I recently had an exceptional experience at AutoZone, thanks to an employee named Joel. He not only provided excellent customer service but also went above and beyond to assist me. Joel s knowledge and eagerness to help made a significant difference in my visit. He listened attentively to my needs, offered valuable advice, and ensured I found exactly what I was looking for. His friendly demeanor and professional attitude turned what could have been a routine visit into a remarkable one.It s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and capable in their role. First time ever I went into this Auto Zone and received this type of customer service. Employee, Salvatore needs more hours at this store. This young man has great customer service! I verbally let the Manager on duty know as well. Salvatore actually knows the product he s selling.

Joel And David are magicians!!!!!! Gave me above and beyond EXCEPTIONAL costumer service.My AC went out on my car and BOTH men came outside to assist as well as gave me complete details before purchasing to make sure this item was accurate for my car and no money was being wasted!My AC is working better than it was before lol and I m grateful to come across great staff!Thanks Joel and David !!!

I hate going to auto stores because it s always a mans place or that s how the employees usually make women feel like we don t belong there. It was my first time stopping at this auto store and Joel was nice and welcoming!Helpful. He even stopped eating to help my family and I. I will definitely go back to this Auto store! Just wanted to leave an amazing review for this location. I came for windshield wipers and a few other items. I was lucky to get help from Joel Galva. I can't express how helpful Joel was. I feel his expertise and willingness to help and go above and beyond will convert me to a loyal customer to this location.

Best service by Joel Galva at this location. The A/C in my truck stopped emitting cold air and Joel was able to give me the right product for my truck and he even went a step further by putting the refrigerant in for me. THANK YOU JOEL!! No more hot truck!

Thanks to Joel Galvan who was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped me to change my car' s batterie! Without hesitating he said "no problem we'll take care of your issue" so I'm very grateful for his assistance and excellent customer service. It's not my first time here and surely not the last one either :)

Joel Galvan provided amazing customer service and answered any questions I had about my vehicle. Joel volunteered to change my windshield wipers with no hesitation and I am very thankful for that. I plan on coming back if I have any other car problems or questions.

Joel Galva was a tremendous help. Very friendly and very well mannered. He came out and changed my battery to my Chevy Lumina after helping all of his customers. I very much recommend him.

Joel G was very helpful. I needed a replacement battery in order to get to work the next day. The store was closing in 15 mins Joel came out and changed my battery . I was very satisfied with his service.

Over the years this place has provided one of the worst examples of customer service in history. They reminded me recently why I stopped going 10/15 years ago and why I strictly shop online. Online is cheaper and rarely do you have to deal with rude and inefficient employees. I don't think management is helping out the problem, their making it worse. I do not mind taking my money to other Auto Parts Stores even if their farther. I'd rather be treated with respect. People you have options !!

Best service by Joel the best service this is my AutoZone now also told my kids and family this AutoZone is friendly and clean and fully stocked and help us always available especially Joel was a good help needed battery adapter replacement and he helped replace it. Thank you Joel

I wanted to thank Jesus Nava for going beyond he's way to help me out of a big car issue where i had to actually remove my seat in the parking lot of Auto Zone to retreat my key. Keep up the good work and appreciate your help and customer service.

I had an issue with the battery in my car, went there this morning 1-8-2023 the men there had what I needed and got me ready to go in under 30 mins. If you are looking for a Man that is Good with his hands and knows your car go to these Guys David A. and Joel Galva they really are that good. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate you both you went above and beyond to help me and i will tell everyone I know to come to this AutoZone.fyi 5 stars is not enough for these guys.

I was on my way to a friends house and the industrial area caught me off guard I ended up hitting a huge bump, me being the girl I am didn t think twice to check and make sure everything was okay., well I pulled into the liquorama looking to purchase a drink. When I got back to my car it would not cut on there were no lights on my dash. I panicked especially because I was alone, once I calmed down I looked over and say a auto zone i Rushed over to a very busy auto zone I can tell they were getting ready to close. When it was my turn I was greater by JOEL he then asked me very kindly (as he can see I was very stressed) how he could help me and then went on a very long rant explaining that I have no idea what is wrong with my car. At the time my car was park across the way and I was desperate for help. Joel went out of his way walked with me across the street took a look at my hood and immediately knew the problem, he then informed there was no need for aaa asstiance. My car started immmediately. I want to take the time to thank Joel and let you guys know he is a great addition to the team we need more people like him !
