I can't overstate how impressed I am with their service. I had an accident with my 2023 M5. They were able to get a hold of hard to find parts in no time. I got at least one weekly update from Vanessa and Jack on the repair status. And they finished the work in just 2 weeks. The car looks brand new!This was my first accident in 25 years, and hopefully it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'm going back to AW...Bimmer or not.

Brought my car in for an estimate they ended up doing a tear down thinking the damage would cost somewhere near 10-15k came back with a 22k figure for a dent in the rear quarter and door. There was some damage to the frame too.What was really terrible is the body shop failed to inform me that the insurance wouldn t be covering it. So they let it sit on their lot after they knew the car wouldn t be receiving repairs and charged me storage. After that I had a tow truck come pick up the car in pieces. As they could not even do the basic courtesy of putting back together what they could. They left several parts including the rear windshield glass and the rear quarter glass out of returning the car to me. So they lost parts off my car and didn t return them to me and I only figured this out recently.

Had my car side swiped and was referred to A W by my dealer. Jack at AW handled my repair and Natalie kept me updated throughout by contacting 2X/week. Parts were ordered timely and within a week of final insurance approval my repairs were done! Great job, great service!!!

Jack and his team did it again! My car was in a gnarly accident and in no time AW placed my car back together with precision, care, and great detail. My car drives more smoothly now than it did when I drove it off the lot. Aside, from all of that. What was really important to me through out this process is that Jack and his team communicated every step of the way. Took a lot of stress off me know that my car was in good hands with good people. I would highly suggest giving Jack a call. Had my 2022 Maybach in a severe collision was rear ended by a distracted driver, had serious doubts that my brand new car will return to is pre collision condition. Spoke to Walter on the phone and went in for a real quick look at the place, he took the time to show me each stage of repair and the fact that they are connected with the factory on their computer system and that they'll repair it according to Daimler's specifications not the accounting practices of my insurance company who's focus is serving the stockholders not policy holders like me (Google The Three D's insurance companies training & policies). After the repair picked up my car with a lifetime warranty and the manufacturer and lien holder, Diamler financial happy that the vehicle was repaired at their factory authorized repair facility. Thanks to the whole team. Made a traumatic experience into a positive outcome.

I recently got into my first major accident in my 2017 Toyota 4Runner really unsure what to do and who to go to my friend recommended me to A.W. Collision. From the tow, storage, and the insurance leg work Jack took care of me from start to finish. He made sure my truck was picked up and stored until the insurance company could look at it, and repaired back to factory specs. I got my truck back looking better than before the accident! Jack is now my go to and I would recommend anyone to A.W. Incredible service, incredible communication, if I could give more stars I would. Our Subaru was rear-ended earlier this year, so we brought it here to get the bumper replaced. William, who has attended us at another body shop, was very attentive, informative, cordial, and professional. He made sure the car was fully inspected and that we got original parts, but didn't waste our time with unnecessary repairs. When we picked up the car, we were surprised to find that it had been cleaned inside and out. William happened to be there when we picked it up and made sure we didn't have any concerns.We were also impressed by the frequent email updates from the office and their handling of everything with the insurance company. It's hard to trust body shops, but William makes us feel like he's looking out for us.

After my BMW X5 was rear-ended while parked on the street in Beverly Hills I reached out to AW Collision and connected with Jack Manougian. Jack handled the entire process and coordinated the insurance appraisal and repairs while I was out of town. He was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. This was my second time working with AW Collision. Unfortunate for me in that it meant I had been a part of another car accident, but there s a reason I went back to AW Collision. I worked with Jack this time, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I received a text every few days providing me with an update (no need to call them), and every time I called, I spoke with someone who knew about the situation and could give me great information. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, where we were in the process, etc. They also fixed something small not related to the accident, which was a nice touch. I have gone to Jack at AW Collision for years and he is the absolute best! They are always so good about getting the work done in a timely manner and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else honestly.

Super awesome experience with these guys, in every way! They took care of literally every detail for my X5, down to coordinating everything with my insurance company on my behalf to regular email updates. Soooo nice and professional and did an amazing job! I highly recommend this shop, I promise you won't be disappointed :)

I took my car for repair to this place, and at the time of dropping off the car, we advised them that we would like to keep one of the pieces they were replacing because it was in good condition and it was a costly part. However, when we went to pick it up they said they had disposed the part and denied receiving any request from us. It was hard to believe that they had thrown away a costly functioning part, it seems fishy. In the past, I've been in other Body Shops and upon releasing the car they bring the replaced parts to the customer and give the option to keep the old one, that is the right way to do. I would never go back to this place, they do not seem to be honest. I do not recommend themService: Body & Trim

from my initial contact, richard theobald, to cody miller, the gentleman who actually oversaw the repair of my car...i found AW collision to be a 5 star company. i am so impressed with their work and their follow-through. they do what they say the will do. they call when they say they will call and you car is ready when they say it will be ready. it would be sad to have car damage, but if i do, i will happily go back to AW.

They ripped me off for 7100.00. I took my car in they did not want to repair it and charged 7100.00 to release it. Crooks, high way robbery. I will Never use or refer this place. My car is only worth 5,000.00.

Was sent here by our dealership in Calabasas. Unfortunately, they are not a Mercedes Benz approved repair shop. I have previously had work done at AW in Tarzana, they were a MBC certified repair facility. They are closed at the present time and no one can tell me why?

don't go here unless you don't care or you don't need you car.they take forever to repair you car. they always blame the insurance but they are the ones that try everything to get as much money as they can from the insurance . to repair my rear bumper they took 1 month and to repair one side from my car they took 2 month . i wanted to get my car out if. they told me that i have to pay 5,000 . so don't recommend ,

A bunch of idiots, Their paint my driver door and it doesn't match to the color of the car. The only reason I took my car there because BMW of beverly hills service department forced me to do so. Absolutely horrible experience. NOT RECOMMENDED
