This place is absoulutely TRASH!!!Took my car to them with promises that they can fix it. yet I paid them and literally still had to get a tow to pick my car out of their shop. Thieves and useless! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Terrible customer service!!!! They dont deserve 1star! Brought my car in at 11am called to pickup at 5pm & my car wasn't even touched. It was moved to the side & all the mechanics had left for the day!! I seriously dont recommend Bates for your car needs unless you plan to stay there all day and make sure the work gets done..complete & right. Even still dont deserve any type of tip! SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES at Bates!! Brought my car in first thing next day (9am) was told my car would be next after a alignment on a vehicle. Came back at 10:30 & again my car was moved to the side while other customers got serviced.

Came for a simple oil change and break replacement they stripped the screw and tried to upsell us on a oil pan probably and admitted to our regular guy what he was trying to do when we called him on the phone highly disappointed places like these make me hate trying new auto repair places don t come here

I don't recommend you come here. As they fix it and it comes out with another problem, maybe because I'm a woman, they took advantage smh! And I want them to pay for the damages of the charo. There I leave the photo No los recomiendo que vengan aqu�. Seg�n lo arreglan y sale con otro problema alomejor por que soy mujer se aprovecharon smh! These people don't fix cars. They just charge and don't know how to fix cars. They are taking out money. Don't come here. They don't do miracles but they charge well. Do not come here unless you want a headache and getting charged for it.Estas personas no arreglan los carros. Nomas cobran y no saben arreglar los carros. Son saca dinero. No vengan aqui.
