Stephanie and Miguel are awesome. Stephanie helped me to understand my situation and took her time explaining it to me, love it when girls know about cars. Miguel was so personable, helped me and showed me how to clean my battery terminals, I left feeling happy and accomplished.. Thank you

My battery was low on my truck and George took the time to test it and charge it for me. George was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond. Great customer service. This place is awesome.

I ve been to a lot of AutoZone, but this AutoZone, the manager was extremely helpful to me, and because I am disabled and cannot put the battery in myself and needed to return home as soon as possible. I appreciate it that he did it quickly so that I can finish my day.

Battery light came on. I went to the Lincoln Heights AutoZon to buy an alternator and my battery did not have enough charge. Car died a few blocks away. Walked the battery the back to the Autozone. Santiago left it charging 10 minutes after closing and walked it out for me. Great service.

Friendly employees. I had the tires on my car changed. They did a great job. It was fast and affordable. Certainly I will be returning to them in the future for tire changes.

Extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and professional staff here. If you have a question more than likely they can answer any that you may have. The parts I was looking for were in stock and the tools that I needed were in stock as well. The stores extremely organized and clean, plenty of parking outside.

Went in to drop off an old car battery and then decided to grab a new set of windshield wipers. George B. assisted me with everything, from looking up which size wipers I needed, guided me on which brand best fit my needs, and then offered to put them on for me. A-1 service - give that man a raise and a bonus stat!

George B and the crew went above n beyond. So Dads car broke down around corner, George B stepped up to the plate and helped assess the problem! It turned out to be the battery. When I arrived, to help dad all I had to do was buy the battery that was on counter. George offered to replace old with knew one! Overall, their service and customer service never disappoints! Love my town LHTS

George B. Was my Angel today!! My front light burned out. And I bought oackage if 2 bulbs from them years ago and stopped to see on a Monday even if they were not too busy to help again!? He said would love to and came straight out then got a tool and first try no. 2nd try yes!!!

I went to this location today because my battery died on me (accidentally left a light on while on vacation). I was beyond impressed with the customer service at this location and in particular Miguel M who assisted me with checking my battery, taking it out, providing a recharge and making sure he assisted me putting it back in starting and ending the process. He was courteous and attentive and this location forever has a customer in me now!

Dylan was so helpful. I had called the store a couple times regarding replacing a battery and he was very patient and helpful, then also helped me find the right battery and installed for me as well. Thank you, Dylan!

I love this place. I'm like a kid in a candy store. I always find what I need and when I don't they order it for me. The place is clean and the service is great. They are friendly and helpful solution oriented . The parts are high quality.. It could use brighter lighting in the parking lot at night

I pulled up to this Autozone 10 mins before closing last night. I was having trouble with my car starting. Anna, the parts and sales manager, helped run a diagnostic test and which showed that it was maybe the alternator. She suggested I take it to a mechanic asap. Despite it being almost closing time she took her time to explain how the battery, starter and alternator work. After going to the mechanic the next day, it turns out it was the battery that needed replacing. I went back to this same Autozone and Anna helped me again. She even helped install my new battery, which says a lot considering she s a manager, she didn t push the task onto an associate who was busy. It s also refreshing to see women working at Autozone and it makes other female customers more comfortable with asking questions and seeking help with their cars. Anna is very knowledgeable about cars and parts. I greatly appreciate her insight, honesty and transparency. I look forward to seeing Anna move up in the company, she has the right attitude and mindset to take on anything. Thank you Anna.

This morning I decided to chance my car motor oil.Customers service were fine at the sales point and Quickly returned to finish my work.After I drain the used oil and try to install the New filter I noticed the filter was USED BEFORE has no plastic cover on top and the botom was with oil residual. TAfter noticed I walked back to the store 1.3 miles to surprised me that the employee doesn't care and offer a different with a difference of $4 to pay,...and THEY DON'T HAVE ANY.So he called another store and they have it but the other store employee eWas alo e and have to wait 1 hour to be served so the employee gave me the money back and said bye...1 STAR IS NOT ENOUGH TO SHOW MY WASTED OF TIME AND EFFORT YO SOLVE THE FILTER SITUATION.

I went to the store on my day off and I really didn't want to go out and staff wasn't that helpful. However, Damian helped me install my car battery and was extremely helpful and quick with the installation. Could have easily been 5 stars but like I said staff wasn't very helpful and a lil rude.

I actually have been meaning to write this review for quite some time but last year we went to get the battery changed on my car and Wilson helped us. I wanted to note that Wilson went above and beyond to provide us some excellent service, to the point where I kept the receipt with his name on it for a year so that I could give him a shout out. I hope he still works there and I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise

The AutoZone located 3011 n Broadway,Los Angeles California, 90031 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Starting with the store manager giving me the worst attitude just because I wanted to buy a battery and he said he couldn't install it because it was dark and I said I had a flashlight but still refused to install it.I understand auto zone s policy, but not the managers attitude. He doesn't have manners. I am so disappointed of how he is as a manager and the fact that he doesn't have manners. I couldn't see his name tag, but he was the only manager working today with another employee July/20/2022 at 9pm.

My new go to store for all my cars automotive needs. Could use more lighting in the parking lot before closing. Helpful staff but you cant keep customers waiting in line while helping the person in front of you or you will see customers lose interest and leave the store. You cant afford to neglect the customers ready to be cashed out. If your the only guy working the front desk call for assistance if you have one or more customers ready to cash out. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush .

A fried car battery is sure to give you a Case of the Mondays, but Stephanie at AutoZone's Lincoln Heights location helped turn it around for the better. From the beginning, Stephanie was knowledgable, professional, and generous with her time -- sharing information about the various batteries, warranties, and ultimately installing my new battery in less than 10 minutes. Overall, it's rare to find such incredible customer service, so I wanted to share my gratitude for Stephanie's ability to turn around what began as a rough start to the week! Thank you!

I ran into trouble at this Autozone. They sold me a used radiator on accident. After complaining the manager got in contact with me and made sure to take care of me during a future purchase. He was easy to reach and the situation was repaired.Glad someone's looking outThanks Juan!

The place is super under staffed. I waited 20 minute to ask about a part on stock and then come pick it up took me 20 more min in line only 2 people in front of me. One girl on the counter one guy in the back that s all. Pay better or add more people because we are over paying for the parts.

Had such a great experience getting an air filter for my car. I originally got the wrong one and they advised me on which one I needed. The employee Joseph was super friendly, helpful, and helped me solve an annoying smell in my car! Thanks for such a great experience!

Just another auto parts store. The only reason I shop here is because of the $20 discount you get after 5 purchases of $20 or more. It helps out sometimes. Just remember to put in your phone number.
