I like how at this AutoZone the staff was very welcoming and greeted you as you walked in. It was very clean and Sal was very helpful in answering all my questions. They even did a demonstration to how certain tools worked. I did however think it was a hazard leaving around so many ladders but all in all it was an excellent experience, would totally recommend coming here for all your car needs.

Julio is the man! He helped me find and install new headlights in minutes. A life saver just before the sun went down. Everyone in the store was helpful and kind. Price was right. Thanks guys!

I stopped just because I needed a new battery for my car key.2015 Honda Accord Sport. The guy who asked how could he help me, as soon as I mentioned I needed a new Battery? He said I don t like to open this because they break and its on me. He then asked a coworker to check if they had in stock the right tool to change battery to which coworker checks and saids no we don t have it in stock. I said no problem, let me just get the the battery, I ll change it on my own. He then asked for the year and model. Tells me to look for a certain number on the battery section, I found it and said is this the correct one? He said yes.I get home open my carkey to change battery and he gave me the wrong one.I understand not wanting to help change it but selling me the wrong one just because, its just not okay

Julio T was very helpful in finding my issue. My mechanic had told me it was going to be my alternator, but it turned out to be that my battery was bad. Julio even help me Replace it. A1 service.

Sal (the sales manager) and his team were incredibly helpful. I d never done the body task I needed help with and he helped me pick out products and taught me how to use them. Great employee!

JULIO IS A LIFE SAVER!!! My car kept malfunctioning and not wanting to turn on from time to time. He found out the problem instantly! My battery was messed up. Thank you Julio!

Thank you Julio and Manuel for your 5 star customer service when I bought my H8AGM battery today. Transaction was quick and painless and I was able to get back to my weekend festivities. My mom is an Autozoner and believe me when I tell you not all Autozone's are created equal. Always nice to have good customer service. Thanks!

If I could give this place a 0 it would be to high two days in a row called to make sure they had what i needed two diferent parts I go as soon as they yes get there about 5 mins after and they don't have it I understand mistake happen but now again waisted my time

Great experience here. Came in for an obd2 scan tool. Went to car to check code and battery died while I was researching the issue. Sal not only helped me find the battery, he went to his personal vehicle and grabbed his own ratchet set to lend me while I replaced the battery. Wasn t extremely busy. Customers got helped in a timely matter. Good spot

I had a great experience at this AutoZone. I was in and out in a jiffy .during rush hour, which caught me by surprise. Andres M. & Jose (Solano) we re fantastic. These gentlemen answered all my questions and made me laugh. I am grateful for a swift/ in and out experience. I m always in the go so being serviced in a fast manner really made the world of a difference. Andres even offered to help me take my item to my car. Wonderful experience

Today December 11th I was in at that store AutoZone the one 1000 East Washington cuz I needed to get a new battery wonderful service store manager did not hesitate to come out and help me with my battery helped me replace it I really appreciate all the help that the store manager gave me thank you very much hopefully you got more employees like him. 100% customer service I give it a 200%. Thank you store manager for all the help that you gave me this morning like around 10:00 in the morning I really appreciate it

The place was nice and clean. The cashier in the the store, went out of his way to help me install my windshield wiper blades on my Kia Rio. The employees were very nice and professional. I reccommend everyone to go and visit the store. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for your service.

They have it going on and I do Zone they'll come out and check your oil put on your windshield wipers nice very good customer service skills very welcoming I did had to wait a little bit because they had a long line but they checked my all I'm very impressed with them!.

I called before I arrived at the location to confirm if they had a machine to charge my battery up and running, they made it seem smooth and easy. I went there on a Sunday the same day I called to get recharge my battery... A free service they offer. So I go in it's only 2 people working.... They check on my battery and said they would recharge it. The guy goes inside and said he'd be right back. He's gone for about 10 mins so I go inside and wait. After 5 more minutes of them seeing me wait they say "Sorry it's only 2 of us the line is backed up" So 25 more minutes walk pass and they finally tell me that their charging machine is down. But didn't check it at all. Note that this battery is completely dead in my car. So I have to get a jump from someone else to go to another location. This is the worst autozone experience ever

Went in to purchase a new battery was helped by Edwin who was kind enough to get the old battery out of the car for me, he was very helpful through out the entire visit. Rito rang up my purchase, he was also very nice and expedited my sale quickly and efficiently... he was also kind enough to carry my new battery to our too. Overall my experience was great and I would definitely return to this autozone because of their customer service
