I came to the store for fuses. They didn t have much info on fuses but they found out what I needed regardless. David , the store manager was very welcoming and I love how clean it is. Thanks autoZone crew

Worst staff ever I was the only one wanting in line 2 mins. After a white guy entered the store when they asked for the next person in line that was me a staff guy stopped me and said he was here first I said excuse me I was here waiting in line before he entered the store all 4 guys working there just ignore me and looked away so I had to leave the store because no one helped me. Management should pay attention to those sleeping workers there.

Every employee is very knowledgeable I go in there with the problem and solve it right away no doubt about it very satisfying I don't mind going for that extra drive to get there cuz I know I'll get what I want I do appreciate your help I think I'm all I'm very satisfied shopping at the AutoZone on 29th and Vermont and also on the other ones that I've been to draw Los Angeles to corporate you guys have a great crew working there I t I think them all God bless and God bless America

I would not recommend if you need help for something done on your vehicle. I never had a problem at another AutoZone but this one, and it was only a windshield wiper. Other times some cashier's do have good customer service.

Received amazing customer service. Andrea was a god send and was able to assist me find the items was looking for. She not only was able to help me out but went above and beyond with explicating. I definitely will make this my new Autozone. The management was very kind and helpful. They really do above and beyond. They re very much appreciated ! Thank y all for assisting me today!

I came here for the first time because I needed help with checking my car s battery. I was feeling a bit frazzled and stressed because my day had been overly hectic. Fredy helped me and he treated me with a lot of care, integrity, kindness, and professionalism and turned my day around. He was able to reassure me regarding the questions I had about my car s battery and provided a check-up. He has a kind and calm demeanor. I am now a loyal customer and will be coming to this store for my auto needs. Thank you so much staff of autozone and especially Fredy!

They are an Odyssey vendor. These batteries are expensive but, hands down, the best battery on the market. They come with a 4 year warranty too

Nice clean store.. Staff lacks on customer service.. For example .. Real Life Experience, I walk towards the paint's which are behind a window. You have to call for service..Employees were occupied cashiering.. Not even look up once to notice me standing there trying to get their attention.Manage and knowledge other customers throughout the store ..Helps with SHRINKAGE

Good customer service. Staff is really friendly and always takes time to answer my questions. Really helpful when looking for my car parts. I just purchased a battery for my vehicle. I also got it installed by the manager Marco. He was really helpful and really patient. Thanks for your good customer service Marco :)

Well, I went in there one day looking for a specific type of fuse that i knew wasnt going to be in the fuse section aisle. The place was empty and 2 people were working that day. I walked up to one of them and politely interrupted their chat. I began to asked my question about looking for a specific type of fuse and they quickly pointed me to the aisle. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked anyways and just as i knew it wasnt there. I walked back to the employee and told it wasnt there and just said "if its not there, then we don't have it". I left fustrated but dont worry autozone, I still shop there because it is very close to my home. That is why you're getting 3 stars instead of 1.

Was trying to replace the brake light on my car and get some tools to do so. I spoke with Adrian, who offered to help me replace the brake light and spent quite a bit of time helping to replace it. Truly was so helpful and went beyond duty to do so! Great Autozone and great service.

Tried to return a battery with a one year warranty the same day because I got the wrong one.They would not refund it with the receipt in hand. Feel like I straight jacked until I went to a different autozone with the receipt and they handled it with no issues and I was able to get the right one.

Came in because I needed a battery switched out. I was told that do to "policies" they weren't able to change it for me, but if I came back tomorrow during the day they would be able to. Seeing how my car no longer started because the battery was completely drained I didn't understand how he wanted me to return in the A.M? I begged and pleaded with the manager but he didn't budge. Needless to say I had a horrible experience! Oh! Did I forget to mention he had the nerve to say " Why don't you just pay someone outside to have it fixed" Really?? If I could give them negative stars I would!

I went in to change my headlights and got mad help from my man's , he knows who he I'm speaking of ( my bad for forgetting your name). However, I kept it a 100 reaching out showing my appreciation. He stuck it out in the rain iassisting me with this task. That what's up, keep up the good work...

The old man with the somewhat acne scars in a grey shirt gave me really bad customer service , I really don t know if he was having a bad day or whatever, but that man should have not been behind the register nor on the sales floor with that grumpy face he had and the attitude he provided. Keep that man in the back stocking or away from clients sheesh!!

Susana and Agust�n are life savers. My battery died on my car as I was about to go to work. I got enough energy from a Jumpstart to arrive here and they were able to get me a new battery quickly and professionally.

Helpful and efficient staff. Se habla espa�ol. They have a device you plug into your car for diagnostic report. If driving, best to approach from north.
