Very helpful associates. Didn't find or get the part I needed (no item in stock and not available in general in AutoZone - I went to 2 autozones) but the people in the store was helpful though.

Folks, I had the honor and pleasure of being taken care of by Max Miramontes (or Viramontes) at Store #5920 on Huntington Drive in El Sereno, Los Angeles. What I thought was a problem with my fuel injectors on my 2009 Nissan Altima S 2.5L turned out to be a serious issue with my radiator. His diagnostic showed the problem. I was ready to drive off on the freeway and likely start a car fire in my engine. Thank you, Max, for doing your job with professionalism and care. You may have saved my life! Peter S.

***UPDATE*** Thank you for your call to resolve my issue. Your quick response was most helpful, Thank you.Poor customer service this time. I lowered from four to one star. No one there was able to explain why the part I ordered since Sunday was not there and it's Wednesday 6-7-23. Manager on site that day between 2-230 offered no help or explanation why it happened. If tomorrow not there getting money back and rather go to another auto zone

I needed to warranty a part and the ladies were very helpful. They don't always have what I need but that's another matter.

Not a fan of the service, although it wasn't all too bad at all. I found what I needed and bought it, just to find out it was not an all inclusive package. I was not advised by the staff that I'd need anything else before making my purchase, and I was pretty much guiding the employees through my ideas without getting much in the sense of constructive feedback from them. Young and inexperienced, perhaps?

Brian was absolutely awesome! I had a reverse light I needed to replace in my prius. Not only did he quickly find the light i needed, he also helped me install the light and dispose of the old one. I know almost nothing about cars so anytime something goes wrong i get very nervous. I was afraid of buying the light and not knowing what to do with it after or having to go somewhere that would overcharge me for installing it. My problem was resolved immediately, quickly, and with incredibly friendly service.With how stressful life is, it s so nice to go somewhere where there are good people who are also helpful.

Nobody ever asked me for help and when I did they were busy with somebody else every time I went in the same guy oh I'm helping somebody else when there was barely three or four people in the store just ask a quick question . I'd be rather talking to their off-duty friends who are off the clock and still in the store then help customers

The guys over here are real helpful, friendly, customer service was on point. Pablo was the guy helping me out, cool dude, searched high n low to find what I needed to get my truck back up n going. Funny dude needs to get his own podcast lol. All in all great location highly recommended for the area

Friendly and helpful staff. My 5 star rating is for Josh. I just called today and found out his name. He helped me check my coolant and oil levels. He made a recommendation to change my radiator cap, which saved long way home. Thank you Josh!!

The nice woman at the front helped me when I needed an AC actuator and some other things for my Impala. She was very patient with me and showed me around the store I wish I got her name but I fixed my car and was very proud! She made it easier with her help :) thanks!

Everything went well except the customer service. Carlos V. was not in a good mood and fairly rude to myself and others standing in line. It is my local autozone and hope I don t get to interact with him again.

I will always come to this auto zone. They have great customer service. They welcomed me as soon as I walked in to the place. Thank you assistant store manager for assisting me on buying the correct product for my car. I will never go to the autozone on NORTH Figueroa IN HIGHLAND PARK

I went to the store there is five people online I asked if there was somebody else working 2 minutes later another person arrived I asked for what I need look at the computer goes walk around and tell me that they don't have the part I think he didn't want to help me

Lupe needs to be promoted. Great customer service made my experience at AutoZone something else. I live in south central Los Angeles, from now on I need to go to AutoZone I'm going for a drive to El sereno.

I don t usually get welcomed nowadays.. but I walked into this autozone and victor right away said hello welcome and I felt pleased on his manners , he helped me find the solution to my problem by connecting the scanner to my car and telling me what I needed I bought the idle air control valve and my car works Cherry now . Thank so much victor for helping me

it was okay the workers seemed like they were scrambling a bit and when you get to the counter you kind of standing there just watching for a while like have some more motivation if you're in your life if you're going to work and AutoZone and especially know what you're talking about when it comes to Auto parts when it comes to vehicles and such. go work somewhere else if you don't know anything about that stuff
