Gave them another chance, after few years ago they couldn't match the paint on my other tesla's door. This was even worse experience than back then. First off, I had to wait 1.5 months for this appointment and initially, they said it will take 7-10 days to repair. Two weeks go by, no updates from them - I call and ask them what's going on, to which they say they couldn't fit the part and had to reorder it, ok, but how about notifying the customer? Already red flag. Then they said it will be done November 15, again, no call from them on November 15. On November 16, they tell me the car will be done end of day, that's 17 days since I dropped it off. All for a minor dent and a few scratches on the front fender. Tesla service would take a week to replace an entire battery pack and they take nearly 3 weeks for this simple repair that insurance estimated should've taken 4 days. That's not all - I come to pickup the car and what you think - it has two extremely visible paint chips on the front fender they were repairing and another scratch on the rear fender, where they shouldn't be even working. They said I will have to leave the car with them for another few days to repair that. They had no quality control prior to telling that the car would be ready and did a horrible job with repair and no communication at all.To add more, they stole or "forgot to put back" two camera tripods that were in my trunk and sunglasses. They had no business even opening the trunk as the damage was on the front fender. They also took everything out of my center console and dumped out, where the glasses were before that - surprised that's all they took.Zero out of ten. I hope this review stops potential customers, because I sure won't use their services beyond them having to still fix those paint chips.

They do a great job every time. Very fair and accommodating about everything. I ve been here 3 times over the years and have only had the best experiences. Worth any wait they may have. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

This place is the top of their game. Michael and Sean run a tight ship. It is well worth the wait but to get the best in town. If you're looking for something quick and fast, well you can go to one of those low quality places. But if you've got a ride that's your baby. This is the spot for you. Even the Tesla representative who now has their own shop, told me Avio is at the top. I already knew this from before. FYI.

Had some bodywork done on our Tesla and saw the great reviews on Google. 100% accurate. Very fair estimate, no pushy add-ons or fees.The work took a couple days longer than I'd hoped, but honestly, the final product looks better than new, so a couple days well spent.Also, the service level you can tell this crew is used to dealing with very very high end clientele. Car is spotless upon return, everything covered and matted inside, and easy updates on the progress any time I checked.Service: Body & Trim

Phenomenal experience at Avio Coach Craft! Michael and his incredible team went above and beyond to efficiently repair my car after a minor accident. If you own a Tesla, don't screw around. Use the people who know how to handle these cars. Avio is fast, savvy, transparent, and an extremely modernized experience. They have been working with Elon's cars from day one. The original LA showroom and service center (AFAIK) is literally a block or so away on Wilshire. Foremost, they put quality, but also, they know how to communicate about what's going on, what are your best options, and what should concern you most. Highly recommended for Tesla body work. Our 2021 Tesla Model Y had a serious altercation with a short parking post that gave the passenger side of our car a grievous wound. We brought it to Avio in West L.A. to repair and repaint the bodywork. The longest part was waiting for the parts to arrive from Tesla (not Avio s fault), but once the parts arrived, Avio was able to turn around our car rather quickly. From beginning to end, their representatives stayed in touch via email and phone, and they really know how to treat customers AND cars. This is THE place to go when you need your car repaired properly and on-time. I've had a couple accidents over the years and Michael has always been very responsive and great about getting my car back to me quickly! Michael is very good about keeping you updated with progress through the whole repair process. All repairs are done with care and it shows. I just brought my Tesla in as above the wheel rim there was a plastic piece broken. I worked with Michael who is one of the owners and they were the nicest and most professional people and they fixed it and literally about 15 minutes. I was shocked how quick everything went. I highly recommend them and will continue to go back.

I have brought my Model X in here 2 times this last year. Once for a new rear view mirror and side trim, from a truck swiping me. The other for a wheel well trim. Both times my experience exceded my expectations. The front office personnel has been cheerful and helpful. Michael has given estimates and information that is helpful and informative. The service is excellent. They are experts at fixing aluminum cars. I would not take my Tesla anywhere else.

Excellent Body Shop for Tesla Vehicles. Not only are they certified but they do awesome work. They are constantly busy and appointments sometimes take a while but it is well worth the wait for the great work that they do. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing two exeperiance over the past 6 years. I have used Avio Coach craft 6 years ago on body work on my Porsche After I got into a car accident. I used them again recently. They were very Honest with me and told me the car is not worth fixing, the second time I went there and helped me seatal with my insurance by writing the The estimate with all nessary repairs needed. The first time they fixed my car one could not even tell it was in a major car accedent Avio matched the paint perfectly and did all the body work. I will come to them in the future if I ever need any body work done. Kinddel was the one who helped me through out the Whole process. Also, the Secretary/office derector DiAnne Stehle was very professional, and keept on helpping me through this prosses of setling that felt very stressfull to me. I highly recomend Avio Coach Craft to anyone who has a high end car that wants it done right.Service: Body & Trim

If you have a Tesla - and it's in an accident - this is THE place to get it restored to its original, outstanding self. While this place specializes in many exotics - their ability to work on aluminum - makes them stand out. They fix the cars for the Who's Who of SoCal and they do a spectacular job.Drive safely!

I went in yesterday with minor damage. It was late but they took me immediately and did an incredible job. Courteous and professional. I can t recommend then more. Hope I never have an accident with my Tesla but if I do I ll go there without hesitation
