I could not be happier with my results thanks to the manager Jonathan! He was quick with the service and he was also very trustworthy.He had a positive attitude towards my questions he also recommended other alternatives to my questions overall I had a great experience with him he definitely earned that manager position , he assured me that in the future I can always come back if I ever need help ! 10/10 I highly recommend this store

The manager in the morning shift is the worst worker ever. He is rude, disrespectful and raises his voice at everyone his name is George G, also has poor customer service .

They need to fire the security guy. Really rude the old guy .I bought some oil for my car speed 70$.auto zone need to work in there in ployees altitude .never going back again. I like orallys better, have better experience.

I love AutoZone I can always find what I need if I can't find what I need then I will buy something I don't need and it when I realize that I don't need it I'll just take it back with the receipt and get my money back

The young lady at AutoZone was very helpful when I asked her to test my battery and she also replaced my windshield wipers. Chrystal she deserves ten stars.

I wish I could put no stars.Waited more than half an hour just to pay for an item. 3 very slow cashiers more interested in upsell than people's time.They have a single line for ordering parts and to pay.So pepople. Look for another store if you value your time!

My battery died on me, so I took my Honda Accord to Auto Zone. It was Monday, Memorial Day, 5:30pm. The employees were helpful, friendly, and changed my battery on the spot. $232 later, I was out of there. Inflation continues to be high. I had never paid that much for a battery

Customer Service:Really bad, when I went to buy into this place. Most of the time I have to speak loud for them to hear me. I don't recommend this place.

It s rare to find friendly employees in places now a days but honestly this store had great customer service. I went today because my battery died and i didn t have my receipt but an employees name Lexie took care of me and also the manager Crystal they made sure they explained my warranty again. This is what great customer service is all about you should have more people like Lexie and Crystal. Is nice to come to places were they make you feel that they are there to take care of you.

Today I went in looking for a throttle body and a shocks. Danilo the manager helped me out and guided me through the options and explained how the warranty works. This man needs a raise really knows what he's doing.

Only 1 worker and had to hook the scanner to my own car.. kind of difficult since it was raining so my knees got wet so I can attach the scanner.. I won't go back to this autozone unless they have more workers to help.. stop sending scanners outside with customer.. they can easily steal it.

Rude worker named crystal.Was not helpful and saw her make snide remarks to another customer yesterday. Security guard was doing his job and Zy the other employee was very helpful and enthusiastic about his work. A person can tell when someone cares about the customer. Don't go here if you have to deal with crystal, but if you have to try to deal with Zy.

I took Vada lunch yesterday. He does security there.. nice clean and friendly. The guys are really helpful! I'm concerned for my dudes safety even tho it's not in the best area of South Central.

One of the best managers very knowledgeable in motor parts for vehicles and such a gracious beautiful smile the young lady know her job and it's just a clean nice environment great attitude from the workers that's under her especially one that's on imperial and Central they are so courteous so polite and they seem to know what they're talking about as far as parts and products for your car or truck or any vehicle I definitely appreciate AutoZone
