I recently visited AutoZone with the expectation of receiving professional assistance and was left utterly disappointed. The customer service was far from satisfactory. My primary concern was finding the correct engine oil for my vehicle, a seemingly straightforward request. However, the cashier displayed a lack of interest and courtesy in addressing my needs. There was a noticeable reluctance to assist or even attempt to locate the appropriate product. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as essential as vehicle maintenance. Sadly, this experience has significantly diminished my trust in AutoZone s commitment to customer service.

Elwin was very helpful with helping me find a car battery for my 2015 Honda Civic EX and efficient and quick with the replacement! Amazing customer service, 10 out of 10!!

Came here for a car battery change and the service was so great! Jazmyn was the associate who helped me and she explained everything very thoroughly along the way and had my car up and running in no time! Would definitely go here again!

Average,I guess employees don't watch TV, right now advertising how great is costumers service! They keep there world between employees, while costumers waiting in line!!! An after you are talking to them, there attitude Make you feel like you are the reason there are not having a good time chatting about there life,

The staff working here was very helpful and tried their best to answer my questions and helped me solve the problem of my car. And, they are next to a very cheap Chevron. What more do I need to say?

Super nice staff. Came in at 530p when my car wasn't starting so quickly, and was nicely told that they would have someone look and diagnose the battery once the long list of customers in line died down. The nice tech took out my battery which took some tugging and sweat. He also got a metal brush to clean the terminals since it was so dirty. They don't get paid to do these things!Definitely coming back here no matter how busy they get.

AutoZone is friendly helpful and hassle free. I recently purchased front and rear brake pad form my Kia Optima Hybrid EX - only to discover from my mechanic that I wouldn t need them for a year. So I returned them without issue.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Skylar C. He took my sons training wheels off his bike for me right in the store! I was so grateful because often times ppl don t want to help customers anymore but not him! Skylar didn t hesitate at all! Thank you again so much! Blessing to you!

i was at a different location that did not have the parts i wanted so they called this location and they had the parts. when i walked inside washington location (NELSON MARTINEZ ) was externally rude i asked them about the parts and he acted as if i didn t call i felt he was giving me a hard time because of his body language and demeanor! and i was right for a man to be aggressive like that to a young lady is externally ridiculous the only reason i didn t give one star because the other workers were nice. he might have been having a bad day already and brought it to work. you should treat all your customers the same and with respect

You stand in this long line and a Spanish woman comes in and says something and then goes to register on far right. Then one of the three guy (I am not going to say men or gentleman because they couldn't have the manners or decency to acknowledge none of there customers) says something and goes and help the woman. When called out on his rudeness, he states that she been hear and needed a manager. She wasn't in the store when we walked in nor was she in the store when we got in line. Carlos J, never stated he was the manager. They need to get better people at this Auto Zone. I see why people are now going to O'Reilly's

I have nothing but the best to say about this Autozone location. I came in with a dead battery and it was replaced immediately on site. Hector and Gio were so helpful and patient from the very beginning. Very grateful that they went out of their way like that! Thank you, Autozone!

Bought some brakes for my 1999 suburban and turned out I didn't need them exactly at the moment...just bought em just in case without check the status of the brake pads and rotors first... returned the product and got my money back minus a few dollars for taxes...then turned around and bought a spark plug that I needed...both times great service and reliability but the process and time frame of waiting in line to be serviced (for 1) and then going from one line or area (where you're serviced) to another line or area to actually pay for the requested tool, item, part or piece. This is what kills my patience every time...feels like forever in a day waiting in any AutoZone I go to but hey it's where I've always gotten the majority of anything I possibly needed in the heat of the moment...always on some DIY projects, fixing on my own vehicles or updating/repairing it's components, features and functionalities throughout it's entirety.

Came in to upgrade my battery. Recently added 2 amps . Obviously I'm paying extra. They keep saying it won't make a difference so many times, it's like they didn't want to make a sale. Going somewhere else
