to a manager & they said to call after 10 AM. I called after 10 AM and the lady who answered the phone recognized me from the night before and sent me to the managers voicemail Mike. I left a lengthy message but still no return call. I called a fourth time and spoke to a gentleman who seemed to understand the urgency of my issue and said he would make sure someone called me back. again they did not . I had to wait until Monday morning at 7:30 AM to pick up my car. luckily I was able to work around this with some inconveniences but the lack of care, concern and service to not even get a phone call or the dealer not have the ability to get me my car is completely unacceptable. BMW only has good service when they want to sell you something, otherwise they could care less. Not only will I never bring my car to this service station again I will never buy a BMW again and I have bought several. I highly recommend taking your car elsewhere.

Gary is the man you should see, friendly and professional. They have an amazing center with a huge lounge to wait. They also have shuttles to drop you while your vehicle is at the workshop.

Horrible experience today. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying 1400 dollars. I had to go twice today for them to get my repairs right. Then a third time (yes in the same day) because Paul my service advisor kept my keys and I couldn t get into my house. Honestly if I wanted subpar service I would have gone to Bob s BMW Repair on the corner. I expected more from Beverly Hills BMW.

Had a great experience with Gary at Beverly Hills BMW/ Service Department. Gary took the time to explain to me my options on fixing the car with precise recommendation. Overall, I had a good experience w/ Beverly Hills BMW. I called them to inquire about whether a malfunctioning headlight bulb was covered under the manufacturer's 4 yr/50k mile warranty. Ivan Cruz, the assistant service manager with whom i spoke, asked me to stop by the service center to have the issue inspected.When I arrived, he explained the steps necessary to diagnose the problem and the potential time requirement given the location of the headlight module (the technician had to remove the front bumper on my X3 M40i to reach the components). With the explanation, he set expectations properly so I had a good idea of when to expect the job's completion.Long story short, the warranty did cover the replacement of the headlight bulb and a faulty headlight module. Ivan provided updates during the repair process to ensure I was kept aware of their progress. His responsiveness, attentive customer service, and professionalism led to a good experience.

After having issues with my last service adviser, Beverly Hills BMW rectified themselves with providing top notch service and exceeded my expectations. I took my vehicle in for the same issue multiple times with no resolution. Justin from the service department was assigned to my case and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. I cannot be more thankful that he was assigned to my case and highly recommend him.

Have to say I haven t always had the best experience with service at Beverly Hills BMW, but my most recent service - and what my manager told me about their efforts to offer competitive pricing to the independent shops I have also frequented for my older cars - left me feeling pretty good. They did a great job, pricing was fair, and they even took care of my Ubers both ways. Dealers don t always have the best reputation for their service departments, but I won t hesitate to use BH BMW again.

Fast professional service. Cool technician video showing service in action and going over tire and brake pad life. Clean waiting area with Starbucks coffee machine. Only issue was a delay checking in but otherwise very good.

My experience with BMW Beverly Hills was excellent! Sarkis, service advisor helped me replace a tire under warranty. He was very professional and kept in constant communication with me about warranty updates and repair. The whole process took about 3 hours. Great customer service!
