Early morning pit stop for antifreeze coolant fluid. Was greeted by sales representative. She help me look up and find the correct fluid for my vehicle.I was able to cool engine and refill fluid in parking area.

I have received the best customer service from Sales Manager Alberto H. He went above and beyond to help me, outside of his line of duty and it speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. More importantly, it positively reflects on AutoZone as a whole. I would indubitably recommend this particular AutoZone to anyone else. 5 Star Service.

Been coming here for many years. Always great service from all the workers. One of them even helped me to look for the gage I needed to add the air conditioner liquid. Very appreciative of their help.

I have never in my life. Had to wait so long for a part that was already prepaid for. They are very slow, some of the workers act like they don't have any idea what they are doing. For every part that is not delivered on time causes me a $150. That clearly autozone won't give to you a waste of time. This is definitely a autozone that don't need to be in the neighborhood.

I stopped by because to checked my battery and this young men named Jesus was very helpful. HE took his time to help me out, I really appreciate it!..best customer service!! Today 5/17/22 I went back and the same young man JESUS help me with my wipers!!...thank you!!..really polite and took his time to figure the right ones!... Gracias!

Stopped by this location to purchase some sparkplugs for My Lincoln MKS because I'm not a professional Mechanic I didn't really know what Type of Sparkplugs I was going to need for my car I got help from one of the employee that was working there I believe his name was Carlos helped and explained to me that types of Sparkplugs that would be good for my car and he answered all questions. Thanks Carlos for your help and for helping me find the best Price and for the Discount that you were able to help me out with! Went to get spark plugs, but instead hearing grays shirts talking about employee who might be calling out and will be given write up. Thought that was supposed to be confidential and not for whole store to hear?2nd, I know what spark plugs I use, how you have a gray shirt and question what I'm buying?It's O'reilly's for now on! Now I know why they have such a high turn over rate.

So I have to share my experience at this particular Auto Zone. I went to purchase windshield wipers for my car but I didn't have prior experience replacing wipers let alone purchasing the correct wipers. Adolfo (can't recall his last name) was the perfect sale's person. Sure he pointed out the correct wipers to purchase and sure that might be his job but my experience with him deserves all 5 stars. Attitude and service went far and be on the call of duty. He even help me put new wipers on the car to make sure they were installed correctly which was much appreciated since it happened to be pouring that day even as he stalled them for me . Thank you very much Adolfo

I came into this AutoZone today and I had a flat tire I had a flat tire and store manager Hector Flores came outside and help me put on my spare tire he was very helpful I am very grateful I've been to other AutoZone's but this one gave me great service thank you AutoZone and thank you Hector Flores

Was traveling from San Diego and had a battery light turn on, I was able to stop by Auto Zone in Boyle heights and GUS had the greatest attitude making every effort to help, he went out to check the battery and had the initiative to clean the battery! I was amazed by his customer service skills. Being my first Auto Zone I will for sure be returning! THANK YOU GUS!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Staff is all over the place. Shelves need to be restocked as there are many products out of stock. Staff stop helping a customer just to go say hi to someone that walked in. Lines were super long. Staff need to be focused.

This location was just ok because I walked in and it was mostly empty which was great, but I accidentally assumed that though it was empty, I would get more time and attention while I had questions but NO. The associate seemed that he was in a hurry to do who knows what. I also asked about the promotion they had on the Oil Change Kit and itseemed like he didn't know about it.I just walked out with what I went for in the first place, but I could've left with more products but nope Not with that kind of service.

Update 08/28/19 response to autozones reply.Unfortunately the response from the autozome to my review missed the point of a customer concern. I had no problem with the time it took for my transition to be processed. To me it's nice to see that the employees are working hard to make sure their customers needs are fully taken care of. The point that I tried to get across is 1) if employees are on lunch then they should be at lunch and not appearing to be working or hanging out behind the counter. 2) if you're employees are working they shouldn't be on their cell phones walking aisles pretending to be working waiting for the last couple minutes just so they can clock out.These two reasons make the rest of the employees that are actually working look bad.So this is my neighborhood auto zone. I've always gone to. I've had good experiences where I've gotten help with things. This time it's different. I walked in and was greeted. Got help with what I needed and was looking for. There were two employees helping customers which were the same two that greeted me and assissted me. When it came time to pay. The same two employees were helping other customers which that's a good thing. However there were 3 other employees walking around behind the counter doing nothing, one even was picking her teeth the other was on her phone acting like the store was empty until it was her time to leave I assume. Sorry but this is not good customer service. If they are waiting to leave then they should be out of site so it doesn't look bad. If they are on lunch then they should not be in uniform walking behind the counter as if they are on the clock. I am only give 2 star because of the 2 employees that were actually work those the -3 stars for the 3 (2 grey shirts 1 red shirt employees) that have no idea of customer service or work etiquette.

Worst costumer service. I purchased something online and I got an email stating my order had been fulfilled and was ready to be picked up. I show up to the store and was told by an employee that they did not have the item I purchased in-stock. I asked if he would be kind enough to check if any near by autozones had the item and he didn't do anything for me. He said here's your refund receipt and walked away.What a waste of time.

Big thanks to George, for helping me with my A/C problems. Had no clue what to do but he went outta his way to walk me though it and ended up buying Cabin air filter. Didn't even know my car had one, it helps my car A/C smell fresh!

Im very disappointed in their service they have you wait to long most of the staff has this attitude most not all and theyre return policy is deceiving they tell you one thing and when you try to return an item they tell you their policy is otherwise . I bout some brakes 4 months ago and tryed to return because they were defected and their maneger insisted it was a yr ago nd would not show me their record on their computer record . I found out that they dont like to take back merchandise becouse it looks bad on their store . VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! ! !

DO NOT BUY DURALAST BATTERY FROM AUTOZONE. long story short... battery was purchased 2019 and stopped working. They do not honor the warranty if it is not under your account. God bless amazon and costco. AUTOZONE SUCKS
