Be aware of these guy his name is Roberto he was rude and disrespectful ,very unprofessional .i got to the store to collect the core charge of my battery .i explained that I misplaced the receipt but with my phone number he can retrieve the transaction.in a grumpy mood he said if you have one ? . I noticed his behavior that I asked , hey what s wrong why are you acting like that, you have to be polite .I guess he got upset because he was doing his job no idea .he didn t care and he said I don t want to argue with you ok . Well. I let him finish I asked for his name I took a picture of him which is not illegal to do so. He got super mad and started to harassed me to the point to almost hit me . workers like him are not good assets for the business.i will sue your company if the next time I receive the same treatment .

LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! Stopped by here in a light drizzle and purchased a windshield wiper. The female store manager refused to help me or have a representative help me change it because as she says, " they can't go outside when it's raining" she then continues to tell me I can wait 30 min for another store rep to come in and help me ..... definitely will not be purchasing from this store again

I came in kind of down today because they stole my car battery 2000 Toyota Corolla, but Mayeli took care of my needs with a new battery great customer service would highly recommend her and this! Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work!

a guy name Robert. he is very unprofessional.my wife went to ask for help for a battery issue. and the guy denied it and started to argue.he thought my wife was recording him he went after her and take the phone from her and he even tried to hit her. we even call the police on him. after the officers talked to him. even the officers noticed his bad attitude. so I think that he shouldn t be working there. he is unhelpful

Humberto was extremely helpful with identifying what parts I needed to replace my battery. He made great recommendations for troubleshooting an issue I d had with changing the battery as well. Best Auto parts shop experience

This Auto Zone Location is very professional & the staff have friendly customer service Mayeli one of the managers was very knowledgeable & was able help me get back on the road in a timely manner I will always choose Auto-Zone. Oscar was friendly & he helped me from start to finish as well I am glad I stopped by.

I had an awful experience at O Reilly Auto parts (I literally only needed a battery for my car keys and the service was so pitiful I left), so I went right over to Auto Zone and they have now won a lifetime of business off of my <$5 sale. The associate at Auto Zone was more than happy to help me out and find the battery I need. That is what customer service is all about and that s why I ll be back for more expensive purchases!

Extremely rude staff there!! Especially to women!! No experience with customer care! Humberto should definitely not work with any customers! I didn't buy anything, because of such rudeness! It was not the first time I was greeted rudely. Last year a tall colored guy was lazy and rude as well and others aren't pleasant either on Vermont! So I went to one on Washington and over there everybody was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

Slightly understaffed when I came in, but all contact with staff was pleasant. Had a dead battery but wanted to be sure, and within 5 minutes someone was confirming my theory with their tester. Purchased a new battery and they helped install and collect the old battery. Every interaction was great. They had to restart their POS because it was messing up and the payment terminal is on its last legs. Finding solutions in subpar conditions is admirable, and I salute the staff of this branch. I will come back.

It was kind of hot when I first got in here, not sure if the AC was broken or they forgot to turn it on, but otherwise pleasant experience. Towards the end before I left it seemed like the AC went back on, so 4/stars for having weird AC.

I had two awful experiences here. I'm a patient person. But when this happens twice, I'm wondering if the associates in this store even care. In my two experiences here, I was patiently waiting in line for pay for my goods. When an associate finished with a customer, he addressed another customer that decided to form his own line. I couldn't believe it. There is clearly a line but the associate decided to help a customer that was out of line. All the other associates were either helping a customer or on the phone. There were more associates on the phone. Maybe the associates should prioritize customers in the store over potential customers on the phone. Well, I waited for a while until an associate could help me. I won't be coming back here. I would rather order the same product on Amazon or Walmart and pay the $6 shipping fee. Another thing is parking is scarce in their lot. They share a parking lot with a supermarket. You'll be lucky to find parking here.

At this location on monday around 8:35 pm I been there to buy the back light for my car but the person that was working there did not want to sell it to me he was rude to me as well and last time I went there to he did the same thing do not give any business to this place It my matter I want to go to dealer or not I came here to buy the parts that s all don t give me advice to ho to dealer. ThanksI don t want to give them even 1 star

Tyrus Minter- On a rainy Friday night, busy for LA store hours provided exceptional service, very knowledgeable, and exceeded proficiency that of the other associates, Tyrus offered valuable solutions adhering to Auto Zone company policy while maintaining composure and bearing up until the end of his shift. I've come to this Auto Zone for years now. Although I've waited at times, they've always maintained a friendly and helpful attitude.My most recent visit was that much better. The line moved quicker, the team worked well together, and NeCharda helped swap out my battery in the dark with my phone as a flashlight.. Thank you NeCharda!Yet another pleasant experience resolving cripling automotive situations.
