Matthew was so nice! He helped me find the product I needed and even went above and beyond offering exceptional customer service. I had car trouble and he helped me locate the right antifreeze and even put it in my car (because I had no idea how to do it). Thanks to him I got home safely. Thanks again Matthew!

Diana was so helpful and very welcoming, she helped me find out what was wrong with my car and explained to me how to fix it and what parts I needed, she showed me the different options the store has and let me know which were the best. She answered all my questions happily. Great experience!

I was in a emergency and needed a new battery asap and my boy Jesse was very helpful throughout the whole experience! He gave me a great price and also installed the battery for me in rapid time! All i gotta say is Amazing customer service and prices! Will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

John the manager at this location helped me with my battery replacement for my car, from choosing the correct battery to installing it for me. I was completely at ease with the transaction and very happy with the service I received.

My car broke down for the first time, the battery did not work and needed a change. I do not even have the slightest clue on how to change a battery so I asked for some assistance when buying the battery here. The assistance manager Oscar here was happy to help me install the new battery. He was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions I had about car batteries and the warranties. He went out of his way to remove the corrosions and took his time installing the battery to make sure nothing was out of place or broken. Oscar was a huge help and I could never thank him enough.

The AutoZone s free test service and sellers are so so great!! I have a Germany brand car, if I go to the brand store, only the test will cost me $240.This morning a lady recommended me a correct jumper starter to buy which isn t the most expensive one but the right one for my car. Then the afternoon I could use the jumper starter to start my car to drive come back to the store again. This cool lady have checked my car and find the negative terminal of the battery was loose. She has helped to fix freely! You could see her cool character in the picture. And she has saved my money and save my embarrassment of stocking in the middle of streets.I want to cry to thank you for all you guys. I m so lucky!

Worst experience ever. Went in for windshield wipers. Voices in the back yet only one person at the counter. Asked if someone would be able to install the wipers. Was told yeah but it will take awhile because the delivery truck is here. Left to go to O'Rileys instead but couldn't get out of the parking lot cause the delivery truck and a pickup truck was blocking the exit. Had to try and turn around in a small one way area and head out the entrance. Really bad customer service. Never again. Went to O'Reilly"s near by and had my windshield wipers installed within 10 minutes. Gave the gentleman 10bucks for being so kind and even smiling in the downpour. Thanks O'Reilly's Autoparts!

Both of the women there are rude as hell. The young boy up front on this day around 5:40pm was nice but they had no respect to the current customers at the register.

This AutoZone is a good place to get windshield wipers and lightbulbs. They also will charge your battery for you at no cost. They do sell batteries, but you should get yours checked before you purchase mine. Be ready for long lines if you come here after 9 AM. The phone may also ring and that will delay your wait time as well. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about everything that they sell, but sometimes they just don't.

I ve never had a bad experience at this Autozone. Oscar always goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service for this location. Awesome place and awesome service. Will come back

The staff is a bit lazy and they only know what the computer tells them so don't count on them for advice. Do ur homework before you go to the store that way you will know what you need and they will simply get it for u. I give them 4 stars because the store has a wide selection of merchandise.
