Cannot recommend this Auto shop enough. Francisco was extremely helpful, kind, and gave me the time of day (unlike the other body shops I've been to). The crew fixed my car super fast, and it looked brand new!! They are the best evaaa!! 10+++ stars if I could. Thank you guys!!

Wonderful, easy experience and will definitely be coming back. Kind, friendly, and communicative, I got my car back quicker than their quote and well within the time limit I had set. Give them a call, they'll work with you!

The owner and manager are cool. But my experience was nothing but easy. First off, they constantly moved the finish date further and further back. Always having some sort of an excuse to why they had to push it back. Promises were never kept. But above all, the work they did on my truck was terrible!They re used the same parts instead of painting the new ones. The paint job is so bad. You can definitely tell this shop uses the cheapest products.I would not recommend this shop at all. I will not be going back here again.

The team here is AMAZING. I was in a pinch and in need of a miracle and these gentleman really showed me true kindness and care. They went out of their way to go above and beyond in excellence. I usually take my 2013 Prius to the dealer, but frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped by this local shop I pass often. I explained my problem and answered a couple of questions, and knew these men know what they are talking about and were not trying to sell me on anything. They had me up and running in a day. As a local teacher this means everything to me. If you want quality, fair priced, and honest work I highly suggest you go here. We family and I met Sam (the shop s owner) earlier this year when one of our cars needed body repair, and we are glad we did. The facility does a very professional and excellent job. Moreover, Sam is extremely honest and will try to help you with the fee as much as possible. Hope you won t need him, but if you do please give him a try. I took my 2020 Honda Civic to them based on recommendation by another shopnearly across the street to diagnose my intermittent AC not working. Theydid their special "AC Tune up and test" for $300. I picked up the car thenext day and soon again the AC wasn't working, it actually got worse. Ibrought it back to them, this time they never bothered calling me back toupdate me about my car. I waited a few days and called, they needed moretime! This was already suspicious. They took my car to another shop severalmiles away without telling me, to diagnose it for them. Finally after over 1week of not having my car I call and they told me the car needs a new ACcompressor and a couple other parts, total cost will be $1400. I said forgetit and came to get my car back right away. They have to give me a ride topick it up from the other shop miles away. I took the car to North Hollywoodwhere everything seems more reasonable, and it cost me just $800 for thesame exact job and was done the following day! I'm writing this to warnothers of the unethical sneaky practice and lack of communication/care ofcustomers. Shane knows he neglected me.

I recently brought my vehicle in for some major repairs, all I have to say is that they did an excellent job with the repairs. They even helped me get a reservation for a car rental, not only that but they took less than 4 days to have my vehicle in tip top shape. Sam and Fransisico were the individuals who helped me, and I have to say their customer service was outstanding.

This place is incredible! I had to get one of my mirrors replaced and felt so overwhelmed having to deal with it... the guys at Beverly Hills Auto Technology took such good care of me! Sam is a very courteous and thorough professional, very friendly and jolly in nature. Understands your concerns, and explains all the options in detail, works with your schedule and gives a pretty good deal.His colleagues - Shane and Francisco are highly experienced and knowledgable as well. Will recommend the correct fixes for your situation and need - rather than just the extravagant overkill options.In my case, they offered to and made a few fixes even after 4 months of receiving delivery for free. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a very seamless, timely and cost effective service with them - and I cannot agree more!Sam is so warm - he even left me with some local gourmet cookies when he found I was getting married soon! You just cannot go wrong with them!

Great and quick service! I went in Thursday morning with damage to my brand new 2017 dodge daytona, and Fransisco made sure I was take care of, cheap, fast and my car looks brand new! Mr Moses and and his employees were very helpful

Have very bad experience,i brought my car to fix the paint,i left my car for one week and when i came back my was dirty, the heater is not working,the owner Ari used my my mileage 48 miles and my gas. He didnt expect that i will be there very early to pick up my car,before they open the shop,and He was driving my car from home.He used my blue tooth device in my new car. He added his phone..My car settings was messed up.. If your going to fix your car make sure you make a note how much gas you have and mileage. Mark or ask them to write in the receipt .,especially if your car is on lease,check your settings .i have much trouble with my car now because the heater is not working,and need to be fixed . .,I will never recommend this place.. terrible bad experience.my car is supposed to be in good hands but im very dissapointed, it should not be used like taxi or uber .Do not do unto others what you do not want others do unto you. You will reap what you sow.God is watching...

Terrible service! Not only they could not repair the sunroof of my BMW X5, but the have broken the mechanism and blamed it on the customer.It was fully functional when I brought the car in, only the glass was broken.The car was all dirty with screws laying around.Never take your car to this place!

My car was damaged and I couldn't afford to get it fixed anywhere and then I stopped on at Beverly hills auto technology and they let me work with them on the bill my car was better than when I bought it and it still hasn't given any trouble I'll only go to Beverly hills auto tech from here on out and I suggest you do to
